Best Gas Water Heater Installation in New York NY

I'd give a 4.8! Just because I rarely give a 5 star review.

Unluckily I had to face the plumbing issue in Manhattan at one point of my life. I def know that I should not use Building Management's suggested plumber so I started Googling.

Vuksani and Waterhouse popped up both with great reviews. However I still question when a establishment has all/only 5-star review coz a lot could be fake.

After 3 calls of each I made to inquire about the potential cause and the potential cost, Vuksani patiently responded to me all my questions while Waterhouse blocked me.

Then since I wasn't gonna use the Buildings suggested plumber, they asked a lot of paperwork. It was quite a stressful back and forth since I never encounter this matter.

There was a lot of back and forth but Vuksani helped through the end with patience.

His two guy came, follow Covid guide. Everything was smooth during the repair.

I was also very worried about over charging with the original quote as that's just a normal scene in Manhattan. But he didn't. Wheeew.

Anyways I'm glad I stick with him and didn't give up during the hiccup of the paperwork with building management.

Sam came right away on a hour's notice on Thursday, assessed the problem, came back Friday morning and was able to solve the problem of the leak in the basement. So far no issues on the leak from the bathroom reoccurring. Pretty satisfied.

( five stars !!)I called Michael Donahue when our Boiler blew during a cold spell (18 degrees) our home had no heat( EMERGENCY). He immediately came over and assessed the problem. He worked 13 hour days and had us up and running in no time with a new boiler. Michael is no-nonsense, hardworking and straight forward about everything. He gave us a fair price and got the job done. Michael is old school, that is to say, he works with pride in his work, attention to detail and customer satisfaction. It's a trait that is getting more difficult to come by these days. We will not hesitate to call Michael again for any problem or advice.

Josh came in less than 30minutes and within minutes he fixed my toilet. He's a really pleasant guy to deal with and a true professional. Josh told me what to steer clear of to make sure I try to avoid clogging my toilet again. I would definitely recommend Josh for plumbing services and wouldn't hesitate to call him up the next time around.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

Robert is quick to respond and extremely professional. The kitchen faucet in my rented condo was leaking bad. I gave Robert the details and tenants contact info, he gave me the price best and worse case. Super easy. He set up the appointment w them. Turned out the faucet was busted. He let me know and even went to Home Depot to get and and go back same day to fix the sink. Wait it gets better. He saw that the grout was shoddy btwn the counter and backsplash, so he also picked up caulk and resealed the problem area.

Fast response time and superb service. Justin responded very quickly and was able to schedule an appointment for same day to fix 2 broken toilets in my apartment. He diagnosed the problem immediately and also found replacement parts that were compatible with my toilets. He fixed both issues within a couple of hours and also checked out the water piping in my bathrooms. He was very helpful in explaining the issue and how to reduce risk of happening in the future. I would highly recommend Tom's plumbing services and will definitely call him the next time I have an issue.

Our water heater pressure valve was faulty and water was constantly flooding our garage. Bruno came by within the same day and took care of the issue swiftly and even provided some helpful tips!

Called and an appointment was given for a specific date and time.  Plumber never showed up and no one even bothered to call to cancel.  Kept me waiting, wasting valuable time.

called the company and in the outset it says free inspection but after talking to the receptionist I will be charged $60 for the visit. Not an honest way to approach any new customers like that!!! waste of time.

Chris from MKC Plumbing & Heating is a gem -- a craftsperson who takes pride in his work, is honest and fair-priced, cares about the quality of his work, and miraculously appears in a timely fashion! I first called Chris to replace my sink and 30 yr old constantly running kitchen faucet, broken sprayer and water filter. When he appeared, I also gave him a surprise list of about 8 other small repairs that needed doing. He went over to Home Depot, sent me photos to choose my new sink/faucet system, picked up whatever else he needed and came back to do 5 hours of solid work. As it happened, I called him on the last day of his vacation and he dropped what he was doing to take care of my job. A couple of minor things needed fine-tuning and he came back the next day even though we are a half hour away from him. He was good natured, didn't complain, and returned to make everything perfect! From now on, when I have plumbing issues, I will be calling Chris. I highly recommend him for honest, top-notch, reasonably priced plumbing work!

Needed a hot water tank replaced right away. Got quotes from a few other local plumbers. GG Plumbing's quote was the second cheapest. However, Gasper was very quick to respond and he gave me a firm quote. After calling back the lower priced plumber who then gave me the price starting at... spiel, I went with my gut and gave Gasper the green light to start the work. The guys showed up the same day at the promised time and got it done in a couple of hours. Quick and painless experience for a plumbing emergency. I am happy!

Franco Belli has been an absolute lifesaver for our building. They have helped with heating issues (they can fix Triangle Tube Systems), plumbing issues and fire sprinkler care.

I had a new water heater installed. Eddie the owner was very knowledgable had the water heater installed in a few hours. The price was very reasonable I  will be using their services in the future.

Austin Plumbing  broke my families plumbing and did not pay for the damages.  They were asked  to replace broken parts and  took no
responsibility for the damage they did. They were over 4 hours late and made a mess destroying the plumbing parts and fixture.

They take pride in there work. They are reliable and trustworthy! Last but not least - there prices are doable!

Will definitely recommend these guys to friends. Their pricing is reasonable, the quality of their work is high, and they're super friendly/responsive. Jay and his son came by to do the estimate and were great. Myron and Keyon came by to do the work and they were great (and pretty funny) as well. Hopefully I don't need to call a plumber again, but if I do, it will definitely be these guys. :)
