I was moving out in 2 days time and needed a quick job on my toilet done. He responded within a very good timeframe and came that evening and completed the job. He was honest, reliable and direct about the work required. I had to send him pictures by phone and email. When he came, saw the work to be done, he quoted me a very reasonable price and only once I agreed did he start the work. I would definitely recommend this plumber and use him again in the future. He's based in Astoria which suited me (I'm in Long Island City) and works all over NYC. I found him on Yelp and he was exactly what I needed.

We just moved in to our new home and had to install new showers and toilets. During covid times it was so hard to find someone to come out to our neck of the woods. As a commercial business owner, i had a sink and faucet that needed immediate fixing. Joshua was able to show up in 45min at a very decent price (we reached out to over 25 different plumbers and all were either unavailable or (very) overpriced. Looking for a plumber at 5p on a Friday? Look no more! I called 5 other plumbers on Yelp before I finally got to John and he was the first one to answer and offer help. Not only did he try to save me money by making sure it wasn't a city drainage issue, but he also communicated his ETA clearly and was helpful when he finally came to fix my backed up water main. He educated me on the watch outs of my particular plumbing situation and promptly left without trying to upsell me. I definitely plan to keep his number for any future issues or plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Great service came twice. Couldn't fix my flushometer but was very nice and tried everything.

I had a project to do in my backyard and had no luck finding anyone on Staten island to take it. It was something I needed done right away. I called them and even though they are in Brooklyn they still took the job and we're fantastic.

Called this company based on the great yelp reviews.  We set an appointment time for 4PM, and we waited for Hassan for almost an hour and a half.  Finally, we get a call from Hassan only to hear that he was in Manhattan at our scheduled time.  Hassan stated he was back in Glendale but still could not make the appointment because he was stuck in traffic.  Hassan didn't seem to care that he wasted our time and when we mentioned we had found him on Yelp, he quickly said good bye and hung up.

A dream come true! I accidentally flushed a plastic fork down my toilet and I reached out through Yelp, got a quote and day/time immediately. He came right on time, fixed my problem within literally 3 minutes and that was it! Very friendly, easy to work with and I got the exact results I wanted. Thank you!!

Highly recommend! They worked hard to schedule an appointment despite their busy schedule and my own limited availability. Their tech arrived when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem then resolved it with minimal hassle, for a very reasonable price at the lowest end of their estimate. I had the worst luck in NYC with Plumbers until I found Safeway.  Peter was super responsive, showed up when agreed, gave me fair and upfront pricing on resealing my leaking toilet, and even removed a clog in the drain for no additional charge.

They are truly amazing! I had several issues that needed to be fixed on top of a complete bathroom remodel. They did demo, clean up, the main plumbing issues and the remodel. There was an issue that popped up right after they were finished but they came right away to make sure everything was perfect. They have great communication and fair prices. I already recommended them to someone else.
