Came out on time, and it wasn't as bad as I thought. Just needed to redo the caulk in a shower. Honest guys.

Just moved to Dallas in the last year and had our first issuE with our heat going out on a 30 degree day. Called these guys just based on Yelp reviews and they were great. Came out same day and the technician Dean was knowledgeable and courteous. Signed up for their service (something I should have already done) and because of that they waived the visit fee today. Very satisfied!

Unimpressed. Fred was accommodating to meet at our home for a remodel project. He appeared to be professional, confident, and meticulous. After spending about 30 minutes going through my house, all I wanted was an itemized estimate and for him to start as I have ongoing LEAKs that need to be addressed urgently. I texted asking for an estimate. Got a reply later in the evening Sorry I won't be able to help you got stuck with a contract . that happens of course. I asked if I could wait for him. After that I'll be out of the country for a month I asked if he had any other plumber that he could recommend - answer No. No other professional colleague - no I found this answer very odd & in retrospect I felt I misjudged his professionalism. Why bother coming to my house if you have a pending contract. My leak persists without needed attention so much for the business name.

Mr. Dyson
I had a flooding problem in my bathroom, and it turned out that the AC condensation/bathtub drain was clogged. I called Mr. Dyson, and he came right away to take a look. He was very friendly and professional, and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He cleared the gunk and mud from the drain, and the flooding stopped immediately.
I was very impressed with Mr. Dyson's work. He was fast, efficient, and honest. He didn't try to upsell me on anything, and he didn't charge me any extra fees, a rare moment of honesty in this age of imperial franchising(pardon my economists BS). I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

I had a great first Fixer experience. Scheduling online was a breeze and they had lots of options, even same day availability. My Fixer was on time and communicated well about his anticipated arrival time. He worked quickly and efficiently to put my bed together. He did a good job of cleaning up after himself as well. I will definitely use Fixer again.

I had an embarrassing moment where I thought the main water to my house was off so I tried to remove my shower valve cartridge and it broke. Turns out I just turned off the sprinkler valve like a dumb dumb so water was spraying everywhere after cartridge broke. I yelled at my wife to call a plumber but the first company we called couldn't come out for an hour. That wasn't going to cut it so we asked if they knew anyone else we could call. They recommended Garrison and when we called they said they'd have someone out in 5 minutes! When the guy arrived he had water off in 1 minute and saved me from flooding my whole house. From there he offered some great tips to finish the job. They also didn't try to rip me off for the emergency service when they very well could have charged a lot more than they did. I'm very thankful for Garrison Plumbing Services and will give them first bid on any plumbing jobs I have moving forward!

Sadly - they didn't fix my plumbing problem. I paid $198 and they were here for only 19 minutes. Nice people though. : /

Even during a winter storm, Rhead Plumbing showed up within couple of hours to help out with our plumbing problems. The head plumber, Joe, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the problem was and how to proceed to fix it. Amazing service! Highly recommended!

Guy came out said he could not check AC because it was raining. Charged money anyway. Wasted customer's time and money.

I hope this helps someone not go through what I went through with this company. I just wanted them to do a leak detection on a slab leak in my house and I made that clear over the phone before hand. They said they would charge a $250 flat rate to find the leak, and I agreed with that amount. Two gentlemen came in to the house. The main owner of the company was wearing sandals with socks which I found kind of odd, but who am I to judge. I guess I was expecting work boots or something. Anyway, they said they would be there between 9-11 and they showed up around 12. That's ok though, I'm not the most punctual person, so I won't hold that against them. After the work was finished, I asked them where the leak was and they took me into the bathroom and simply pointed to the ground and said that it was in this vicinity. I asked them if they could mark it or at least write on the invoice some dimensions or measurements that I could use to be more specific for my insurance agent, and he refused. I asked them very politely again why they couldn't mark the spot, and they kept saying that they would email me that information with a total bid to repair the leak. I again said, that I didn't bring you here to repair the leak, I simply wanted you to detect leak as we discussed on the phone. To my shock and dismay, he just keep repeating that he would email me the bid and he wouldn't mark the spot or write on the invoice where the leak was. WHAT EXACTLY AM I PAYING YOU FOR, I asked? It was at this point that I clearly saw him wink at his partner. I was enraged, but I kept my cool. It was painfully clear that he didn't want to tell me where the leak was because he wanted to make sure that he was going to get the job for the repair. The second gentleman, not the owner, finally marked the spot on the floor and said that this where he heard the leak the loudest. Stunned and absolutely amazed at what people will do other people just to make money, I gave them their $250 and we parted ways. Two days later, I brought in a real company to detect and fix the leak and the actual spot of the leak was approximately 10 feet from where this company with a so-called Master plumber said it was.
I hope that people will read this and it will prevent them from going through what I went through. This company is an absolute rip off. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE.

Do yourself a favor and call around. I can almost guarantee you will save money for the same or better service elsewhere. Im a person of full transparency, so at the bottom of this review, Ive included all the numbers for you.
We have had a maintenance service plan with this company for a few years now. The plumbers have always been great, very fair, and pretty straight shooters to the best of our knowledge, so we have never had a complaint there. However, the AC guys..... Every time we have needed them, the guys have been there for HOURS and always SUPER expensive. Most recently our estimate was so overly inflated we opted for additional opinions.
The word salad game was strong, & we got a lot of pressure to purchase inflated units and to replace both when only one was necessary. Ive outlined the numbers below in case it helps anyone (minus any military discounts offered).
This company: (numbers are for the units they pushed so hard)
4 ton unit, 16 SEER minimum, pushed for 18. Cost- $18,989
3 ton unit, 14 SEER minimum, pushed for 16. Cost- $16,840
Both units 12 yr warranty. Heavily pushed for both. 12 mo same as cash or 9.5% loan.
Other company:
3.5 ton unit, 14.3 SEER. Cost- $11,973
2.5 ton unit, 14.3 SEER. Cost- $10,837
Both units 10 yr a warranty. Not a single ounce of pressure to do both. 5 yr same as cash. These costs ALSO each include a replacement thermostat.
We ended up only replacing the broken unit which saved us $7,000. Had we done both that would have been nearly a $13,000 difference. The smaller units are more than sufficient for our home and are on par with the other quotes we got as well. Our quote from Force Home was over-inflated.
In addition, we are saving by switching maintenance plans to the new company as well.

I had an appt set for 8a-10a and they showed up 57 minutes late. Work was completed quickly and they left. Shortly after they left I went outside and found an oil slick in my driveway where the company truck was parked. There was a large fresh oil stain with drips all the way down the driveway to the street. With the amount of oil that was left in my driveway that driver has to be putting oil in the truck every few days so there is no way they didn't know that it was leaving. Besides it was so much oil it would have been impossible to see as he drive off. Contacted Operations Manager by phone and email about cleaning it up and have not heard back. Will not use them again or recommend.
