These guys came the next morning after calling them the previous afternoon. My bathroom's sink was not pushing out hot water. They replaced the valve, the pipe feeding faucet and the mechanism in faucet for a fair price. Great service. Highly recommend these guys.

OMG! Kirk D. is the best professional plumber that I ever used. I needed to replace my old toilet. He gave me a very reasonable estimate for job. He arrived at my house exactly on the time he promised. Started the work right away. He ran into an unusual problem with the installation and was able to resolve it after he explain me what changes he had to do. He worked for over an hour extra to do the adjustments and he didn't asked me for a penny more then he quoted me. He also disposed the trash and left the bathroom very clean. I would highly recommend Kirk to all my friends and neighbors. He will be my plumber for life. Thank you very much Kirk you are the greatest!

He and his colleague were friendly, professional and did a great job.  The price seemed pretty reasonable and Mike was open about quoting other potential work.

I live in a very old house and Mike handled the related issues in the repair well.  I think he probably spent more time than expected because of it, but did not charge more or change his original estimate.  He also helpfully pointed out other problems that would require work.

He was honest, reliable and direct about the work required. I had to send him pictures by phone and email. When he came, saw the work to be done, he quoted me a very reasonable price and only once I agreed did he start the work. I would definitely recommend this plumber and use him again in the future. I had a leak in my bathtub that was leaking on the floor below. He opened up the ceiling and not only fixed that leak but there was another leak. He even went above and beyond and exchanged Some piping so that I would not have a problem down the road. You cannot go wrong with this guy. All of this at a very reasonable price. Joshua is amazing! Kind, professional, and friendly, I would call him again in a heartbeat. I called him on Friday night looking to take out an old sink and replace it with a new one. We set up an appointment and he was able to come right away on Saturday. This is my first time getting something plumbing related fixed, and Joshua was so kind and knowledgeable, explaining to me what needed to be done and the best way to do it, even going as far as to recommend me a faucet and help me pick out the right one. There were some problems with my existing plumbing, but he fixed those as well with the installation. Even though it was not the work scheduled to be done, he took the extra hours to help me and prevent a bigger problem in the future, not leaving until very thing was perfect.

Sergey was prompt and because I have an  older tankless  toilet , after initial repair , it required him to make a couple of trips to the hardware store to fix my problem. He also adjusted an item on my tub plumbing. I can only add to the list of accolades for him: Outstanding. Will use again.

Had a Friday night sink emergency that turned out to be more than just a clog - there were rotted pipes as well. 24 Hour were responsive,  knowledgeable and didn't wuit until the job was done right. Thry actually left the pipes in a better configuration than they were before. My new go-to plumber, for sure!

UNFORTUNATELY 5 months later, I had to edit my review about this company due to a worker. I contacted this business once again due to slow draining in my basement shower, usually when this happens it's due to my house trap being clogged.

Messaged the company via Yelp, Jimmy is a great guy must I add! He responded quickly and called me to set up an appointment ASAP. Justin was sent over the same day, took a look at the trap, we ran the shower and he told me that my water flow was great and there was no type of clog in the trap, advised me to plunge the shower. Justin spend no more than 15 minutes at my place and assured me that my trap was perfectly fine.

I asked him what is the charge, he replied nobody gave you a price I replied no, he hesitated and told me $100 ... $100??? For a 15minute job to tell run my shower for 10seconds??? Wow !! I then tried to get a hold of jimmy to explain but I guess he was busy and there was no answer, I messaged him via Yelp as well...I didn't want the worker standing outside in the cold and just gave him the $100.

I totally understand that time is money & gas is expensive to make that trip to evaluate the problem. But cmon $100? In September when i did have the trap blockage I was charged the same price! The workers advised me to have the trap maintained every 6 months and I was totally fine with $100 for maintenance! I really thought that I had found an honest company finally! Jimmy, returned my call and told me that if I have a blockage problem he will have a worker come free at charge. But what if I never have the problem again? I'm sorry but I court see if the guy charged me at least under $100 for a 15 minute job.

The receipt says that Justin stated there was muck in the trap .. if there was muck he should have removed the muck. There was NOTHING removed from the trap as Justin stated it was a clear and he was no blockage.

I placed a call to Safeway at 2pm because my bathroom drain was very slow. They told me they would be there by 6 pm. Well Javier showed up at 4:45 pm. He was beyond punctual and that was a plus for me. He was very respectful and had on a mask. He was able to clear the drain for us. He did tell us that our pipes probably need to be replaced due to corrosion.  The price he quoted over the phone didn't change. The service was excellent. I highly recommend Safeway. I called Mike of thesewerguyinc.com aka L & C Sewers and Drains late in the morning a couple of days ago. I had already hired two different plumbers who had tried and failed to clear a sewage line from a kitchen sink, and dealt with two other plumbers who strung me along and then dropped me before ever showing up so I was getting pretty stressed out.  Mike and I talked briefly about the problem and he told me he'd get someone over there in the early afternoon, and that he felt confident that his guy Giovanni would succeed where others had failed.  Because of some challenges his guy had at the first job, he ended up coming later than expected, but there was pretty good communication, so it wasn't such a big deal. Mike ended up coming with the other guy Giovanni and with an arsenal of plumbing snakes, cameras, and other tools to get the job done. After a couple of unsuccessful first attempts to clear the line, he told me that he was the best person for the job because he was committed to figuring out a solution, and that he wouldn't give up until he succeeded. After four false starts with other plumbers, I loved hearing that!  He suggested several possible last resort measures he could take but ended up going with something much less costly and that didn't require opening any walls. He charged me a reasonable fee, was very pleasant to deal with, and cleaned up well before he left. I recommend this business 100%. I feel so glad to have found them.

Justin came through and saved the day when I had a heavy pipe leak in the AM that my landlord couldn't be bothered with.  Very quick, came within two hours of contacting and at a lower rate than other neighborhood shops who got back to me after it was already fixed.  Highly recommend if you want a fairly priced, quick, painless plumbing experience!
