Best Electric Water Heater Inst… in Los Angeles CA

Our hot water heater was not working and I reached out to George who instantly texted me and walked me through how to fix it without even requiring an in person visit. if I ever have any heater/water issues in the future I will unquestionably come back to this group.

Made an appointment to get the bathtub drain repaired, never showed up, never called.  Very dissapointed.

I requested an estimate to get two showers fixed since they were leaking. Andrew came and gave a good estimate. He finished the work in 4 hours and did a great job and cleaned it up. Also he can back to fix my downstairs toilet that needed to be fixed on a very hot day so we would not have to run upstairs to use the other toilets. He is great and we will use him again for any plumbing needs. I would give him more than 5 stars if we could. Thanks Arlene S

Luckily for me Hermès Plumbing was assigned to me through my home warranty company...They did a great job and are also really nice guys...I will definitely use them again if needed...

I can't say enough about how happy I am to have found Z&H on yelp.  A week ago our old tankless water heater died on us. It was not a good system for the house being way to small to provide more than 1 shower of hot water a time and had failed once before.  With no hot water in the house I can say the last week has not been fun.

We were in a rush to find a reputable company to install a new system, asap without jumping into the first bid.  After several visits from different local companies I requested a quote from Z&H. I messaged Zoro on TH and had a response within an hour, he offered to stop by my house within the hours (he was in my city on another job) but I was at work. He and his associate come by on Friday night at 6 pm so I wouldn't have to take time off and explained options, gave me a price and followed up within 2 hours with an itemized quote/ bid that my husband and I reviewed signed and returned immediately. The price was in line or more reasonable than the vague verbal quotes I had received earlier in the week. However, Z&H let me know exactly what model number and system would be installed. No other company seemed to know anything about model numbers. Doesn't anyone ask?

Zoro also went the extra mile to install the system yesterday (Sunday morning).
Everyone was professional, on time and had the system running by 1 pm. Our new Takagi TK4 is working great. We ran the dishwasher, washing machine and two showers no problem last night.

I haven't even received all the itemized quotes from other companies despite making it clear we had no hot water all week with two little girls in tow at the bids, and following up by phone.

Connie is great!!! She is not only knowledgeable and super nice but on top of that she's very clean which as a mom of a toddler I really appreciate. She explained what she was doing and even gave me some tips about other bathroom issues. I would highly recommend!!

This company came highly recommended to us and the following is a brief version of what we experienced: (1) on the side of the truck it is clearly posted Free Estimates-be aware, this means the plumber comes into your home and looks at the problem--if they remove even one screw, it will cost you $89.00!  (2) After we paid the money, we were told that the  pilot needed to be replaced in our gas fireplace and the cost was $245.00, but that they would deduct the $89.00.  Sounded fair enough, so we proceeded with the repair.  Replacing the pilot was not the issue, the fireplace still would not light,  so Ford's returned and this time we were told that the problem was a gas valve and the cost was an additional $515.00.  This price was way beyond what we had expected and we declined to continue with the repair.  A trip to B & B Hardware proved to be very educational:  the pilot we had paid $156.00 for could be purchased for $28.00-granted, I realize that businesses must double their product prices but by that much?  The gas valve we were told would cost us, $515.00, was in fact, priced at $89.00.   The saga continues.  We called out another plumber and he looked at the work done and told us that the pilot was installed too far away from the boiler and gas was pooling up and could be a potential problem if we  had tried to light the fireplace.  
To sum it up, I called to complain and was told that the owner would call me back--that NEVER happened.  I ended up calling one week later, told the owner of my complaints, and he did not offer any compensation, no explanation.  I will NOT give this company a positive review and would caution anyone to be wary before using their services.

It is rare you find any company that has  outstanding customer service,  incredibly reasonable prices and amazing technicians. Mainline Plumbing has them all! I have been using them for many years and even if I don't call for a while, as soon as I do, Ranelle greets me like an old friend. She even remembers my phone number and sometimes answers Hi Tracey before I say a word. That makes anyone feel confident. But, most importantly, their service is superb! They have shown up on Thanksgiving when too many potato skins clogged the drain - or on a Sunday because our toilet backed up and company was due. Everyone has emergencies and if her guys are already out on a job, Ranelle will work hard to figure out how to get someone at your place as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Mainline Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. We have lived in our home for almost 45 years and I have tried dozens of companies until I found Mainline Plumbing. I have never been disappointed with their response time, their performance and their very fair prices. I don't think you will either. Give them a call - trust me - you'll be so glad you did!

John was on time, fast, friendly and efficient.  We called John to replace a round toilet with an elongated one.  I originally told him we would purchase the toilet through him without realizing my husband had already bought one on sale at Home Depot.  I was just about to call him to let him know when he rang me to confirm our appointment.  He had just left the supplier with the toilet I had told him to get and I felt terrible.  He was very professional and told me no worries, he would just keep the toilet in his inventory.  When he arrived, he went the extra mile by unloading the toilet we had purchased out of our vehicle and carrying it to our unit.  He was in and out in less than an hour which we were thrilled about.  The toilet looks great and my husband is finally happy to have an elongated toilet!  I guess it's a guy thing! :). I would definitely recommend John to anyone looking to get work completed.  His prices were very fair and he just seems like a real down to earth guy.  He is the owner/operator and we like to support small businesses.

Had no idea who to call to help with my water heater and my hot water issues. I was not getting hot water in my back two restrooms and wasn't sure if it was the low water pressure of if there was something wrong with my plumbing.

After giving them a call, they were able to figure out the issue and installed a secondary pump that helped get the hot water to my restrooms a lot faster. Definitely an improvement and made my life a lot more easier being able to have hot water in the morning.

Overall these guys are great and I will be keeping them in mind when it comes to anything plumbing related for my new house.

Willie came to our facility and was quick to reassure us he had it handled. I have never had a company and friendly and was extremely reasonable with their estimate. Fortunately we did not have a gas leak however, any plumbing needs I have in the future I will be certain to call Willie!!

I had my old heater removed and a new one installed by Adee.  They provided a written esitmate, then did exactly the work they promised on time and on budget.  They were also respectful of entering/exiting the house while doing work and cleaned everything up when they were done.  I couldn't be happier with their service!

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

This guy (Jose) really knows what he is doing. I would name him Guru of water heater Guru. Also by far he is really nice person I have met.

My water was not working and in this heat i needed to bath right away. Other services that i called recommended putting a new water heater which would cost around $899.00. Then i called Water heater Pros. Jose was really professional and knowledgable. He investigated the problem, fixed it and within an hour my water heater was working like brand new. Up to this date i have no complains about my water heater!!! I highly recommend Water Heater Pros to anyone who needs an excellent professional service with affordable price.

Yet again Lords of Plumbing comes to my rescue. Their service is excellent, especially the work Edmond provides. I feel I can always rely on him to do honest, top-notch work, provide accurate estimates, and fix the problem within a very reasonable amount of time. Gorge, is  hard working, honest and reliable. He has been my family plumber for about a year now. He will service our property not matter where his services are needed. There has been time when Gorge have come in to our house around 10 pm. to help us with plumbing issues.  We trust his work and we appreciate his honesty.

1930's house in Alhambra with cast iron mainline!!! With all of this rain we had roots growing into the main clogging everything. Jorge and his crew found the roots with cameras and cleared them out!! Also added a trap which many of these older homes don't have. This makes it easier access for any future plumbing problems.

On one of the coldest days in Los Angeles they fixed the problem in one day. Up to 5 crew members working at one point.
