I've had them out twice because they are under my home warranty program with American Home Warranty (love them) and that is who they have as the responding company.

Unfortunately Mike and the rest of his team are absolutely useless. They came out twice already to fix a hot/cold water issue - totally useless. Not only does Mike not understand keeping appointments, but Gabriel the technical needs go back and finish high school - he clearly has no idea what the F he is doing. All I have is hot water on all taps - nice repair asshole.

I'm pleading with the warranty company to drop these useless assholes.

If I could give them a zero I would. One star is way to much for the these incompetent idiots, unfortunately Yelp won't let me go lower.

Extreme Plumbing is awesome! Jared went above and beyond and I will be contacting them for all my Plumbing needs!

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. He listened to our issues and provide a well thought out solution. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a exceptional plumber

Sam came out when our real estate group would not do anything about a smell in our master bath that was closing air ways down. Sam knew exactly what the problem was when I described the smell and when it's bad. He came over identified the smell was sewage and had it fixed in 20 mins. Then had me call couple days later to ensure he did the job perfectly, which he did. He could have gouged us as many others tried to, but he was so reasonable, quick, and experienced. If I ever have any plumbing problems he will be the only one I call.

Based off the way these guys road rage when they drive I wouldn't ever hire them. The driver was tailgating me so close he tapped my bumper. Then when I pulled in the slow lane to let them pass at 75 mph they continued to drive erratic, pulling in the slow lane then cutting off the people in the fast lane. I watched this happen 5 times to various people in front of me. So I tried to call the company to let them know about their crazy driver but no one answered or called me back. Then I tried their website that is down. Finally I settled on reporting to the police the vehicle, company and license plate. Better hope they don't run you off the road!

The  3 P's.....personable, prompt and professional! I highly recommend Al for all your plumbing needs!

GPI preys on non-resident owners.  $1300 to RandR a hot water heater.  I think not.

Very unimpressed with this business. We still have a leak in our bathroom. This was after they charged us $150 to fix a shower leak, which they claimed was the cause of the problem. Lousy follow-up care after we had called to complain and spoke with office lady, who downright lied to us. Never again! Don't use these plumbers!

They didn't pull permits for our commercial alteration they performed (major plumbing, concrete dug up, etc...) when we initially told them during their bid that all that matters is getting permitted through the health department for our food facility. They assured us that would be no problem and they were the guys for our project!

They gave us a quote, we paid half for deposit and they started tearing up our concrete. 2nd day on the job, they come and try to tell us we owe them $3800 more or else they're going to pull their guys off our job. That was just the first issue. We pushed back and their workers actually threatened to quit working for them and come back on their own time to help us. They dropped it and said they'd finish the job for the initial price promised. Project took 1.5 weeks longer than told (was told the job would take 2-3 days and it took 2 weeks). Once it was done, they left a bunch of cleanup we took care of even though cleanup and repainting was included in the price and bid we received (contract). Okay, just glad to be done with it. Fast forward... 2 weeks after their job was completed... found out they never pulled ANY permits whatsoever for our job. We now have a $6k plumbing job we cannot even use. They are also not licensed to do half the stuff they did in our commercial unit.

They have now ghosted us and have not responded to any of our messages since August 15th 2022. We've called the main office multiple times and left messages with Patty. Douglas has been avoiding our calls (this is the man who was said to be working on the permit). He finally drew up some plans that were like a child drew them (definitely not acceptable for the permitting desk with the City of Sparks). Josh hasn't been any help either. This business has now cost us thousands and thousands in just down time with our business. We've had to hire a general contractor to get this job permitted and finished correctly, which has cost us thousands more.

This is our personal experience with this plumbing company and everything that has been said is true and factual. They have tried to lie and say they didn't do work for us on a google review.

What a nightmare this place is. I'd give it zero stars if I could. This company was assigned by my home warranty company on 12/6. Here it is a month later and no progress. They came and assessed the issue 12/13. The plumber said he would submit the paperwork to my home warranty company as I needed a replacement on my water heater and they would call me to schedule the service. I didn't hear anything after a week, so I called. The lady told me oh he didn't submit it to your home warranty company until this Tuesday. I asked why it took him 3 business days to get this submitted. She said she would call me back. She calls back and said oh he did submit it Thursday actually. Waiting on approval (called warranty company this was a lie). But whatever I just need it replaced, so waited for approval. Received approval a few days later, but was on vacation, but still expected a call from the plumber to schedule. No call. I called upon my return from vacation on 12/28 (this had been approved for over a week with no follow up). The young lady that answered said she could get me on Friday betweeen 2-4 and it would take up to 4 hours. I thought that would be odd to start so late, so confirmed. She agreed. I skipped skiing Friday to be there. Well they never showed up! Called them around 3:45 and got an answering service. Nobody ever called me back. I called Monday morning. Told the lady everything that is mentioned above and she said oh we are still waiting for approval. I almost lost it. No you aren't! I have had the approval for almost two weeks! And I was scheduled. No apologies nothing. She said she would look into it and call me back. I specifically asked can I expect your call today because your company's follow through has been awful. She confirmed it would be today. Obviously she didn't call back. I will be finding another business. I wouldn't even trust the work they provide at this point.

Awful customer service. Had them out to do a simple shower head adjustable bar, the guy they sent was inexperienced and he told me he would go back to the office, find out how to do it and get back with me. Three weeks later never heard back, I left numerous messages with ZERO response. I realize they are busy with all the new construction in Reno but have the decency to return a call.

Terrible, TERRIBLE plumber.  This guy installed 3 units in my home, 2 furnaces and one water heater, ALL 3 had to be relocated due to him not following either code or plans.  He uses subordinate, unlicensed help to install and then doesn't correct the problems they create.  
OVER charges!!!  He moved a shower valve 6 inches over and a washer dryer water lines over 18 inches and charged $3,200!  -- by the way the walls were completely opened up with no obstructions.  He did this without a change order then submitted a bill.  When confronted on the excess charges he would NOT return a phone call.  
Hire a kid in high school, you will be better served. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and TIME here.
