Best A/C Repair in New York NY

Meriton was a rock star, and I so would hire Electrician Techs again.  They are excellent at communicating, scheduling and handling the payment.   We have old wiring, and one of the AC units was never properly wired.  Meriton was able to determine what was wrong and had it repaired in less than an hour.  Very satisfied.

Mike was great.  First helping me over the phone to determine the issue.  The he stopped by and immediate knew the issue and fixed it.

I just moved into a new home and experienced a few different electrical issues. Klodian walked me through the home, troubleshooted with me, resolved several concerns immediately and will be returning to fix the remaining issue.  He put me immediately at ease and was able to answer all of my questions, without making me feel unknowledgeable.

I was looking for an electrician to install my new ceiling fan and I found Mickhael on yelp and other people as well. He answered me fast and gave me a reasonable price. He was available to come when I was off. He took off the old ceiling fan and put on the new one. He was fast, clean and professional. He explained to me the functioning of the fan. Ralph came over to fix what I thought was a lose connection in my track lighting but was actually a small electrical fire which had been burning inside the metal box of my ballast for 4 days! He also completely replaced my circuit breaker (which should have turned the power off to the over-heated ballast) all in one day working through lunch and without breaks to be sure my kids and I could sleep at home that night without any risk. He even found where the main circuit in my overloaded circuit breaker was burning through and also ready to cause a fire. I have never written a review before but this was the best experience I'd ever had with an electrician. Thank you Ralph!

I had a some small electrical problems I had been putting off.  But when all the lights went out in the bathroom, it was time to do something.
I called Gaston because he was close, and I knew the travel time would be short.  He got there in fifteen minutes, and this is without it being an emergency!
He fixed the bathroom and the other things that weren't working.  He was quick, professional, and friendly.  That's a really pleasant combination.

Great experience! Got a quote from John in minutes that was a bit lower than the rest. He came by the next day and installed two lights quickly and safely. I had sent him the links to the fixture and he had looked them up online the day before so he would know what to expect. Very communicative throughout - he let me know way in advance he was running a bit behind, but then didn't end up being late at all. And he didn't mind explaining every step in the process so I could learn a little bit. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love the work that Erick and his team at Eco Electrician did on my bathroom fan. This fan used to have to be plugged into an outlet to use like a dive-bar. It was annoying and very frat house-y while Erick was doing another job for me, I ran this by him and he blew me away the results from today's install. Crispy clean work, as usual from Erick. Super amazing with response and stellar craftsmanship! Check out my other reviews for Erick and his team, they've done a lot of great work at my house.

Scott was very communicative and able to come out on short notice, no hoops to jump through. He saw the job through until it was totally fixed and remained available and responsive during a small hiccup with the project.

Very fast response, arrived within two hours of us leaving them a message.  The electricians were polite and professional, they were able to figure out right away what the issue we were having was and talked me through what they were doing to fix it. Then had me run the appliance to make sure everything was working properly. I will be using them for my future electrical needs.

Avi is a lifesaver. His team was originally only available the following week. But when I told him I needed the light fixed in the kitchen of my elderly parents, he fit me in after a cancellation within a few hours of talking to him. Very reasonably priced. Came with 2 men to handle the kitchen light and ceiling fan installation to save on time.  Arrived on time. Very pleasant and understanding on the phone.

Roman came yesterday afternoon after I called him in the morning. He and his assistant Jason stayed until evening when the job was done and did an amazing job! We had a pendant light installed (in a new location) and 5 other fixtures changed out. They did a great job and vacuumed up everything at the end and took out all of the trash and boxes that accumulated from the install. Roman is incredibly personable and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who has electrical work to be done.

When our electrician retired, we needed to find a new one to do some work around the house. Gladiator is close to our home, and when they first moved in, we had a nice conversation with the owner, Mike. On top of that, they got great reviews from our neighbors in the local Facebook group, so we decided to give them a try.

We decided right. They worked fast, accurately, let us know what was going on, their prices were on the same order as our previous electrician (very reasonable), and, if the work hadn't been completed, you would never have known that any work  had been done. Strongly recommended.

Very disappointed.  The young journeyman electrician was clearly clueless and took tremendous amount of time to work in the home.   He made a complete mess of  2 parallel mounted 3 way switches.  Keith, the owner of KB Charged a fortune arguing it was based on time regardless the 4th switches did not work    I learned the switches were wired entirely wrong by KB's crew.  One entire 3way circuit lighting my 2nd floor hallway would not turn on from either location.   On 2nd 3 way circuit, only one switch location worked, but only if the other location with was in the on position.  When called back, owner refused to correct or refund money.  Was unconscionably arrogant.  Refused to offer to return to correct the damaged work.  

Clearly there is no supervision of KB's on site crews and no sense of ownership of poor workmanship and lack of skills.  Finally the arrogance and complete lack of any sense of responsibility or consideration of the client.  

Greenway Electric came and explained the disaster that was left by KB and in short order corrected KB's mess.  All switches and lights work fine now thanks to Nick from Greenway Electric,

I would strongly discourage hiring KB based on technical incompetence, imperious attitude and complete lack of professional service mindset or personal integrity.

Do not call KB.  Call an electrician that supervises their crews or better yet where the licensed owner comes on site and supervises and stands behind their work.
