Due to the ida storm my basement flooded and my boiler was damaged (no hot water). Vuksani and their team replaced my boiler they arrived about an hour later after my call. They assessed the situation and replaced my boiler. They were efficient and nice guys! Id recommend their services!

This was a great experience.  I had a corroded toilet flush valve and flapper. Sam replaced everything fast even though he had to work in a very tight space and weird angle.  He explained the problems and his solution. To top all that off his fee was economical.  For the ladies, I'm a very small person, 5 feet, and 100 pounds, and I've had lots of service people in my house, you will not feel intimidated or creeped out, Sam is polite and has a non threatening manner about him and he is neat and clean.

These guys are the absolute best!! They are always accessible, show up when they say they will and always go the extra mile to make sure the work is completed in the best possible way.
Today they came quickly, cleaned up the back up sewer mess in the backyard and even started the process with 311 to get the city out here to fix the main sewer pipe.
We also used them twice before and were always super happy with their customer service and their work ethic.  Definitely a company you would be happy to deal with in the most challenging situations. Thank you Pipe Monkeys!

I recently moved into a new apartment and discovered a leak in a pipe under my kitchen sink.  I called Mike and he was able to come the very next day (a Saturday).  He took all precautions in coming into my apartment during the pandemic, wearing a mask and gloves.  He quickly and efficiently replaced the pipe, fixed a second leak that he found, and also tightened my kitchen faucet which was a little loose.  He did an expert job, kept my kitchen clean, and charged a fair price.  I can't  recommend Mike Donahue more highly for any necessary plumbing work.  I will certainly call him again if I have any other plumbing issues.

I requested help mounting my TV to the wall and hiding the wires in my apartment. I am beyond happy with the work. 10/10. Highly recommend. For someone like me who isn't very great with tools, the service was more than valuable.

Svetlana, the scheduler, was responsive with scheduling and flexible to my availability. They were nice enough to come the day after Christmas, which was technically a federal holiday. She told me the price up front. She also found me a wire cover on Amazon to order and sent me instructions on how to purchase them.

Artsem, the technician, arrived mostly on time (within the window I was given). He was very friendly and efficient. He wasted no time in getting the TV measured and holes drilled. The entire process took about one hour. He also was very tidy, laying down paper towels before drilling and cleaning up his area. He made sure everything was adjusted to the height I preferred. I really appreciated his insight on where to place the wires to make the console look most beautiful. His expertise was apparent throughout. At one point the drill bit I was sent along with the wire hiding kit broke. Luckily, Artsem came prepared with a spare bit and everything was saved.

The price, including the $50 deposit, came out to $215 for the wire hiding and mounting. I paid $50 beforehand and $165 after completion. I'd say it's worth it. He came with all the tools, on time, and finished the job quickly. Everything is straight and level too. He also told me to save the pieces he drilled out from the wall so that I could fix the wall when I move out from my rented place. I appreciate that he's thinking ahead like that. Last, he accepts Venmo. Overall, a great value and a great team of folks.

Where is the 6+ stars? That is what Robert deserves! He tirelessly worked for over an hour to clear our severely clogged kitchen sink. Not only did he get the pipe cleared but he also neatly cleaned up the area before he left. I also appreciate the response time and that he worked efficiently once he was on site.

$95 to come talk a look at a clogged shower, wouldn't give me any sort of estimate over the phone. $375 for a snake that he said would take 20 mins. No thanks.

These guys were in at 9:25 & finished at 9:55 to fix a leaky shower head & faucet. Gave me a quote of $175. Had couple of quotes of $375 for same repair. Job well done & professional. Did not tell me I needed to replace the. Shower head or faucet when it was not needed either. Thanks to yelp as well.

Robert is quick to respond and extremely professional. The kitchen faucet in my rented condo was leaking bad. I gave Robert the details and tenants contact info, he gave me the price best and worse case. Super easy. He set up the appointment w them. Turned out the faucet was busted. He let me know and even went to Home Depot to get and and go back same day to fix the sink. Wait it gets better. He saw that the grout was shoddy btwn the counter and backsplash, so he also picked up caulk and resealed the problem area.

Called Hassan for a boiler and water heater tune up as he is experienced and has been in the plumbing and heating business a long time. I made an appointment for the following morning.
He gave me a very good price.

Immediately on my first phone call they were concerned about my problem and about me not having to waste money on a service I don't need.  Then Victor came out and spent twice as much time cleaning and troubleshooting as anyone else ever has and at a faaarrr better price.  I highly recommend them!!!! I called Mike of thesewerguyinc.com aka L & C Sewers and Drains late in the morning a couple of days ago. I had already hired two different plumbers who had tried and failed to clear a sewage line from a kitchen sink, and dealt with two other plumbers who strung me along and then dropped me before ever showing up so I was getting pretty stressed out.  Mike and I talked briefly about the problem and he told me he'd get someone over there in the early afternoon, and that he felt confident that his guy Giovanni would succeed where others had failed.  Because of some challenges his guy had at the first job, he ended up coming later than expected, but there was pretty good communication, so it wasn't such a big deal. Mike ended up coming with the other guy Giovanni and with an arsenal of plumbing snakes, cameras, and other tools to get the job done. After a couple of unsuccessful first attempts to clear the line, he told me that he was the best person for the job because he was committed to figuring out a solution, and that he wouldn't give up until he succeeded. After four false starts with other plumbers, I loved hearing that!  He suggested several possible last resort measures he could take but ended up going with something much less costly and that didn't require opening any walls. He charged me a reasonable fee, was very pleasant to deal with, and cleaned up well before he left. I recommend this business 100%. I feel so glad to have found them.

I called Tom's Plumbing and within 2 hours Tom and Justin came to my house to install a dryer on top of my washer machine and they we're great, professional and quick. I will use them all the time from now on.  Excellent work...
