Edison was professional and reasonable to deal with over the phone and the two plumbers that he sent, Jay and Paulie were prompt, skillful, personable and exhibited an excellent work ethic. I they are running a very straight up operation. No nonsense, no hassle, just good business. I will never use another plumbing service again.

First time boiler owner. Don't know what to do or expect but knew it needed to get inspected. Sam was super communicative and honest about what he could do, cost and when he would be there. Ari is the person that came out for the service and he was kind, thorough, explained everything so I could understand, honest with what might need future maintenance and what he suggested now and why. We chose Michael blindly from Yelp reviews and so glad we did. Professional, friendly and reasonable. He was so kind as to help us with a big job which was sort of last minute and stayed late too. Then again a few days later with a separate issue.  I would absolutely call him again for a job and recommend him to all.

I called the golden hands for my toilet which was leaking downstairs, Artsem was great! Although he was a bit late but he came prepared, went to work immediately and was very professional and neat. He took care of the problem and installed the toilet and now it's functioning perfectly. The price was very reasonable and it was the same amount they told me on the phone, no surprises or extra fees. He even installed a valve for free for me!

We needed to replace our kitchen faucet and found Rob via Yelp based off of all of these 5-star reviews. He was extremely easy to communicate with, quoted us a fair price, and came to install it within the week. The new faucet looks and works great! Would recommend him without question in the future -- a great find!

Olsi came out to install 2 faucets for me in my new condo. He took away the old plumbing and made sure everything was working.

Not reliable at all!
At 9am the Super banged on my door about a leak into the apartment below. Being a great tennant I immediately scheduled a service call, I set this up with Marcel Plumbing for 4PM, at 3PM they called and cancelled.

I had a active leak into the downstairs apartment and they said they could maybe show up by Sunday. Fortunately I was able to find a reliable plumber that I called at 3:15 and they were on the scene by 4PM.

Some plumbers are very reliable and some like Marcel are unreliable.

We just moved in to our new home and had to install new showers and toilets. During covid times it was so hard to find someone to come out to our neck of the woods. Thankfully we found Krill's sink and shower and we are so grateful. Not only was Kirill super professional but he also made sure to very careful with our new bathrooms. He was super quick and efficient. Thank you Kirill, I'll be sure to tell all my family and friends about your five star service!

We had a really fun emergency with our toilet late at night.  I called every emergency plumbing  number I could find, and no one answered -- only Roto Rooter who said we could make an appointment for 10 in the morning.  By chance we reached Joshua, who actually answered the phone, asked me to send him some pictures of the offending toilet, and talked me through what to do to stop the leak.  Then he came over the next morning - keeping in touch when he was running late, a real plus -- and by the end of the day he had replaced our toilet (which had been giving us problems for years), taken away the old one, cleaned everything up, and basically solved all our problems -- well, at least our toilet-related problems.  He is kind and straightforward and obviously a very decent guy.  Is it clear I'm highly recommending Bullseye Mechanical Corp.?

Was in a bind with my sewer main, John came out promptly diagnosed the situation and took the time to explain my options and didn't try to rob me like some of these other companies.

Based on Yelp reviews, fair pricing and communication I decided to hire them to replace a ceiling fan with a new one.

I had to change the time of the appointment by a few hours the day prior and they had no problem with changing the time.

He helped me move the dining room table out of the way as well as boxes to get him a 6 foot ladder.

The job was done in less than an hour and the fan works great!

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.
Robert is an excellent technician, professional, neat and courteous.
I will definitely use them in the future and will highly recommend them.

Contacted them, they were back in touch within 30 mins.as thery daid thry would be on my text.  They were considerate, clean and respectful.  I would call them again in a heartbeat. m

Very accommodating. I called for service and they rescheduled their service man to come to my house. They were concerned about me not having heat. Fortunately, I didn't need actual service from them because the maintenance man of my condo, turned on the gas burner switch. That was the issue. But I wanted to let customers know this is an outstanding company. Call them if you need help.

Highly recommend! They worked hard to schedule an appointment despite their busy schedule and my own limited availability. Their tech arrived when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem then resolved it with minimal hassle, for a very reasonable price at the lowest end of their estimate. Their tech fully cleaned up before leaving. Absolutely top marks across the board!

Had a sewer line clog and Safeway was there in less than 2 hours to help fix the issue. Great service, great price, and very friendly. Will 100% use again.

Bathtub wouldn't drain last night so I put out a request for service and they responded within minutes.

Miguel arrived early, worked fast, and provided helpful information about the issue. I have some more work that needs to be done and will most likely be using their services again.
