I would highly recommend. I'll  start by saying integrity is extremely important to me. I have 32 years in the construction industry and was aware of what the issue was. The service technician was on point with finding the problem and getting the repair done with no sales BS or made up costs. He represented Iceberg well and I appreciated he was a USMC veteran! I highly recommend their services.

Do not hesitate even a minute before hiring these guys! The Brothers Henry were the most knowledgeable and professional business I've dealt with in a very long time. Having been recently bamboozled by a couple of unrelated companies whom I feel took advantage of a woman who didn't know any better, 1Above The Rest Plumbing was honest and sincere. They gave me a fair estimate, worked above and beyond what was expected of them, and stuck to the original estimate. Very refreshing. I had a water leak and a $1000 bill. My soil is extremely rocky, but they persevered through it --oftentimes digging by hand to avoid my gas line -- and re-routed the line directly to the house. They took great care and diligence in restoring the area as best as possible, making a neat pile of the many rocks ... offering to come back (a great distance by the way) to haul them off if I needed them to. Heck, they even removed an unwanted bush blocking my Ring camera for free that a landscaper had wanted over $200 to remove.
I can't say enough positive things about this company. Extremely satisfied!

When our water heater quit on a holiday weekend, Southern Service was quick to come out and replace the tank (for a price we were very happy with).

We called this morning and they immediately sent a text to let us know hours they would be out. Later a text that plumber was on his way.  Mr. Kopeski came out, very nice and had us fixed up in no time.  We appreciate the promptness in taking care of us and explaining the issue.

We received multiple quotes for a repair and found Arvin's to be the best price and the most responsive and professional to communicate with! We've used them for two different jobs now and have really been pleased both times!

After feeling like I was being overcharged by another company, I reached out to Lamberth & Sons on a Monday afternoon and they came out first thing Tuesday morning. The gentleman that arrived was professional and friendly, and did the exact same work the other company quoted for $140 less. Highly recommended!!!

We have been really happy with John, who has come to our rescue several times. He's professional, reliable and charges reasonable fees, and he's been great about getting to us promptly. Besides all that, he's a very nice guy and easy to work with.

Surprised this company does not show up with any reviews, presently, on Yelp. Needed completely new A/C compressor/coil - due to the cost, asked for four bids from area contractors. Proctor and Graves bid came in at around HALF of other bids; yes, you heard that right HALF of other bids, but here's the real value on that. The HALF of other bids was on superior equipment/manufactor according to Consumer Reports. The HALF price was on an American Standard when other's were bidding double there cost on low-end GOODMAN systems.  The work was done on time, with installers who were careful and courteous and the clean up and removal of old equipment was accomplished all within a span of a few hours.  Anyone in or around the north and east side of Nashville would be well served to have this company bid your major A/C work. Oh, and let me add. Their service fee of $69? That's $20 LESS than the company I've used previously in the Gallatin/Hendersonville area.

If I could give negative stars I would!! DO NOT USE ROSCO BROWN. We had a technician out here almost two weeks ago to look at our AC. He found a leak then charged us $300!!!! For Freon then said we will be in contact with you to schedule an appointment to have it fixed. Never called. So we called them and they couldn't find our ticket. The hell? Then they said again, we will call you with an appointment shocker, they never called. So we had to call again and they finally sent some one out to fix it. Guess what!! They couldn't fix it. So AGAIN, they said we will call to schedule an appointment to fix your leak. That was last Thursday and it's Monday and so we called to see what the hell is going on and some lady was like well, I need to call his dispatcher. So almost two weeks later and it's still not fixed. Their customer service is a joke and the only reason we are using these morons is because it's under warranty.

