Straight forward, quality work and very reasonable on price.  He identified a leak in a lead liner in the ground, opened up the floor and replaced the piping with pvc.  Would use him again if I have another underground plumbing issue.

We needed to have some camera work done in our pipes to find a sewer leak. He was very diligent and used his snake-camera everywhere and shared the images with me. Michael was very patient and answered a ton of questions. The company sent me a text when the tech was dispatched with a picture of the tech and a little bio, which is very unique in that service line.

Having just moved to the area, we needed a plumber to fix a leak in the kitchen sink and install a new faucet. Took the recommendation of an acquaintance and called Curtis to set an appointment.  He arrived on time and listened to my description of the issue with the leak. He diagnosed it as a simple fix. Apparently, the original installer used the wrong connectors - which explained the stains on the sink cabinet's floor.

While installing the new faucet and soap dispenser, he found two additional minor seepage points due to improperly tightened fittings and corrected those, too.

His fees are very reasonable by anyone's standard and he is now my go-to plumber as we settle into the northern Dallas area. In every aspect, professional yet friendly  service. Call Curtis for an appointment and you will not be disappointed.

Johnathan is an absolute LIFE SAVER!!! My mom had a major leak at her house in the front yard. All plumbers were booked for the week. Johnathan called me the same day I inquired and said he hated to hear we were without water and would be by later that night if it was okay with us. He came by, assessed the issue and quoted us. He was very informative and understanding when we werent quite sure what decision to make. My dad passed away a month ago and Johnathan took WONDERFUL care of my mom and I. We won't be giving anyone else our business.

I'm so thankful I called Drain Dr! I called late yesterday evening and Steve was here at 8:30am today! Not only was he beyond professional, he was quick! We had a stoppage and water was backing up into our home. Steve found clean-outs no problem and went to work. Less than a hour later, the service was complete! Drain Dr also provides a 30 day guarantee on services.

Steve told me the company has had the same owner since 1979....I will definitely call them again if needed.

Some backstory--Originally, I went through my home warranty service and the service received was less than optimal. The company said we did not have clean-outs and to have them installed (for the low, low cost of $600) before they could do the job. Having no access to our showers or toilets, I bit the bullet and called someone outside of our home warranty service--again, I'm so thankful I called Drain Dr!

I don't usually write reviews. That's how great my experience was. They were responsive, timely, professional AND totally reasonably priced. They quickly fixed an old, leaky shower that had been making our water bill more than double what it usually is and I couldn't be more grateful.

I am writing this review because we were shocked by the owner's behavior! We chose them from several plumbing companies to do a major project for us based on his technician's visit: he came over prior and provided a written estimate, was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We liked him and the repair cost so we decided to give them the job.

When the owner showed up he entered our home and did not even say hello, introduce himself or acknowledged my husband who was right in front of him!!! My husband greeted him after an awkward moment and proceeded to show him the location of the damage.

He disregarded everything, all he wanted was the down payment! A few seconds in he said, 'oh, that is $400 more', then kept adding some other 'extras'. My husband showed him the written estimate, an important reason for which we chose them but he said, 'oh, I don't care about that'. Then my husband wanted to show him the outside of the house to assess the other option given by the technician, again 'I don't care about that'... Said that about 3-4 relevant issues concerning the repair.

Every attempt my husband made to clarify what was going to happen, was dismissed with 'I don't care' responses and ALL he wanted was to 'quickly' hurry to get that deposit... At that point my husband said that we DID care what happened with this project, our house AND our finances and that it would be better if we parted ways. He said fine and walked out!

We had already told the other companies we were not giving them the job so I had to start searching for others from scratch! Extremely disappointed to see how the owner of a business behaved! Why would he even send a technician if he was not going to honor the estimates and qualification to assess a damaged by his specialists?!

I had an emergency plumbing issue and initially called another plumbing company who gave me a very expensive quote. I then called Kelly Plumbing Company and was quoted a very fair price for the exact same work. Ed came out immediately and quickly addressed the issue. I would definitely recommend Kelly Plumbing Company for all of your plumbing needs.

I apprexiated Bryan and Tank Yankers communicatio, honesty and promptness. I knew I was having issues with my water heaters and asked Bryan and his team to come clean them out. We chatted about the issues, the age of my heaters and decided it was better to replace them. obviously a big monetary swing from just cleaning to full replacement. But Bryan worked with me and gave me a great offer. and he didn't just replace the tanks. he fixed our emergency shutoff valves, gas lines, drain pans and vents. i was very pleased. He also came out the same week I called him which was an added bonus.

This is my opinion based on the facts of our experience.  They told us they were coming in an hour bc we had a water emergency and had our water shut off. After waiting for an hour and a half we called them back. The person was surprised no one showed up and told us he would call and check and call us right back. He didn't call us back. So we called again - voicemail. Called again and then he told us they were closed now!  We called at 4pm originally and at 8pm they said closed. We turned down another plumber when these guys said they would come. Had to call that plumber back and beg him to come late at night.  Total Nightmare - you can't count one this company!  Find someone else for your plumbing needs.
