Best Faucet Repair in Portland OR
Yore Place! Plumbing is Curtis Leonard, a plumber we were turned on to by our real estate agent when we bought our home. Don't let the funny name deter you, this guy has been a pleasure to have work for us.
He is friendly, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable.
When we had him come in and bid the project, he offered to do time and material seeing as we were adding two bathrooms at once. Now, never do time and material with someone you aren't positive is experienced, because you will likely end up spending more money than getting a straight bid, but the way he communicated about the project convinced us that he knew what he was doing.
As the job has gone along, he has gone out of his way to take care of other plumbing related problems that have come about through years of do-it-yourselfers doing just that. Each thing he has alerted us to would not have passed an inspection (meaning the owners before us never had one), and he has taken the time to explain why it should be done differently. Thank God nothing horrible happened before he got here.
I would recommend Curtis to you with full confidence that the job he does would be beyond your expectation. He is good people.

Enrique and Abel came out right on time to install our AC and upgrade our furnace. Both of them were very kind and courteous. Abel had to leave Enrique in charge and he saw the whole install all the way through and was very thorough in explaining the details and maintenance points of the system. Would recommend

This is way over due, I should have posted this months ago. TCP replaced our hot water heater in our manufactured home. He stayed late to make sure it was done correctly and we were so pleased with the job they did. I would highly recommend them and give ten stars if I could!

Nathaniel replied promptly to my online inquiry about replacing a circulation pump. He talked me through the options and scheduled me within 10 days of our call, then emailed an estimate in advance, including a photo and price for the pump. He was personable, punctual, and worked efficiently. I will definitely contact him for future plumbing services!

We had our water heater replaced by Sean. He was prompt in communicating with us, came on time and wore booties to protect the floor. He also installed a pressure reducer which had a minor defect, but he came back out and replaced it and also repaired a leak at vanity sink and wabbly toilet all at no charge! His job was very thorough and looks neat as well. We appreciate his professionalism and conscientiousness. We highly recommend him.

I love Mr. Rooter! I'm a property manager, and I get calls here and there for plumbing problems, and they are always prompt and good at what they do. Very professional too and they come after hours if you need them. Bonus!

This plumbing company is truly a class act. We hired them to fix a washing machine leak and get water flowing in a defunct bathroom we've ignored for years. But the moment Terry turned on one of our faucets, he frowned and asked What's going on with your water pressure? It's always been pathetically low and we plumbing ignoramuses thought unless we replaced all our ancient pipes for zillions we had to live with it. Terry and his son David could simply have done what we hired them to do, but instead they did some serious detective work, found the issue and in a matter of hours got that sweet SWEET plentiful water flowing. It was more work than we'd budgeted for, but Terry and David gave us a great deal on the cost. I couldn't be more grateful--I can finally take a lovely hot bath!!!!!!!If you want plumbers with integrity, who really care about your water issues, Terry and David Massey are your guys. Thank you so much, Terry and David (and manager/wife/mom Jamie, who keeps the business running smoothly) !

John was great! Very honest and efficient! Stated the disposal was actually okay, no repairs needed, but because we're selling our house and the buyers wanted it to be replaced, we did it anyways. Asked John to fix a few other random plumbing things and he quickly got to them!
Would recommend and will call John for any plumbing repairs needed in the future!

Ever wonder why some people seem to get all five-star reviews? In Dave's case it's because he is truly outstanding! I contacted him via Yelp's direct quote service Friday evening, and he called me a half hour later, gave me a fair price, and scheduled an early Saturday morning appointment to accommodate my schedule. He arrived on time, and started work immediately.
My problem was a clogged rain drain. I moved in two years ago and noticed water running over a gutter, but was told it was just a gutter filled with debris ... but cleaning the gutters didn't solve the problem. The guys who cleaned the gutter said the drain wasn't clogged, and cleaned the gutters again. Eventually I tested the drain myself with a hose at ground level and found the pipe clogged. My neighbor told me that the drains ran to the street in front of our house, about 150 feet away, and that's what I told Dave.
He started work and after a couple of attempts said he thought the drain went the other way; toward the back of the house. Even though I had misled him on the drain causing him to waste time (and he was charging me by the job, not the hour) , he remained cheerful and sent the snake the other direction where after much tribulation the end popped out half way down a slope amongst some vines. Still smiling he climbed down a steep slope and cleared the roots away from the outlet. He carefully checked that the drain was clear, cleaned everything up and was off ... still smiling.
No question who to call for clogs ... call The Unclogger.

