OH MY GOSH I AM SO HAPPY I CALLED DRAIN BUSTERS!!!
This morning (Mothers Day Sunday), our toilets started leaking and dirt was backing up in our tub and shower. I was freaking out and called a bunch of places who said no one could come out today. Dale from Drain Busters took my call and said he could come out in an hour. He fixed our problem within 30 minutes (a clog in the main drain--totally my fault--don't flush wet wipes) and we were thrilled at how reasonable the pricing was, especially since it was an emergency call.
Next time we have a problem, I will call Drain Busters again in a heart beat. Solid 10/10 service and repair.

Drip Doctor Plumbing is the best. The owner Dj is reliable, affordable, experienced and honest. He has done multiple jobs in our home and work done is great.  I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs

We recently bought a new dishwasher from Lowe's and this
company called us next day offering to install it that afternoon!
I don't remember ever buying an appliance with that fast a turnover time.
Chris and Jake were highly professional, knew exactly what they
were doing.
Had the old dishwasher removed and all packing
materials were gone near immediately.  They had to wire the
machine into the wall, it wasn't a plug in type, but that wasn't an issue.
They answered all our questions and were very courteous. If I had to call a plumber they would be my first choice.

Great guy! Was very easy to communicate with and was available to come the next day prior to the weekend. Need a sink fixed due to a new countertop install. Will definitely use again!

I was going to use Amundson Plumbing as they were highly recommended from a co-worker. As C.K. said in the previous review, the owner Jamie is difficult to work with. After several days of trying to set up an appointment, I just went with a different company. Jamie was not responsive and made excuses when a plumber did not show up on a Thursday, after I sent an e-mail with the dates I was available, per her request. She then finally got back with me on the following Monday saying I never sent her my address which is why she did not send out a plumber on Thursday. However, I had and forwarded her my sent time/ date stamp. It was then my fault again she did not get it because I should have called to set up the appointment and not have e-mailed her even though almost all our previous correspondence had been via e-mail. They may have a great plumbing staff, however; I will never know since I could not even get an appointment set up through Jamie who was not very professional or responsive.

I just want to let everyone know that if you are looking for a fantastic plumbing company call Michaels Master Plumbing. I live in Allen and he has done fantastic work as well as helping with my mom's house in Fairview.  Very fast and priced right.

My gas line was leaking and a plumber who does not work with gas referred Matthews Plumbing to me.  I called 7 plumbing companies and they had the quickest turnaround and most affordable price, along with quality work.  They also ended up changing out my hot water heater at the same time.  They hit a couple unforseen bumps along the way and worked extra to ensure I could get my gas turned back on quickly.  Both Matt's are kind and kept me informed of progress regularly.  Highly recommend!

Al and I communicated by text and phone. He quoted a price which was considerably less than I paid for a smaller unit 8 years ago. Jason was the installer who was very courteous and efficient. I really appreciate when businesses do what they say, show up, keep me informed and do not mess with the pricing or try  to add on. Hope I don't need another water heater for many years but when I do I will call All About Water Heaters again.

Posted earlier I was unable to reach the Company. The effort to reach me has been appropriately aggressive and I appreciate what appears to be a sincere desire to move this along. Being in sales, I know things can happen, however how the problem is rectified speaks volumes. Still pending service, but the response has been good.

My experience with these guys was pretty terrible so far.
1. Plumber appeared to be very dirty. He was not wearing any shoe covers and left dirty steps all over the house. He never used any gloves. We recently painted our bathroom and now we may have to do that again because he touched everything with his hands and left marks on walls, counter tops etc.
2.  Plumber took around 2,5 hours to figure out which pipe is it despite me telling him it since the very start - I understand he may want to make sure but then he is charging me for every pipe he checked and he DID NOT unclog every pipe.
3. One of the pipes is under bushes at front yard. He did not ask for permission or help and simply rushed his equipment into the bushes and literally broke bushes in front yard where everyone can see it.
4. Now he was sent by a company but request check written on his name, also claimed he cleaned 3 clogs(which is a lie as I had 2 problems both related to same drain line). So he requested ridiculously overpriced payment of $840. Then he reduced it to $550 which I believe is still insanely high. I assume he was going to just tell his company that job wasn't done and he charged me with standard $75 fee and take the rest as he kept complaining that company takes too much % of the payment so next I should just call him directly.

My conclusion - avoid this company at all cost. Their plumbers will try to hassle you.
I tried to call them, they promised to have their manager to call me but it never happened.

Absolutely not. So we had called this company to come out and find where a leak was in our sprinkler system.  They came out and charged a few hundred dollars.  They marked the spot. So we called our sprinkler company to come fix the leak. Come to find out, there wasn't a leak there at all.  He spent hours trying to find it and he said in 30 years it has never taken him so long.  So that being said they were FAR from
Where the leak actually was.   So then we were charged $1000s due to how long it took him to find it.  My husband on various occasions have tried to contact this company to no avail.  It is fine if you make a mistake. Everyone is human, but then to not rectify it? I'm completely disappointed and disheartened. I would love to hear from them so they can rectify the situation.

We moved into a new house a couple weeks ago, and quickly realized that we had some leaks in sinks supplies and at our washing machine water supply.  Scout came out and fixed us up.  They were prompt, fast and friendly.  I will use Scout every time that I need plumbing work done at my house. Thank you!
