They showed up right away when other plumbers were giving appointments that were weeks out. Did the job quickly and price was reasonable. Thank you.

It took Corey 1.5wks to even get back to my little brother called him. When my brother called him back he set up an appointment for today at 3:30. If Is now 5:45 he still has not shown and he has not called us to let us know what's going on. I DO NOT recommend this contractor, and we are going with someone else.

We have been looking to install a salt based water softener for months. We have found plumbers that tried to high pressure us into a NUVO filter system for $1700.00 that has a huge number terrible reviews on the Internet where folks say it did not work for them. When we insisted on a salt based water softener they lost interest. I also read where it is chemically impossible to remove the calcium and magnesium ( what makes hard water ) in anything but a salt based system.

ANYWAY,,,,,,,, Corey not only responded but offered us 4 options to choose from, we chose one then made an appointment. He arrived at the time he said, with a employee, and they installed the system plus, added a outside soft water faucet on the front of the house when I asked so I can use soft water to wash our vehicles and trailer.

We are very happy with him and he is now our plumber of choice.

I only give one star when a company doesn't even bother to call me.  Not showing up is one thing, but not to call and tell a customer you can't make it?  Wow, he left an old man Freezing in the cold all weekend - couldn't even bother to light a pilot light.  And all this after SouthWest Gas Referred them?  Bad on SouthWest Gas too.  crummy company for leaving customers to light there own gas.

Cory is awesome! I needed a valve installed for my swamp cooler, I had to reschedule a few times, but he was patient. He was on time, quickly got job done and just a pleasure to work with! His price was reasonable, don't call any other plumber, call cory!

Horrible service altogether- incompetent and unprofessional. He does not disclose fees and sends unqualified apprentice workers to do his job. We called him for a well problem and he never said he wasn't qualified to work on wells. He did not fix the issue, left and never came back. We called them back a couple times but he did not return our calls, leaving four people without water for several days! Weeks later, we got a bill with emergency dispatch fees and parts that weren't even broken per what the qualified and competent well contractor we had to hire said. We tried to dispute the charges but he was rude and declined to work with us. So we are going to file a complaint with the BBB and the contractors board.
We should never have hired him again to begin with, because service he did for us last year turned out to be subpar: kitchen sink leaks, shower head leaks, kitchen stove vent not properly installed and he ruined a wet bar sink he installed for us. Makes me feel stupid, but my husband called him because he was familiar with our system -- we were obviously wrong...

They got here a lot quicker than they said they would.  Replaced the valve very quick, put a lot of muscle into unclogging the toilet and cleaned up after word.  Very thankful for the work they did.

Corey is awesome and fair works fast and efficiently really great guy. Shows up on time has worked for me several times.
