I want to thank them for an amazing job they did. They fixed a broken sink. Installed   three sinks, two toilets and one complicated shower body in one day. Not only were they fast. They were EFFICIENT, which to me is more important. They responded to me in a few minutes after my yelp request at 8pm and texted with me until they showed up the next morning. They were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I am actually going to call them in a few days for something new. If you want EXCELLENT customer service and work, they are who you should call.

Our water heater stopped working last night and we had a leak under the appliance.  Found Sam's Plumbing Services in Google.  I called the Plumbing Service and talked to Sam who asked to take pix of the water heater in different angles.  Sent the pix to Sam who said it can't be fixed; it needs to be replaced.  He came the same day to replace the water heater and got it working.  He was prompt, reliable, and professional.  Thank you for your excellent service, Sam!!

Kirk is the man. He's very professional and knowledgeable. I had a clogging issue and found Kirk based on the past reviews. I am glad I made the right choice for hiring him. He's very patient of explaining the issue and knows what he's doing. I would recommend him if you're having clogging issues.

Called Mike for a repair to a steam boiler that a different company declined to repair.  (Even though they were the ones that had installed the boiler originally).
Mike made an appointment to look at the project - came when he said he would - reviewed what was needed, gave me an estimate and scheduled a date for the repair.
The day of the scheduled repair he let me know what time he would be arriving - came on time and despite some additional work that was required completed the fix for the quoted price.
Throughout I found Mike to be friendly, reliable and straightforward.  There was never any issue with communication.  Going forward he will be the one I call for any plumbing work in my building.

Tim was absolutely amazing!! He arrived when he said he would and was meticulous in his work. He double checked with me before each project to make sure I liked the position of the paintings/mirror/shelves and took his time. He was friendly, fairly priced, and cared about the project. I wanted to hang 4 pieces of art  that I loved (of all different sizes ) in my dining room and he gave me great suggestions on different ways to do it, and the result was just perfect! Highly recommend!

Had to service an apartment for my tenant and Rob was great. Upfront on pricing and transparent, didn't try to upsell or fabricate issues like some other plumbers I contacted and was available in 30 minutes to help out.

Olsi did an excellent job replacing my kitchen faucet. He helped me find a compatible faucet and did a great job installing it. He was communicative, reliable, and punctual. He came prepared with additional piping that was needed given unexpected corrosion. I am glad I didn't try to install the new faucet myself.

As a commercial business owner, i had a sink and faucet that needed immediate fixing. Joshua was able to show up in 45min at a very decent price (we reached out to over 25 different plumbers and all were either unavailable or (very) overpriced. The problem was resolved on the fly and everything was operational within the hour. From the experience, if you need a reliable, quick, and friendly plumber: call joshua.

Eugene was right on time and very professional.  He securely hung a medicine cabinet through marble tile in the bathroom (he came prepared with a drill bit for marble).  He also hung 3 ceiling fans securely.  We ran into an issue with 2 loose electrical boxes, but he ran to the hardware store and got the parts we needed.  With some thought, he was able to fix the issue without having to cut into the ceiling sheetrock and finish the job.  Highly recommend, and will be using him for future jobs.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

We needed a bookcase assembled and two televisions mounted. Robert was communicative and did excellent work on our job. Definitely recommended.

Hassan came on Monday 2/5 and gave me an estimate for some plumbing work I needed done in my coop. Best plumbers in NY area. Very skilled and professional. They assessed what needed to be done quick and efficiently and quoted a fair price for the quality of work they performed. They kept me up to date on progress and got the job done right the first time. I have had not so great luck with plumbers in the past and they have set the bar high. I will certainly use this talented group of plumbers for all of our needs and now have them saved on my favorites list. I highly recommend them. So happy with the work done. I'm really happy with this company's work, I had a real emergency and in less than one hour everything was resolved. I know it is a little expensive but the professionalism is very difficult to find in today dates and is worth the money. They have a great combination of quality, punctuality and professionalism.

My tub suddenly stopped up last week.  I found Safeway on Yelp and requested a quote.  They sent it pretty quick. I called the next morning and they were here within a few hours.  Tub drains better than ever.  Thank you so much Pete & Im sorry but I forgot the other gentleman's name that came.  Great customer service and very professional.

Had a clogged kitchen sink drain. Asked for a request from Yelp, response was nearly immediate. I called the number and spoke with Mike (mechanic). He was super nice/helpful even though I'd not gotten the office directly. Said I'd call back when I was sure. Chose them out of the bunch. He was here in an hour and done in 15 minutes. No mess, cleaned up after himself and was, for lack of a better term, very easygoing and positive. Great experience and great results. Adding the number to my contacts for future services.

Tom is awesome.  I had called on Friday at 2:30 for a toilet that was overrunning.  He answered me within 2 minutes.  He was in the area and gave an ETA around 6.  He came around 6 and helped fixed the problem quickly and also explained what to do in the future.  Really reasonable prices.
Three generations - cannot beat that.
