Fantastic experience. Cannot say enough Good things about this company. Called when I couldn't turn my shower off and Tom came out on a holiday to fix a broken shower valve. Thoughtful, courteous, and more than willing to go the extra mile. Tom fixer some of the pressure concerns after replacing the shower and left everything in better condition than it was when I bought the house. I mentioned a problem I had been having with another bathroom and Tom fixed that while he was here, too.

Every person I encountered--from the receptionist who answered to phone to Tom himself--was thoroughly professional and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended.

The absolute best. You might have a wait till Billy can get out to see you, but it is 100% worth it. Honest, upfront with costs and keeps you up-to-date if new problems are revealed during work being done. My only regret is that we waited this long to reach out to them!!!! Billy and Amy are the best of the best.

Had 2 different technicians from other companies out to my residence and insisted my water heater had to be replaced. Aaron not only got it back up and running, but his replacement quote was more than fair. If you need an honest and professional plumber, Dodson plumbing is the way to go!.

Lifesavers!  We did not have a working bathroom in the house due to a stopped up line. We had three different plumbers come out and Lewisville Plumbing is the only one that took care of the problem immediately and gave us working bathrooms. These guys are AWESOME!!!  We only use Lewisville Plumbing now and recommend them to all of our family and friends. Thanks Lewisville Plumbing for being there when we needed you!

We had a major issue that required that we shut off the water to the house.  I tried to solve myself, but to no avail.  Called Total Plumbing and Clint came out, fixed the issue and explained everything that they were doing and why.  I have no doubt that we will use them again if the need arises.

All Metroplex Plumbing replaced an outside faucet this morning. Did a wonderful job. This is the third time I have used them. Carlos is a master plumber who does an exceptional job, on time and very professional. Wears covers on his shoes so not to get any dirt on your floors. I have also used him to replace two toilets in my home. Will 100 percent use for any plumbing need in the future. Highly recommend!

Came out to look at a leak at the meter in the front yard.  Quoted $700, $400 to dig a one foot square hole and $300 to fix a leak in a plastic pipe at a union.  I declined.  To their credit they didn't charge for the ridiculous estimate.

Super quick and professional service and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend to anyone in the Lavon, Wylie, Nevada, Rockwall area.

Twice these guys helped us out. Over Christmas when we had a house full of guests, we had a gas leak. It was also my husbands 60th birthday. And the city turned our gas off. We panicked. Called these guys and they said we'd have our gas on by evening. They knew the inspector, and were true to their word...we had heat!
We recently had a new aircon and heating unit installed. In the process the technicians cut the gas off. The pilot went out on our water heaters. After calls were not returned from this company, we called All Around. Danny came over and reset the pilots no charge. They are awesome!

Although I did not hire him he gave me free advise that helped me fix my problem. Great guy

After the hard freeze last week, our tubs and toilets were draining slowly, so we called our home warranty company, they sent someone out twice and we thought the issue was fixed.  This was quite an inconvenience, as my husband and I are both teachers and taking days off is difficult.  

We tried to run the washing machine and discovered ithe initial problem was not fixed because the washer backed up and spilled water all over our floors.  Rather than have them come back, we decided to call another plumber.

We called Jimmy Cash's Plumbing on the recommendation of a friend.  They have 24-7 service, which was important for us.  Jay came out on a Saturday (which the other guys would not do), carefully explained everything he was going to do and try to resolve the issue we were having.  He was extremely professional and thorough, and best--fixed the clog causing our washer to back up.  Jay was extremely knowledgeable and charged us half of what the other plumber charged us to get up on the roof to work out the stoppage.  We plan to have him come back out in the summer to install new toilets for us, and would definitely have him back to do any other plumbing we needed.  

The TL;DR:  responsive, reasonable, knowledgeable and professional.  Jimmy Cash's Plumbing will get more business from us for sure!

Made an appointment. Took the afternoon off work and waited for handyman to show.
He did not show up. Disappointing.

$364 to replace a expansion tank which you can buy around $30 in residential house is ridiculous. The one hour job charged more than $300.  
I called BFP and the manager told me that they are supposed to charge me more.  Stay away from BFP. I will never use their service again.
The person who came however, was professional and well skilled. This review is not about the guy who came.

The WORST company I have ever dealt with. They were racist. They did not want to talk to my mother in law that spoke a bit of English. He didn't even want to hear her as she was trying to tell him I'm one minute away. I stopped his van outside and he didn't even want to give me the time of day. I called the office and they said you are in US and need to speak English. If that is a prerequisite, they need to communicate that ahead of time. They don't dare because that will go on there record. WHAT A SHAME!

Called this company about a plumbing problem and the only thing I was asked was my zip code, then I was told they had not technicians in my Area.  Then she hung up. Their business is in Little Elm I live in Little Elm.  They obviously aren't interested in business.

I wish I could give him 0 stars. We had a new hot water heater installed as a preventative measure near the end of 2012. We were told that he would pick it up from Lowe's and install it for us with an emergency shut off valve if a leak is detected in the future. Fast forward to today... The valve was activated and we have no hot water.

We called a different plumber because we let Donny go after hiring him for a slab leak. He pressured us to pay out of pocket when the insurance company was going to send him a check. Additionally, he would only use his leak locator for that job. His leak locator was unable to find a leak and charged us for several hours. We called a different leak locator who found the leak in an hour, and Donny refused to do the job until we hired his referral back only to have him charge us by the hour and not do the job. So we were not willing to continue working with either of them.

I digress, the new plumber addressing the water heater informed us that the water heater Donny installed was manufactured in 2009. He notified us that it appeared to be used and, in fact, needs to be replaced. The water heater should be just over 2 years old. He installed a defective/used water heater and charged us for a new one.

We went to Lowe's to check current prices and asked about the manufacture dates. The water heaters we looked at were one week old despite being shipped from Georgia. There is no reason for him to install a water heater that was already 3 years old... Let alone used. He is very shady and unethical. I would strongly advise against using his services.

Nit being a Karen , but whoever is driving this truck needs to have his ...let's just say he is not safe .  WatchEd the driver not only drive way over the speed limit but jumping in and out of traffic and getting right on people's asses .  tried calling and emailing no answer and email returned so guess this is how we are gonna do it .
