The fact that he has a dedicated person to schedule and to answer calls is so smart too. Someone is always able to pick up the phone and Roy can focus on the awesome work he does. I see a lot of contractors who handle their own schedules and all of that. Sometimes that works, but a lot of times they can't juggle it all and it compromises their business.

We had a plumbing issue with our tub drain and needed someone to come out and check it out. John was super helpful and was able to fit me in same day. He explained everything and was able to get everything fixed. Such great customer service and prices also very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and would use them again!

Kent showed up and was friendly, knowledgeable and did not waste time.  Since we had a water damage issue, he did not wait for the Serv Pro guys to show up.  He just started reviewing the situation and cut into drywall to start repairing the problem.  The fee was fair and he pointed out a few other things to think about for the future.  I had a great experience last time I called Simpson Plumbing with Kenny and it was no different this time with Kent.

Called and set an appointment. No one showed up and no one called back. That's the definition of a flake in my book.

I had attempted to do some toilet repair when I found out our toilet had a weird space for the water line connector. The toilet was unusable and I had a family member with mobility issues, so we needed to get something done fast. I called Henco and they were able to come out the same day and get things fixed up. Their staff were friendly and courteous. The only reason that I have it marked as a 4-star is that while they did a fantastic job replacing the filler and water line connection, the flap for flushing was not working ideally when they left. It was something that was simple for me to fix, but I don't know that they noticed it was an issue before they left. Quick response and friendly, I think if you just make sure to test stuff out before they leave you should be good.

My water heater needed to be replaced because it was probably manufactured when Bush Sr. was still in office and was on it's last leg (It ended up dying the day before install so good timing). I contacted Direct Plumbing Solutions for a quote through the Yelp app and the owner Eric contacted me immediately and scheduled a time for someone to come out the next day to give an estimate (mind you the water heater was still working at this time, I bet he could have had someone come out sooner if that was not the case.)

Eric, the estimator, and installer Tom were able to coordinate scheduling and arrival via Yelp messaging or text messages, which is very important to me because I don't have a lot of availability for phone calls while working full-time, taking care of pregnant Wife, and nursing a dog recovering from knee surgery.

Tom was the man! I asked him a lot of questions via text messages and he was very quick to respond, even later in the evening. I actually wasn't even present for the installation and instead had a family member at the house and they were quite impressed with him and Direct Plumbing that they ended up scheduling work for their house. When I got home that evening the new water heater was working like a champ and they didn't leave any mess behind.

All in all it was a fantastic experience, and I would recommend Direct Plumbing Solutions to anyone. It just seems in Vancouver it's very hard to find honest and reputable contractors, but in DPS it looks like I finally found one. Thanks again guys and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Started out great and crew was friendly and attentive to what we needed. But they overpromised and underdelivered. The most frustrating part working with them was they suddenly broke down  in communication as if they ghosted you. As a customer I was left feeling stressed because they had poor follow up to any questions or confusions and didn't have the experience nor strong leadership to follow through. And things were left taken out of context.
The avoidance and lack of responsibilty to any misunderstandings was extremely stressful in the end and we had to work with another company more professional and reliable. They just didn't have the experience, organization nor communication to handle big home projects.

David with Evertrust Plumbing was great to work with. He was highly communicative, precise in setting and exceeding expectations, and he was able to quickly help us with a potpourri of issues including corroded and clogged pipes. He was mindful and minimal with investigating within the walls and quickly isolated the problems.

I would definitely reach out again and appreciate his professionalism and kindness.

Had a great experience. My home's heater was not working, I called at 9 am for support to another HVAC company, and they could not accommodate. I called Green Box Mechanical, and they were super easy to work with, and 1 hour later they were at my house. Michael was very knowledgeable and gave me the insight needed in order for me to be educated about the issue which caused the failure. If I have any HVAC needs in the future, Green Box will be the call I will make due to the timeliness, and knowledge that they imparted to me.

Don't you just love competent professionals who coordinate with other professionals to get the job done?  Patrick the Plumber was so polite and easy to work with - and was very mindful of my old dog who really wanted to go under the house and help him work.  The office kept me informed, and the whole job was smoothe as silk.  Thanks Pacific Plumbing and Drain for a job well done!

Taylor did an awesome job quickly trouble shooting my home's low water pressure issue.  He went out of his way to explain possible issues and plan for the repair process.  In addition, he was able to replace a water main valve and install a second shutoff value conveniently located in the garage at a very reasonable cost. There were no additional unnecessary tasks involved and the job was completed in a few hours. I have hired several other plumbers to fix problems/installs on my home, but now the Drain Hound will be my go-to plumber. Taylor is honest, upfront, professional, and fair.

Easy to get an appt, TJ was fab, not just professional but sincerely caring and friendly.  I explained to him my father wasn't a fix it guy and I wanted to know what he was doing, he talked me thru his thought process which was very helpful and stress reducing.  He gave me some good advice and a L wrench, or whatever they're called to fix a jammed disposal.
The major problem was my spray hose that with. A little creativity is working great

I was wanting to install an insta-hot in my kitchen.  I had contacted True Plumbing about the installation at the recommendation of a friend.  We had made an appointment for the install but then the holidays hit and there were missed calls.  Long-story-short... I set up an apt for the plumber to fix what ended up being a very simple pipe leak for my dishwasher. They gave us a 2 hour window when they would show up, and no showed! We called multiple times inquiring where he was, no answer, no call back...only use if you have time to waste!
