Awesome experience today!!!  We were in urgent need of a plumber... called them yesterday & lucky for us, they had a cancellation today!  Roy came out & fixed our problem with a quickness!  Highly recommend!!!!

This is it. If you're looking for a thorough, professional, friendly plumber who also communicates clearly you won't do better than John and his team. We had a litany of issues with the house we recently purchased. The temperatures were all over the place, (sinks scalding, shower barely warm) water pressure was way too high and the faucets were squeaking, and we needed a disposal installed. John quickly identified the root of each issue and installed the new disposal. The price was very reasonable and they left our house as they found it. We're planning to have John back out for a larger protect in the near future.

The company came the next day to fix a problem with our water main (between house and water meter)  They ended up replacing the whole line.  They left our lawn in perfect shape, even though the had to dig a hole.  the workers were courteous, professional and very nice.They had the problem fixed in under three hours.  Their prices were reasonable for the work done.

Talked to Isaac about having a guy looked at a number of potential plumbing issues.  Tyler came out and was a pleasant enough guy to talk too.  He explained that potential tub and shower problems were going to be ok and proceeded to move onto the kitchen sink.  He fixed it with some venting.

He arrived at 8:30am and left at 9:05am.  So around 1/2 an hour for work. When I called for a charge on the services it was $195.  Pretty steep for 1/2 an hour of work.  That comes out to $400 an hour (approximately).

If Isaac had said there was going to be a $195 minimum I probably would have called around a bit more as I had a feeling it would only take an hour at most.  This minimum was never raised when I called and maybe its standard for many plumbers but I think it should be discussed initially.

Dawsons helped us replace the failed water heater through AHS on the promised date & time.
They were extremely professional & courteous, and I recommend them for any plumbing job you might need.

We had a simple but important job...a very clogged bathroom sink set in an old-fashion porcelain sink and stand.  The pipes were very hard to get at and the space was small.  David not only cleared out the clog but fix another plumbers mistake to ensure no leaking.  He did it all very professionally, clean, and quickly.  His prices were very reasonable.  I highly recommend David at Evertrust Plumbing and he will be my plumber from here on.

My experience with Green Box was easy and issue-free. Can you believe it? When it comes to electricians and plumbers, it's hard to imagine. It started off with a request for an estimate via Yelp! at 10pm regarding some malfunctioning outlets and they responded before 8am the next morning. The person I spoke with on the phone about my problem was kind and professional as well as transparent with their costs for diagnostics, rates, etc. Although always amazed by the hourly rates of plumbers and electricians, I appreciated the information up front. She was able to schedule someone to come out the following day, which I felt was impressive as my experience in the past has been days-weeks for non-urgent issues. The technician was punctual and friendly and respected our home. He explained his method of thinking while working to troubleshoot and was able to discover and fix the issue very quickly. It all went as I had hoped: efficient and done the same day, friendly and to top it off, he tidied up the space afterward, which I feel is not something I've come to expect but am happy when it happens. When all was said and done, I was able to pay simply with a credit card, receiving the invoice instantaneously in my email. Within a few days, they sent me a thank you card in the mail with a discount offer on my next service. With that incentive and the experience we had, we will definitely use them again.

All I can say is I had a pipe break on a sunday evening water everywhere and only a outside shut off. The outside shut off shut the water off to the whole house. So the clock is ticking in a large house hold people need the bathroom, I checked Angie's list and everyone on there either didn't answer there phone or they were absorbently priced btw only two people answered there phone from Angie's list. So easily 13 calls later I reached Pacific Drain which has 2 locations portland/vancouver the lady who answered the phone was very nice and I asked there emergency price which was a better price and she said she would get someone out within 90 minutes. They did what they said and sent Billy Cummings. He saw the problem and offered me the option of doing the least amount of work just so he could come back at the better price for me which was almost half off. I appreciated that because in a emergency you can end up paying money that you may not be able to afford.
Billy was sensitive to the fact that I was definitely working with a budget. He came back the next day and completed the job at a much better price, I have had him back twice just to have him fix plumbing in my other bathroom so I don't have to worry. He even fixed the hinge on my broke cabinet door. These folks are my plumbers from now on. I highly recommend them they seem to be trustworthy and kind, and I need people that I can trust and there customer service is exceptional.

Taylor did a great job on our difficult problem.  Now things are working better than ever.   Nice young guy, real entrepreneurial spirit.  Not afraid to get dirty or of hard work.

Jordan was very professional and resolved my clogged drain quickly and I would not hesitate to call service plus plumbing the next the occasion arises.

These guys are as good as it gets.  I have used them for years and have always been impressed with their work.

Recently, I hired a contractor who used his own plumber  to install a new shower in my bathroom.  He installed a very expensive, complex Toto shower in my tub and completely botched the job, e.g. the cold setting did not run cold water, the hot was scorching, caulk was everywhere, the showerhead was leaking. etc.

Yesterday, I called Bruner Plumbing, and today, Justin and Eric were here to fix the issues and to install a new sink.  Ward Bruner had already determined the scope of what needed to be done and had asked me for any part numbers and manuals that I'd saved from the job.  His plumbers arrived well-versed and ready to fix all the problems.

What a contrast to the previous plumbers!  Justin and Eric were polite and immediately zeroed in on what was wrong.  They found numerous issues, and got right to work troubleshooting the list of problems. It was a joy to watch skilled plumbers at  work, and I appreciated that they consulted me before making any decisions involving placement of the sink and wand  hose.  They were  eager to please and willing to take on other tasks.

You can't go wrong with this company.  Don't mess around with people who might permanently screw up your job.  Hire Bruner Plumbing.

Huggy and Dave showed up right on time to replace a kitchen faucet that had totally put me at my wits end.  I tell you what you get dinner AND a show when these two show up. They went over several options on the best way to setup the new faucet and even educated me on several unique plumbing terms. I fix a lot of things myself and I call in extra help very sparingly but Huggy/Dave and Forbes plumbing were absolutely worth it.  Thank you!

We had an emergency plumbing situation pop up the day before Thanksgiving in the late afternoon. Brian answered when we called and told us that it was no problem. He arrived shortly thereafter (he was very punctual) and quickly evaluated the issue and set to work. Mr. Taylor finished the entire project in under an hour and was extremely polite, kind, and thorough. We appreciated his work and would recommend him for any plumbing issues you may have. Didn't use them.  They charge $99 to come out and give a bid on a job that would be 2K plus.  Just be aware.

I can't say enough about this great team of Plumbers. They installed a shower for me at a very reasonable price. They worked well with my schedule and always showed up on time. They kept the workplace ( my bathroom) clean and attended to details. Mason, the owner and Ryan, Mike and Fernando did a wonderful job!! If you need a plumber, these are the guys to call.

I need to review True Plumbing again. Danny came out today to replace the water supply valves under the toilets in both bathrooms. He arrived on time, wearing a mask. The work was done efficiently, and there was no mess! I highly recommend True Plumbing. Thanks Danny!

Great Team,  They were quick respectful and answered all out questions.  They stayed busy and seemed to be well trained.  We will have them back to work on other jobs.

We had a tricky situation and Chris at Simpson did a thorough assessment and then returned the next day with everything that he needed to properly complete the job.  He did an expert job, solved the issue, and stuck to his original estimate.  Simpson is now on my list to serve all of my residential and commercial needs.  They are top flight!
