We used Pro-Service Plumbing for a fix on our bathtub drain. Clint was very nice and did a great job on the fix and the price was lower than another company by $100!  We've found a new plumber!

The nicest people and best service. They really care about their clients. Very knowledgeable. They had to order parts for us for our back flow, test system, repair pipes under sidewalk, and fix drip system. Honest, hard working, and professional.

Team Enoch was quick, honest and provided a guaranteed flat rate to put an electrical outlet under my sink for my new RO system. Their pricing was less than half of what others quoted (and all those quotes were estimates subject to change). I'd highly recommend Team Enoch for any small electrical or plumbing jobs you may have.

Planet Earth Plumbing is the place you should call for fixing any plumbing problems. I agree with all previous 5 stars reviews. Andrew & his team are excellent. We need the water heater replaced and he replaced the new one for us with a very reasonable price. He is the best professional plumber I've ever seen. Last month, I called DeWolfe's Affordable Plumbing to fix the hot water of 2 bathtubs located on the second floor. The guy charged me $400 to fix it...biggest rip off.  I wished that I know Andrew earlier.

Waste of our time.  Called for a quote.  They came over within a week and said they would send a quote - we've never heard or seen a quote.  After hearing nothing I called and it was obvious they didn't want the job - connect a sink pipe, a garbage disposal, and icemaker drain.  They said they were busy, wouldn't give us a price or date, but would call us back - but  dead silence has continued 2 months later.  Some people seem to have good luck with them, but we were very disappointed.  Needless to say we went elsewhere after their brush off - the new plumber came day after calling to do the quote and then the following day to do the work.  They're the ones we'll call and recommend from now on.

Randy quickly identified the problem and fixed it to my satisfaction. Because it didn't require a lot of labor and no materials, I was charged the standard $69 fee and no additional charges.

This is my second experience with Total Plumbing, and it was as satisfactory as the first one.  So far all of the Company's representatives, including those with whom I've spoken on the telephone, have been pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.
Bonus, the guys that came out here to do the work didn't once complain about me asking more questions that I've a right to. :)
Today's plumbers, Evan (a young licensed plumber who is obviously on his way up!) and Jacob (his apprentice), echoed the professionalism and efficiency of the plumbers from the first visit.  Raul, who I believe is a Master Plumber, and Cenyen, his apprentice, repaired a hot water slab leak in May 2022 that took some extensive knowledge and effort to complete.
In addition to those exceptional qualities, they were all pleasant, engaging, quick at their work, focused, and dedicated to doing their jobs well.
I purchased a service agreement during the first visit which has already saved me the cost of the agreement, and provides other perks, as well.  Ask them about it.  It might be worth your money, too.
If you have to fork over $$$ to repair things that aren't seen (but that have an incredible affect on your life!), Total Plumbing is the way to go.  I believe they have offices in Mesquite and Forney, Texas, and perhaps elsewhere.

I just called because we are having issues with the plumbing companies our home warranty keeps assigning us and he talked me through my issues and the approximate ballpark cost, so I could make a decision on whether or not to go outside our home warranty. We haven't used their services (yet), but his patience and willingness to help on what I imagine is a busy Saturday deserves a review!!

Very honest and upfront. They informed me that they could not do anything about the flush and if I wanted to get a power flush toilet. I informed him that if it became a problem I will order one. They did not charge me because no work was done. Highly recommend!

Great service!  Called and told them I needed my water heater changed out and they were able to come the next day and get it done quickly even during a winter storm. Would highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

Twice these guys helped us out. Over Christmas when we had a house full of guests, we had a gas leak. It was also my husbands 60th birthday. And the city turned our gas off. We panicked. Called these guys and they said we'd have our gas on by evening. They knew the inspector, and were true to their word...we had heat!
We recently had a new aircon and heating unit installed. In the process the technicians cut the gas off. The pilot went out on our water heaters. After calls were not returned from this company, we called All Around. Danny came over and reset the pilots no charge. They are awesome!

Needed a Plumber and called this number...whoever answered the phone is really RUDE...and hung up on me!  Called back and he wouldn't answer...went to voice mail...Must not be in business anymore! Not nice... :-(

We were in need of a reliable, skilled plumber who could fix a tub faucet at a reasonable rate. The faucet is about 30 year old so it took somebody who knows older, as well as current configurations. Jimmy gave me an estimate on the phone and did a great job. If you're looking for an ethical, professional, I highly recommend Jimmy. We will certainly use Jimmy's services in the future.

Made an appointment. Took the afternoon off work and waited for handyman to show.
He did not show up. Disappointing.

If I could give these guys a negative star rating... I would. I called for a repair to a leak under my kitchen sink. They assured me they would be out on Saturday. I waited... they did not call... they did not come. I still need the leak under my sink repaired. What happened to customer service. I am a senior citizen who needed a repair... I am using my bathroom sink ... shades of my early student days...

They haven't even begun work and this might be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The dispatcher is extremely rude and told my wife I was a liar for letting her know they'd give 30 minutes notice. The same lady then told her she should drive faster (despite having a 2 year old with her) so her plumber could get to his next job. We are talking about a 5 minute drive for my wife and the lady acts as if we just cost her plumber 3 days of work. Do yourself a favor and find a company that actually cares about their customers.

Called this company about a plumbing problem and the only thing I was asked was my zip code, then I was told they had not technicians in my Area.  Then she hung up. Their business is in Little Elm I live in Little Elm.  They obviously aren't interested in business.

I wish I could give him 0 stars. We had a new hot water heater installed as a preventative measure near the end of 2012. We were told that he would pick it up from Lowe's and install it for us with an emergency shut off valve if a leak is detected in the future. Fast forward to today... The valve was activated and we have no hot water.

We called a different plumber because we let Donny go after hiring him for a slab leak. He pressured us to pay out of pocket when the insurance company was going to send him a check. Additionally, he would only use his leak locator for that job. His leak locator was unable to find a leak and charged us for several hours. We called a different leak locator who found the leak in an hour, and Donny refused to do the job until we hired his referral back only to have him charge us by the hour and not do the job. So we were not willing to continue working with either of them.

I digress, the new plumber addressing the water heater informed us that the water heater Donny installed was manufactured in 2009. He notified us that it appeared to be used and, in fact, needs to be replaced. The water heater should be just over 2 years old. He installed a defective/used water heater and charged us for a new one.

We went to Lowe's to check current prices and asked about the manufacture dates. The water heaters we looked at were one week old despite being shipped from Georgia. There is no reason for him to install a water heater that was already 3 years old... Let alone used. He is very shady and unethical. I would strongly advise against using his services.

Nit being a Karen , but whoever is driving this truck needs to have his ...let's just say he is not safe .  WatchEd the driver not only drive way over the speed limit but jumping in and out of traffic and getting right on people's asses .  tried calling and emailing no answer and email returned so guess this is how we are gonna do it .
