We've used Ingram's twice in the past year to address plumbing issues.
They were prompt, professional, and economical in cost in both instances.
Most recently, they troubleshooted a shower leak for us and were very honest in their assessment. They showed me the leak was it in the plumbing but in the shower pan itself.
They also did a great job wearing masks during this unique time in America.
Highly recommended for homeowners unsure about which plumber to choose.

John was great. His team was very courteous and professional and took great lengths to ensure that they in no way damage our home, even going to the extent of covering their shoes with a plastic bag to avoid bringing in any dirt! the team was able to fix the issue with the water system in our home (there was an odd knocking each time we flushed the toilet). That was about 4 months ago and we still haven't heard the sound. Thanks guys!

5pm. Friday afternoon. Frantic phone call from child. Flooded bathrooms, more water coming if ANY water is used elsewhere in the house.
7pm. Roger arrives. Takes a look and tells me it's not as bad as what I thought (I thought slab leak).
9pm. Problem solved. Washing machine running, toilets flushing, nothing backing up in the tub or the front porch.
Friendly, professional, fast, courteous, and didn't gouge my pocket book for a HOT August Friday night fixing my problem. I will never EVER call anyone else. If only he was an electrician also!

They came out multiple times to fix a problem they created and finally gave up. I hired another plumber who fixed it in 10 minutes. Nice guys but didn't do well at all.

Our water heater pipe decided to spring a high pressured leak all of a sudden. We looked on Yelp for a plumber with good reviews and found Hackler Plumbing.
We called and the gal on the phone was super nice and sounded knowledgeable when we asked several questions. She set us up with an appointment and the plumber came out quickly. I wasn't there, but the husband got to meet with the guy.
Not only did he quickly and efficiently fix the issue with the water heater, but he also gave us a couple of estimates on other things we are looking into getting repaired.
Although the estimate prices were a little bit higher than we anticipated, we were VERY happy with the work that was done and would certainly recommend Hackler for your plumbing needs.

First of all the workers were very friendly and did neat work. They put a pier in middle of garage ,now the other side of garage is sagging. Was told it was probably wood structure shifted.I told alan i thought they raised it too much but he says readings were zero but not very sure of that. Called to talk to owner but could only talk to alan.I told them the engineer they sent out only came to the house for about 15 minutes and only brought a pencil and tape measure. Was told by alan he had no control over that.I told them what ever they paid him it was too much.He didnt even make an impression of a bad engineer.I had another engineer come out that brought lasers in and spent over 2 hours and gave me a 79 page report. For 5400.00 dollars i think the bit about engineer would be taken off biil since i told alan i thought i was ripped off.He said he would talk to boss like i wanted to do and havent heard anything.Just agrivating when you think you got ripped off on price.Like i said the main work i was happy with except for by garage.Guess i will just have to live with it.I paid them cash which might have been a mistake.

After a nightmare DIY hose bib incident we called these guys pretty late at night and they came out, fixed the situation, and were very kind while they did it.

Reese was fantastic. On time, professional, friendly and above all educational; Reese took the time to explain to me what the problem was in a very clear, unassuming manner. Absolute gentleman.

We recently used Riddell Plumbing to replace all the cast iron pipes under the house and the line running from the house to the main line at the street. Initially everything was good (except for a lack of communication to confirm the start date and arrival time). On the day the service was to start, the plumber showed up and pushed the work out 2 days. I was OK with this because I was promised he would bring 2 crews and everything would be completed in 1 day and wrapped up by the time our out of town guests were to arrive for the weekend.
The actual pipe replacement was completed in 1 day. What failed to happen was a coordination with the city regarding the permits and final inspection. The work was completed on a Wednesday and we did not have sign off from the inspector and the ditch in our front yard filled until the following Friday. The city inspector showed up several times during the time period but was unable to properly inspect because the crews were not ready for him. There was not only a lack of communication and coordination with the inspector but any communication with us was nonexistent. Every day I had to repeatedly call and text our plumber or his supervisor to try and find out what was going on. Even calling the main office was of no help. No one there would return my calls. When the ditch was finally filled in our yard, it was done horribly. The crew covered up one of my drainage boxes a and did not smooth out any of the dirt throughout the yard. My front yard looked like a BMX course.
The actual replacement of the pipes looks like a success but everything else about the experience has caused a lot of frustration and angst.

