Had a water flow problem and a suspected drainage probably problem.  Mike quickly diagnosed the problems and solved it plus gave me maintenance techniques to prevent the problems from happening in the future.  Would certainly call again!

I started using Jerry and Lakeview Plumbing a few years ago and continue to use them today.  Find him consistently fair, customer friendly, punctional and helpful. Would recommend him without reservation. Frustrated that others commenting are looking for a free ride when an estimate discovers bigger problems. It is like a auto mechanic changing the oil and discovering a cracked block. Don't expect a new engine for the price of an oil change. Jerry always gives me a fair estimate, if it is faster charges less or lets me know if hidden problems appear. Straight shooter.

I called about our air conditioner and they were able to come out the next day. They worked around my schedule. They were polite and explained everything. Their prices were extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future.

The guys at B&B did a great job on the plumbing for our home reconstruction. They encountered several unexpected challenges (another worker threw their pipes away, the excavator cut a line by mistake, etc.) they handled each challenge with good humor, and made sure everything was working properly. They gave me a good heads up before shutting off the water, and kept me informed how much longer it would be off. They were professional, friendly, and did a good job. I would definitely use them again!

My tub and toilet decided to back up this morning after taking a shower. Within two hours of calling them they were out and fixed the problem immediately. Very professional! They even took the time to answer all of my questions and what to do if the problem should occur again. I won't be calling anyone else in this area for plumbing issues and I will be more than happy to suggest them to friends and family.

Nick and his crew installed a new hydronic heating system in our small home. He provided a fair bid, reasonable timeline, and communicated well throughout the project. He completed the job on time, kept the jobsite clean and organized, and was pleasant to work with throughout. The system operates exactly as advertised and we are very happy. We highly recommend NHC plumbing.

Gates Plumbing just completed installation of a new furnace and a hot water system.  They very professional in their pricing.  They arrived when they said they would and made every effort to get the job done as quickly as possible to keep us from spending a day or two being in a cold home.  The installation looks as good as it operates.

Tony is pleasant, professional and prompt! Very knowledgeable. He got back to me on a Sunday when my water heater died and needed to be replaced. He came out to replace it the next morning. I am very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

What a pleasant experience!  From my initial phone call with the office staff to the actual repair completion. Crystal took my call and provided me with what I thought seemed to be a fair estimate of the repairs as I described them. David arrived on time and was professional and efficient. The repairs were completed sooner than expected and the cost was fair. I would highly recommend Art's Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber.

We discovered a plumbing leak inside the wall on Sunday evening called comfort plumbing and they responded came out fixed it and charged a very very reasonable price. I am a realtor and I will highly recommend them!

To say I was pleased with the service I received from Mr Rooter, would be an understatement.  We had a leaking main valve outside our house.  It was causing some pretty substantial pooling/flooding in front of our house.  

I called Mr Rooter that afternoon and they had two guys show up within 2 hours of the call.  The guys were super nice and professional.  I showed them where I found the leaking valve and where the water was coming up and pooling.  The water was also running into the street.  I had to shut the water off to the house for the night.

It was already late that day so they said they would be coming back.  They provided me with a quote and stated they would be back soon.  The next morning at 7am sharp, I received a call from (the owner I believe).  He said they would be coming out ASAP.  

The same 2 guys from the previous day arrived just after 8am and got to work.  They were very nice and professional and told us every time they would be leaving to get a part and explained our costs thoroughly.

The Mr Rooter guys worked at our house for over 9 hours and got the job done.  The price was fair and they were very efficient.  

I got a call from the owner afterwards and he asked if I had any questions and explained everything in detail.  If you are looking for any sort of plumbing needs, use Mr Rooter!!!

Luke and team did a wonderful job installing our new tankless water heater. We ran into some issues and Luke came over right away and fixed it up in 5 mins. They really care about their customers and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to get an upgrade on their water heaters!

We're in the club and get both a summer and winter tune up for $139.  Recently, their serviceman named Patrick came for our winter tune-up.  Very friendly, he spent a lot of time explaining what was needed for repairs beyond the tune-up and helped us prioritize so that we only did one repair, a new capacitor.  He also explained what to expect in the future: our system is 13 years old. Very friendly and reliable.

Complete lack of service or professionalism from this company which is merging with Sierra Air.  Sorry, I generally don't like to write negative reviews but these guys went over the line. This was a simple job for an annual checkup on the hydronic heating system. Took several weeks to get an appointment, another week to get a bid, and was impossible to contact to discuss the bid particulars. Rudy claimed one of my heating zones was not working and needed replacing...odd because we have not noticed any issues with any heat zones. His bid claimed other parts were also not working. After another week of trying but being unable to discuss this with Rudy, I got a message from his office person that he was refusing to do the job. If I could give a zero rating, this company would deserve it.

The new company taking over was nice on the initial call, but has since dropped the ball. There are enough other HVAC companies to use in Tahoe...none of which get negative reviews like this company has.

Last week Summit made an appointment at our home for 8-10 AM today. They showed up at 12:30 PM no phone call to say they would be late. Not good customer service.
