Ok so Warren and DJ his protege are true professionals they did an awesome job. My house was built in the 1920s so when they bid the job they did not know what they were in for. They were awesome and jumped right in to do the job right. Warren is a true plumbing artist. I would highly recommend him for any job in your home. It's refreshing to see someone who works so hard to do a job right and sticks by his quotes. There are many scam artists plumbers out there but Warren is not one of them. Tiffany was so friendly and knowledgeable while booking the appointment, and then Tony and Jaime, the technicians, were not only courteous and friendly, but they got the job done quickly, and took the time to answer additional questions, and give some other advice on how to improve efficiency and air flow. Very professional and honest, I had gotten a quote from another plumber regarding my issue and it was very expensive. Without telling mike about the quote he fixed my problem at a third of the cost. I highly recommend county line plumbing.

I have to give a shout out to our awesome plumber Mark Trimble. No he didn't tell me to write any of this but I see a lot of questions in here asking for a great plumber. I can't recommend him enough if you have a job that you need done right the first time, need to fix a job that was botched by another company (like one that rhymes with Sold Pedal), or any challenging or creative fix. Mark and his son are the guys to save the day.

They treat your house like their own. In our case, our sump pump failed and the back up too. Plus the original company who installed the connector to the townhouse drainage system did a terrible job (before we moved in) and water was splashing all back on our bricks causing damage. Mark is not the cheapest plumber but is is absolutely the best around. He can do anything, do it right, do it to code, and make sure you won't run into problems in the future by corner cutting. He knows what he is doing and stands behind his work. I think they must have come by five times for our job to quote, help us keep the basement from flooding, lent us a little manual pump, installation, and checking in to make sure it worked properly. That kind of service is rare these days.

VERY overpriced! They claim they are better priced/better value than other companies because they give you the price up front (not charge by the hour) and you sign an agreement before they do the work. I was very naive, did not know pricing, so I signed - including for an upsell that they suggested which I didn't really need - and ended up paying $533 for an hour and a half's work (one kitchen sink faucet replaced, faucet provided by me - and two under-sink water valves replaced). When I talked to others in the know, they alerted me to the fact that I had greatly over-payed. I tried reasoning with the service manager after the fact, but he said that because I signed the agreement he's not going to waiver on the fee - other than refunding the $35 dispatch fee. So my recommendation IF you decide to go with this company is to have a knowledge of reasonable pricing for the work you are going to get done. Otherwise you may end up grossly overpaying.

By the way, the front office staff who make appointments etc... are very friendly and efficient. I was hoping the rest of my service experience would be equally good, but sadly not.

Had a positive experience with HVAC rep who was professional and knowledgeable. He inspected our heating and cooling and we would recommend him highly.

My water heater messed up on me on a Sunday night and I called another plumber initially who for whatever reason never called me a back. Needless to say I called Goodman's and they called back, set up a time -could not keep that time yet called and let me know they would be a little later. Stan the plumber was great! He came in reviewed the water heater immediately explained the problem to me and my family/friends and told me what it would cost to fix it and did it. He and his co-workers were respectful of my property, to me and clean! They left no mess to clean up and they were honest. I am referring Goodman's to all friends and aquaintances!! They are the BEST.

Ask for Roman, he was great. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. The price was reasonable and the workmanship was excellent.