Bobby incorrectly diagnosed a shower leak without even looking behind the wall, and charged me $680 (the quoted price was $350) for just caulking the grout which he said was the cause. When the problem returned, he said he would come back out but then became unreachable for the next week, despite 3-4 calls/day. He has taken the money and run. Seems to be a pattern now (see Amber C. and Mike D.'s reviews below). I paid a premium because of his good reviews, but now I'm seeing that he's done the same to other customers. Very disorganized, he often seems disoriented, and ultimately dishonest. Would not recommend.

Corey and team came by our house by 10am. We had big clogged drainage issue in our master bedroom. They found what the problem was and took little over hour to fix the issue and now my sink looks brand new. Thanks for your help and keep up the great work.

David and another plumber with Auger Pros came out to my house to check the issues I had documented for them. They came out on time. Auger pros actually sent a link the day of the appointment to show exactly where the plumber was on a map and what time they would show up. David inspected each item and explained what could be done and what should be done. Out of the 4 items I had they only had to adjust one item after looking at it. They didn't even charge me for this! I even offered to pay a fee to come out but it wad declined. Honest service right there.

Discussed problem with phone person who was very nice and positive. (At: N TX PLUMBERS???)
Explained the problem and they accepted the job.
Refused to work on my copper drain line after arriving much later than the promised time.
This was a copper a/c drain line for condensation.
I paid them in full b/c that's what I do.
But, I would never recommend this company ...which was recommended by an a/c company (Rescue Air Heating and Cooling in Richardson TX) that doesn't work on copper drain lines.
They were recommended by my morning plumbers, (Dean's Plumbing) that don't do that.
And the A/C people , (Nick's Air Service) that I had out first thing in the morning assured me that it was a job for plumbers.
Previous freeze damage on copper pipes was plumbers.
Any answers?
Water pouring into all areas leaking through the ceiling.
Yard man was the winner of the day, followed by
my Junk Haulers who got an oversized fridge through the door in a couple of hours.
Meanwhile nobody has addressed or will address my main problem. How is this ok or legal?
Don't people take pride in anything?
My yard guy and junk haulers did.
And my neighbor is always great and provided the water cutoff tool so my house didn't flood when they removed the fridge.
Tomorrow's another day.

After the drought of 2008, my foundation cracked, and a crack opened up in my living room wall and ceiling. An Olshan rep came out and used a gadget that checks the level throughout the house. He said that an engineer would look at the results and another rep would come back out to discuss what was needed, but that he could tell me right off that I would need pilings around the entire parameter of my house AND pilings under the house across the middle. To do the latter part of the job, they would have to drill holes through my hardwood floors AND the tiles that I had just installed in my kitchen. Another option would be to tunnel underneath the house, which would cost hundreds more per piling.
Another foundation company told me I would need pilings around the parameter of my house but not under the center of my house. Cost would be $12,000.
Well guess what? A third foundation specialist came out and said I didn't need to have ANY work done what-so-ever. The cracks in my living room wall were very minor. He checked all the doors to see how they were closing. He told me that he had just come from a house in Memorial where the homeowner was told by another company that she needed $30,000 worth of work. She didn't need ANY work done.
I cancelled my appointment with Olshan for the follow-up quote. I can only imagine the grand total of all that work. My guess would be $30,00 based on some of the numbers the rep threw around.
Stay away from these crooks. It makes me sick every time I see Nolan Ryan in their commercials. I will never buy anything that has his name on it_like his organic beef.

I used Sticks and Stones for a kitchen remodel and I could not be happier with how it turned out. They even completed the remodel faster than quoted! The work is impeccable with no detail amiss. Chris is very professional and easy to work with and always answered my calls and texts promptly. I will definitely use them again when we remodel our bathroom!

Guy came out spent half the time talking to someone in the back of his truck then working the project. Said he couldn't trace a simple water line in the front yard and wanted 3k just to fix a PRV that he couldn't even locate. Stay away from this scam company

DONT USE MANNING REMODELING AND WHATEVER. They are a joke. Their hook is pay as you go. Don't believe a word of it. They won't even respond in a professional manner when you haven't committed. They should be on their best behavior. Instead Rick Manning is a ghost. Phone calls, emails and text go through Jennifer (office manager) Their creed is go home early and come in late. We will respond to customers when we get around to it. THAT SHOULD TELL YOU HOW THE REST OF THE CONSTRUCTION WILL GO.
