Best Sewer Line Repair in Portland OR

Awesome!!!  These guys are the best - we have a full house and one bathroom, so we need things fixed fast!  Louis explained everything and answered my questions, and got us working again.  Phew!!! Even the dogs liked him!

Tri County did a great job for us.  They came out quickly and fixed our problem.  But they gave me options so I could match my budget for the repair.  I trust them completely.

We called on a Friday to get a same day appointment after noticing a smell coming from our bathroom since suddenly. We were charged $200 for the plumber to show up (this is more than it costs to see a physician or dentist for an exam!) the plumber did nothing but look with a flashlight and run the water. He recommended some enzyme cleaner for $80 dollars that was supposed to fix our problem. After a confusing conversation about things that didn't apply to the problem - we got this cleaner and the plumber left. We used this cleaner 3 times and is had not fixed our problem. Sooooo... now what?

I asked the plumber what to do if this didn't work.... he didn't have an answer.

Hmmmm. I'll call again

*Update 8/30/19*

We had a return visit today by Kevin. He spent a lot of time trying to assess our problem that seems slightly improved but still intermittently present since our first visit. He did a thorough inspection, appeared interested in trying to help and was a good communicator. He cleaned out our drain of the sink and inspected the pipes in question with a camera. Although he did not find any new problems (thankfully), I feel like my money was better spent than our original visit and no longer feel taken advantage of. We have had a couple conversations with the office staff and everyone has been helpful.

I just used Simpson Plumbing to install a pressure line connecting my well to my new whole house well filters and a line back to the line servicing the house. It was challenging. So much sediment had built up in the copper pipes over the years of not having a filter that when we charged the system and ran the cold water we had blockage going to the kitchen. They unblocked it but the blockage returned when the system was turned back on. The second block happened just after they left after 5 hours. The sediment also caused a leak in the vinyl hose leading to the water in the fridge. When I received a follow up call the next morning I told her what had happened and they sent Kenny and Matt out in just a few hours. They spent another 4+ hours running a new dedicated line to the kitchen and replaced the line to the fridge. Kenny gave me a very fair initial bid. The sediment issues were not their fault but I still had to ask Kenny if I could pay him more.  Bottom line is Simpson Plumbing will definitely be my first call with ANY plumbing problems.

Of course the water main to an apartment complex we manage broke on Thursday night at midnight. After calling several other service providers on Veteran's Day weekend, we got a rough quote from Burfitt. They were out the same day, had our tenants up and running around 6pm and their price was a right around middle of the price range he gave us.

I spoke with Mike about doing a consult, and he was very helpful. He is grounded and funny, and honest. We didn't need to hire him, but would in a heartbeat if we ever needed work done.

I always always use these guys. Except recently, I almost cheated on them with somebody else and I feel horrible about it. Ultimately, I came back to these guys to get the job done. I don't know what I was thinking even considering somebody else.

This was the first time I had worked with their guy named Justin. He is top notch, just like everybody else they have. In particular, Justin's emotional intelligence in terms of explaining the job was fantastic.  You know, plumbing jobs can sometimes induce sticker shock, but he was able to keep me level headed.  With that said, their estimate turned out to be in line, and even better, than the other estimates I received.  

There's just simply nobody else I'm gonna call going forward whenever I need plumbing done. Being able to trust these guys just puts my wife at ease.

We used Northwest before Thanksgiving for a small job.  They were prompt and courteous, and cleaned up perfectly.  They charged us about half of what others quoted us.  Good guys!  Use them, too!

Our water was backing up into our bathtub. We contacted Go With The Flow that night. By the next morning they had contacted us, given us an affordable quote, and were available to come out that morning. Everything was fixed by noon! Very knowledgeable, didn't try to sell us on something unnecessary, just a straightforward problem solver. Will absolutely be our first call if/when we have another problem.

We have used CT Drains for our home and also our business. They fixed an emergency drain issue at our home as well as replaced a toilet and cleared drains at our business. They are always professional and punctual. The owner, Chris, is very knowleadgeable and helped train me and my staff to do some preventive things in my coffee shop which will help us to never have drain back ups in the future. CT Drains also replaced a toilet at my business and took extra care and precatution in scheduling to make sure we could remain open during normal business hours. It's businesses like this that gain customers for life when they go above and beyond in their service!

They came out for a sewer scope and did a great job. The tech was finished after about 30 minutes! After he finished, I asked him to peek at my crawl space (because the entrance was blocked during my home inspection). He gladly said okay and was willing to help. I just wanted to know if there was any water down there. He didn't charge me for going down into the crawl space.

I have a few houses in the Eugene Area and these guys are my first call now.
I have had them install a water heater and other work on a couple of my houses and all I can say is they under promised and over delivered. Both in the work and the cost which was what I was quoted. No add ons !  Extremely good work and they made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. A big thank you goes out to Kevin & his Crew. And today I would like to also thank Tyson for the being on time, the professionalism he showed and the speed of his work.  He answered all my questions without hesitation. Even the ones I didnt want to hear...  I highly recommend these guys !

They had done a complete re pipe job on my home a year and a half ago (Very pleased with the $ and service for that job also), and  when an outside faucet started to leak recently, I called them and they came out promptly and repaired it under warranty.They stand behind there work, and I highly recommend them and will use them again.

We had a very good experience with Sewer Renewal Specialists on a cure-in-place sewer repair. The crew foremen we're very proactive, arriving a few days early to mark the various site lines and prepare their crew. When they arrived to perform the work, they were fast, organized and their communications were very clear. Finally, their cleanup was great. They left our yard looking mostly as it was, with the exception of an agreed upon shrub removal, and even sprinkled grass seed on a minor gouge in the grass.   Thank you all for fixing our house!

The only thing worse than having your main sewer line back up into your house is having it back up on a Sunday.  After calling PP&DS, the dispatcher kept in touch throughout the afternoon to let me know when I could expect the technician to arrive.   It took about 2 hours from the time I called, which on a Sunday I consider pretty good.  A general price quote was given on the phone and again when the technician (Jon) arrived.  Jon was friendly and professional, he was able to find the obstruction quickly, clear out the line, and then took the time afterwards to verify that the full volume of water was flowing correctly.  Jon was very informative about the process and offered helpful recommendations with no hard-sell.  The price I paid was the price quoted, with no extra fees or charges.  Not all Rooter services are created equal, this company is one that definitely stands out and earns their stars.

I highly recommend this business. Steve is a true professional.  Several times he has worked on several complex projects on my property and has done a reliably fantastic job, on schedule, and at good price.

So impressed with this company. We had them bid on a furnace and AC job, they were substantially lower than the other 2 bids. They brought a crew out and did all the work in one day. They also installed a gas line for a new gas cooktop in our kitchen and are doing a smaller job running ducting under our house. Every tech has been professional, easy to engage and helpful in explaining things. And they do billing before they leave, so the whole job is done all at once. I'm sold!

I had a small leak in the joint of a pipe. They came out promptly and took care of it. Very satisfied.

My Egress window well flooded, I spent over an hour bailing water until it was empty. The young man came out spent 2.5 hours messing with it, filling the well with water. The water was back where it started, ready to flood the basement again. He said he cant fix it. He didn't have the right tools to drain the water. I pressed him on it and basically said its not his job. He charged $500 to make the problem worse. Shame on you ROTO ROOTER. Solution: Provide proper tools or train your emplyees better. Lower your prices when you fail to fix something and make it worse!
