They responded within a short period of time and came the next day.  He came on time and fixed the problem.  They were attentive.

We've had an ongoing issue with our plumbing since we moved in a few months ago. We've had three plumbers come and look at it. Two said various things about the kitchen faucet, the check valve, the water heater, etc. Sam took one look at it, diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of arriving at my apartment and had it fixed in 30. Will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs!

Kirk came today to fix a problem that we had after our refrigerator was installed.  He was polite and safe, wearing a mask.  He got the job done very quickly and gave us an extremely fair price.  He was courteous and thorough.  I'd highly recommend this service to anyone!  Thanks so much to Kirk and this great company!

I've used Mike several times now for smaller and larger jobs and I would hesitate to have anyone else work on my apartment.

First of all, the estimates never changed regardless of the fact that some jobs were spaced out months apart from the time given to when the work was actually performed (my scheduling issues not his). Even though some were more work than anticipated the price stayed the same and extra/unanticipated parts were provided for no additional cost and weren't even pointed out to me, I could tell just by looking.

In one instance, there was a big issue with my building's pipes that was originally thought to be a clog in my apartment. Mike immediately diagnosed the real issue and when he didn't have the equipment on hand to fix the problem, it being an unanticipated issue, he recommended an emergency service and left without charge. Maybe some people would take that for granted but I appreciated his time, efforts and ultimate success in correctly identifying the problem and not charging me for a call. Most licensed plumbers have charged me regardless of if the problem was solved or not.

Lastly the quality of the work really speaks for itself. The work is never shoddy and inspires confidence that you've found the right guy for the job. I'm surprised there aren't more reviews up for him because he's always busy but maybe that's due to him working a lot of commercial jobs too. Anyway, I definitely recommend Mike for your home or apartment as well as building work because he's proven himself on small and large jobs.

I highly recommend Marcel.  He was very responsive to all communications to set up the appointment.  He ran into a variety of unexpected challenges in the job I asked him to do because of sloppy work done by previous plumbers who had worked on my kitchen sink.  He was very patient throughout his efforts to work with these challenges and determined to get the job done right this time.  He did not charge me additional fees despite the fact that he needed to stay on the job much longer than he was expecting. And that fee was a reasonable fee in the first place.

Joshua was super easy to communicate with and came right on time. I stayed at an AirBnB and upon arrival found a super clogged up toilet :( I called him and he helped as good as he could, but there was a deeper issue for which I didn't want to pay, but he gave me recommendations to tell the owners as well. He's very friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

Eugene is fantastic - works quickly and efficiently and he is VERY responsive to scheduling appts, etc.

Used for 2 projects, one for leaky sink and another for leaky sink and clogged drain.   He is very respectable person who gets the job done right and fast.  I would call again for any future plumbing issue.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

Hired Riverside to wallpaper a small bathroom as well as change a cartridge on my shower fixture which had rusted.  

In terms of the wallpaper, they did a decent job.  It took a lot more time than I expected so in the future I would push for a flat fee on something like this rather than go hourly.

For the shower fixture, I wish they had told me this was beyond their expertise.  They fiddled around for 3+ hours and installed the cartridge incorrectly and unevenly.  They then said my fixture hardware was broken because it could not be installed on top of the cartridge (due to the way they had installed it).  A few days later I called a plumber and they were able to fix it in 30 minutes without any issues.  Luckily, they did not charge for this but I have a feeling the wallpaper job was padded due to the time they spent here.

Hassan and his team did a great job.  They were quick to respond, very professional, clean and organized, and all at a reasonable cost.  Not looking forward to my next plumbing problem, but I will call FourSeasons again!

When our boiler shut down we were scrambling for a late night heating specialist. We reached out to Peral late at night, and were able to get a specialist to our door quickly THAT NIGHT. They did an excellent job of explaining the issue, and fixing our problem.

Victor arrived within the hour of my call.  He was efficient, quick, and got the job done!  I highly recommend them!!!!!!

I had issues with my 2 sewer drains in the basement. He fixed that problem and since at the time i also had a clog in my upstairs bathroom and sink. So i asked him to alleviate the problems with those as well. Respectful guy. Good service.

I had sewer line backup and needed to get it addressed ASAP. L&C were super-responsive, came right away, fixed issue without gouging me. THANK YOU-hopefully we won't have issues but we would definitely use L&C again!

Called Tom for a toilet problem I couldn't fix. Based on reviews here I chose to wait for him to return from vacation (from which he texted me an immediate response). I'm glad I did...
When he came, he ran through standard unclogging steps. The house is VERY old and and we investigated further he kept me completely appraised and even educated of what was going ion, what he suspected, and where it could be a bigger problem (and more money), asking if it were worth it (which it was for me), and quoting me along the way to less than I expected it to be.
He ended up having to trace pipes through ceilings and walls, cutting out section of old large lead drain pipe and replacing it - all without flooding the basement which we both expected might happen. AND identifying and removing a major drain clog. AND returning at night to complete the job after sourcing the parts we needed, all after he'd been there pretty much all day for what was expected to be a 1-hour job. All for a fair price where I think many guys would have simply given up. We spoke of his dad and mentor and I think his dad would be very proud of Tom and how he handled this one!
Highly, highly recommended and I'm glad I listed to other Yelpers on this one.