After leaving a review last week regarding my new hvac install and the damage to my attic staircase, I received a call from Hiller within 5 minutes.  I spoke with a customer service manager, Paula, who assured me that my issues would be taken care of and apologizing for any inconvenience.   After speaking with her, I spoke with the installation manager who assured me that all my concerns would be taken care of.  A contractor was eventually scheduled for the following Tuesday to replace my attic stairs and all complete any finishing work such as trim, painting, etc.  
On Tuesday, the contractor, supposed to arrive at 8:30 am did not until 9:00am.  Although he did comment on the fact that none of the damage/issues were caused by Hiller, he told me that he had been authorized to replace the attic door/stairs.  I instructed him not to open either of the bedroom doors off the hallway and he began the work.  During the course of the morning, I  went to see how things were progressing and I found that he had ignored my requests regarding the doors and both had been opened.  After closing the doors, I told him again that he was to not open the doors or enter the rooms.  He ignored my requests and he went into my bedroom twice more. When I told him that was unacceptable, he became angry and defensive and told me that my attitude was rude.  We had a few more words and I told him to finish and leave.  He did so - but not before he yelled nasty comments at me about my behavior and attitude, slammed my front door several times, threatened to leave the old stairs/door on my front porch (dropping them at the dumpster was not his job), and saying he had Jimmy Hiller's phone number.  Eventually, after yelling at me - in my own home- he screeched out of the parking lot in his truck.  I waited to call Hiller until the next morning (Wednesday) in order to give myself time to calm down.  When i did call, the customer service manager seemed shocked and told me that she would look into the issue and call me the following day (Thursday).   It is Monday and I have yet to hear anything - not an apology or explanation - not a peep.
I would urge any potential customer to think twice about hiring Hiller.  Behind the catchy slogan and Happy face is a company that only cares about one thing - the bottom line.

When our AC went out we should've trusted our gut feeling and the poor reviews posted here. We, like others here, used them only bc our home warranty paid partially to replace when we used Greenway. We've had a new HVAC/heat pump unit since Aug 31, and they've been back to repair a not working AC or heater 8 (EIGHT) times since it was installed. The technicians will say they've fixed the problem, only for it to stop working again in a couple of days. I'm fed up with the system and this company in general, their lack of responsibility, and poor customer service in regards to the amount of problems we've had and little attempt to compensate us for our difficulties. DON'T RECOMMEND!! Only giving one star due to the fact that their technicians are at least pleasant when they come to repair.

Could not be more pleased with my furnace installation and all other jobs I have ever called them for.  They have new location and just call Stokley for service and any comments.

Kitchen drain stopped draining; Called Eddie and he showed up on time as scheduled and snaked the drain.  He managed to get it draining again.  Him and his helper were both polite and friendly.  Thank you Eddie!

TERRIBLE Customer Service!

I called a week in advance to schedule an appointment, which I later confirmed the day prior to my appointment.  Steve Mull Plumbing was scheduled to arrive at my house between 8-9am.  At 11am, I called to see when they would be there.  They said they had an emergency call and would get to me asap.  At 2:45pm, I called again and was informed they would not be coming to my house.

I understand emergencies happen, but Steve Mull Plumbing did not even have the courtesy to call me, and let me know they would not be coming as scheduled (one week in advance).

PATHETIC Customer Service!

I hired TnT Plumbing to replace the sewer system at my house on Dec 18, 2017. Due to freezing temperatures and soggy ground the completion of the job was put on hold. I called several times to check on the progress and was reassured it would be completed as soon as weather permitted. Fast forward over 3 months and my yard is still a complete wreck. There are still exposed pipes, dirt piled up and old pipes laying in the yard. I waited patiently for the weather to improve and give them a chance to clean up the mess. I have tried several times to contact them with no response. My sidewalk was torn up and left in pieces. My chain link fence was ran over with equipment, bent up and left half covered with dirt as well as my landscape edging. I'm not sure what's going on, as they were highly recommended with good ratings. But it's going on 4 months looking at a trashed yard is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. They were paid over $1200 for materials and labor. I've reached out to them several times in the last 4 months and they haven't even come back to clean up the old pipes they left in the yard, or fix the mess they made.

Overpriced and unprofessional. Two hours late to the appointment, completely overcharged for 15 mins of work.... do not recommend whatsoever. Not to mention, they took everything out from underneath the sink (which is fine) but left it in my kitchen floor, knocking over a bottle of soap in the process which was emptied all over my kitchen floor. Awful experience.
