Matt (owner), Joe (head plumber specialist) and their team are brilliant at what they do. They want to help and accommodate your concerns in every way.
They are very professional and get the job done in the best way possible.
My main sewage line was leaking and they had done a pipe burst which was the newest way of adding a new pipeline. Now, everything looks better than brand new.
I am very impressed with rockstar and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has plumbing problems.

Excellent service!  We had a problem with our recirculating pump which was covered under our home warranty.  The home warranty company connected us with Hermes.  Mike contacted us promptly, made an appointment, and showed up on time.  They immediately diagnosed the problem, sourced a new pump, and replaced it.  We also needed to have our Noritz insta-hot water heater de-scaled which they completed during the same trip.  They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.  These guys are the best!

My home buying experience has been stressful & new generation did not help the situation. Through a friends referral, I asked my agent to help coordinate a sewer inspection.

The guy came and stated he was unable to locate the clean out pipe which is usually on the side of the house. He said it would cost $750 to dig a hole 6ft x 6ft to search for it. He said he had a packed schedule and left quickly leaving us out in the cold. Now I was super stressed because I had another huge expense to worry about.

Our realtor got another recommendation through a colleague. We spoke to them on the phone, they gave a few alternate solutions which didn't cost $750 or digging a huge hole on a property we didn't own yet.

There other company came out...and found the clean out pipe within minutes on the side of the house which was hiding behind a trash can. I can't believe the guy from New Generation plumbing didn't bother look closely. Note that this is a small 1100 square foot house, not a compound so there are no excuses & they offered only one expensive solution when there were alternate cheaper ones we learned about from another company.

Honestly, plumbing is a huge headache and I would expect top notch service. If these guys aren't careful enough to find a pipe on the side of the house for a sewer inspection, why would you bother with a bigger situation. I do not recommend these guys and I'll definitely have a conversation with the friend who recommended them & make sure they understand my experience. Again, this was just for a simple sewer inspection but I would never contact them for plumbing matters.

These guys came out to fix my broken water heater the same day, after some other vendors claiming same-day service wouldn't. They were quick, pleasant and cost-effective. Definitely recommend.

Connie's amazing, she was very thorough in her inspection and gave reasonable prices for fixing the plumbing issues in my house. Her team was quick and professional and we were able to move into our new home on schedule. I highly recommended American drain works!

Called Sal's for slow drains throughout house as usual for my older home. I have always had a snake and go service. When Luis arrived from Sal's he was pleasant and timely. I walked him through the usual yada yada yada. He wanted to find out what was REALLY going on and suggested putting a camera to check the main line. I agreed because it is a frequent problem and no one ever offered this service. He showed me the mess causing the problem lots of build up and city owned sidewalk tree roots! HATED to hear this but had to face reality. Luis came back fixed problem. He is great!

This is a mom and pop business owned and operated by Robert Ford for decades.  The excellence instilled in every worker is inspired by the owner, Robert.  I called because the hot water in my shower suddenly went cold, this after I had a tankless water heater installed just one year ago (by another company).  Imagine my distress.  A new water heater breaks down after one year?  I called Ford's and was lucky enough to speak to the owner who seemed to genuinely care, who advised me to check the heater if it had power.  The digital display was on so it did.  Then he advised I turn on the kitchen faucet to hot. Surprisingly, the water turned hot.  Then I was advised to try the shower again and the water turned hot!  Robert told me that my computerized water heater is sensitive to water pressure and if the pressure is not high enough the heat won't turn on.  I need to clean the shower head or buy a new shower head.  How many businesses would help a customer solve a problem over the phone like that?  I strongly endorse Ford's Plumbing and Heating.

Repaired bathtub faucet in 30 minutes.  He spent less time doing the repair than I would spend at McD's!  The faucet pulls on/off like 'butta' now.  

Requested Ruben's service while he was in Arcadia, got here quickly and didn't give me a story of it may not work, like the Roto-Rooter man did earlier today.  

Ruben is a non-stop miracle worker.

Such a great company! I called them to solve the mainline issue. (Roots grew a lot inside the pipe)
They were incredibly fast, responsive and solved the issue! They deep a very deep clean out, checked with camera all the potential issues that could arise and definitely did not try to benefit from our situation. (The other company tried to convince us to do the main line replacement for about $9000)

John was great in doing an affordable installation of a tankless water heater for us - job was on-time (he made time), the installation is super clean, and he was extremely timely.

There is really not much worse than doing dishes when suddenly the sink backs up and you're elbows deep in the neighbors Palmolive dish soap. So when I saw Caesar's king face in my driveway I was more than relieved. It didn't take him very long to not only identify the cause of my issue but also solve it efficiently. His kind nature and quick work helped turn my day around and helped keep my kitchen from being a soggy mess. Now I just keep Tip Top Drain Pros in my contacts because their service is the kind that keeps you loyal!

They wanted to charge me 1750 to replace my water heater. Had 4 other people come afterwards for second opinions and they charge was 780-800 dollars. I'm cool on Adee-do for life.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

We were being gouged by a competing company, and the manufacturer of our tankless water heater recommended Water Heater Pros. I called and was immediately helped, clearly told what we needed, the cost, and when they could come.
The other company's estimate was literally Three Times what these guys quoted for the same service.
When the two very nice, very polite Water Heater Pros technicians arrived right on time, they explained that there was nothing really wrong with the heater, they replaced the filter, and charged way way less than their original quote. They were shocked to hear what the other company had told us and was planning to charge us.

Do NOT go anywhere else!! These folks are smart, honest, responsive, and did a great job. They saved us a huge amount of money, and from being literally defrauded by the other company.

George is professional, honest, knowledgable and a great human being. The best plumber I've ever met, by far. No job is too small for him. He came to fix two toilets but also offered to check on other stuff on my house to make them best out of his time. I totally recommend him.

Called Jorge and his team and they came by in 30 minutes to fix my garbage disposal and install a new faucet. Took them less thank 30 mins to do everything. Highly recommend you contact these guy for any related issues. I will definitely be using their services in the future!