This started out to be a great experience, I said the clog is probably right there by the shed. My mom has had it fixed there before.
Then once they left I have dirty floors, bag of shit in my carport, big hole not filed in. Telling me to let it dry out, fill with gravel not dirt. It's raining, and winter ... what's the odds it will dry out anytime soon. Charged me 547.00 for a pipe of maybe three feet long and two brackets to hook it on. Outrageous!!
Won't call them again. Tried to stay local, shouldn't have!!! 1046.68 dollars later I feel my toilet and shower work but got handed a mess!!!
Now I can't enter my shed because there's a huge hole.

I can't say enough great things about Burfitt Plumbing! I had multiple plumbing issues that I had been putting off - nervous about what the cost would be. One of the issues was my water heater, not generating enough hot water anymore. My neighbor had the same issue around the same time, and his plumber replaced the whole water heater. Burfitt was able to just replace the bottom heating unit - saving me hundreds of dollars. The technician also took care of a leaky pipe that was attached to the garbage disposal and my broken bathroom drain plug. All this taken care of quickly, professionally and inexpensively and on a Saturday to boot! I wish I would have called sooner!
Thanks Burfitt Plumbing!!

Brent, son of the late Rex answered the phone promptly, called me back promptly after getting my details and came and left in a flash. Nothing was obviously wrong with my water heater and he gave an explanation of how it worked and answered a couple questions I had. This man deserves your business even if he didn't fix my problem as there was only a slight adjustment needed. Not your typical plumber in a very good way.

I had Danaya complete re-pipe my house with PEX in September or October of 2015. She did an excellent professional job. I wanted to help out to learn a few things. Thankfully, she set me on a few tasks that I could do that allowed me to learn a bit about my house. I had old galvanized steel pipes that were 40 some years old and some very clogged cast iron drains (which she removed at no extra charge). I had received estimates from other plumbers. There were cheaper and there were more expensive plumbers. I chose Danaya because she had years of experience, good price point, and used to be involved in the Oregon Trades Women. I recently had a question about one of the drains she installed and she got back to me within a day. Everything she did is working smoothly. Thank you Danaya.

Called them almost 24 hours ago and left a voicemail with 2 numbers. Never received a call back. Even tried to call again this morning and went straight to voicemail again. Probably do a great job as they were referred to me but doesn't really matter when you can't get a call back!

I called Trident out and a tech named kyris showed up, he was professional, courteous, and explained everything thoroughly. he gave me a bid showing me exactly what needed to be done and I was a little skeptical at first but I agreed to the price as it was much lower than the other to companies in Salem that gave me bids. Kyris finished up the work and I was blown at how good he did! I will now use Trident Plumbing from now on.. 5 stars for the above and beyond work he did at his price. thank you

Oh man, these guys were great! We just moved into an older home a few days ago and the water shutoff for the washing machine was seized and broke off. I called at 830 am to see if they could make it over sometime in the next few days to fix it, and an hour later Travis was at my door. He cut out the previous owner's DIY valves and installed a new shutoff box for me, helped me move the old washer out and the new one in, and was on his way by 11! I honestly don't know if there would be cheaper options, but I fully expected to pay more than what I did for the job, so I think they are very well priced. Hillsboro Plumbing definitely has my future business!

I had rotorooter come out to look at a plumbing issue. The gentlemen who came over were very nice. They told me rotorooter was competitive in their pricing. They fully took advantage of the situation. They were here for barely over an hour. They left a mess, including their spare piping all over the garage. They didn't even have the courtesy to replace the insulation or even replace the duct tape to hold the insulation together which they cut through. I was told by a few other companies I was fully taken advantage of. I complained on the website and someone told me they would have the manager get in touch with me. He did, however he was rude and had no knowledge of the work that had been done. I gave him the invoice number and continuously told him what was done and exactly what had been written on my invoice. He kept saying they did work outside or to the garbage disposal and other things which had NEVER been done. I was charged $1140 to fix a hose bib and a toilet shut off valve. After speaking to the manager he told me they would credit me $75.00 and that was over a month ago... still no action has been taken on their part. He also didn't have much to say about the pricing that shouldn't have been charged for the extrememly minimal amount of work they did. I would advise anyone and everyone to STAY away from this company. They leave a mess, overcharge, and don't hold themselves accountable. Their also uncertain of their warranty, the manager told me two years however the employees and my paperwork state one year.
