Avoid!!! Charged a $80 visit fee then another $200 just to not be able to fix my pipe. Literal scammers, better off just getting someone from Nextdoor.

The best handyman service in town. After calling and filling out request information for countless services, they were the first to respond. The handyman Kevin helped me with my cooktop. He was professional and was quick with his service. After disassembling my old cooktop and installing the new one, he tested for any gas leaking and I came out clear. He was also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely use their service again.

We were having issues with our home warranty replacing a hot water heater. The home warranty company ordered a gas water heater instead of a propane one. When The Honest Plumber had written down the correct information. They were on the phone immediately trying to see if they could exchange it that same day to get the job done. Our home warranty wouldn't let them and said they would get them the correct one in a couple of days. It ended up taking two weeks. Two weeks of me and Sandy from The Honest Plumber calling our home warranty over and over. Sandy finally got a hold of someone and told them she wasn't getting off the phone until she received the new email with the order information for them to pick up the correct water heater. She got it that day and they came out the next day to finish the job. I would highly recommend The Honest Plumber!! Thank you Sandy for doing your jobs well, when others didn't do theirs.

John the plumber took a job they couldn't do. I am trying to sell my house and needed my septic inspected. They came without letting us know, we were out of town and they started digging up our front yard. They left a pile of dirt with boards on it and said someone will come by soon to do the inspection and pump the tank. My yard has looked horrible and we have been showing the home to potential buyers they kept telling me that they outsource their pumping it's not their faultthen don't take the job if you can't finish the job.This should have been a one day job it has turned into a month long ordeal. I will not use them again for any of my plumbing needs!!!! And hopefully I won't have to!!!

I had a slow flushing toilet.  Technician took the toilet off and ran the junior machine down the toilet line.  When we flushed the toilet, it was just as bad as it was before.  After a couple of more flushing, he said that he thought it was the jets on the toilet itself and wanted to schedule a toilet replacement.  I declined.

Roto Rooter charged me $355 before diagnosing the clogged jets.  Now looking with a mirror, I can see calcium clogging in the jets.  So, hey Roto Rooter, why not diagnose the problem before charging me for something that didn't need fixing.  I just spent $355 on utter incompetence and now must fix the toilet anyway.  Not Happy.

To add insult to injure, the machine sprayed a line of sewage up my bathroom wall as he was pulling the snake out.  Not Happy.

Payless Plumbing does not disappoint! Payless adjusted their schedule to accommodate our need to fix two leaks in our kitchen. Payless technician, Bryant, showed up on time within the window of time allotted. Bryant was professional, competent and fixed our leaks timely. Our condo association uses Payless for all our association needs and because of their excellent service we use them for our plumbing repairs.

Our septic system backed up on a Saturday afternoon. We began calling plumbing companies only to have people tell us we will call you Monday or they don't service residential septic systems anymore. Alex, not only took our call, he came out, with his wife, on Sunday and pumped and cleaned our system. Of all the companies who have came before him, he was by far the most professional and clean. Alex and Liberty will be our first call every time.

We have used Absolute Drywall and Construction for 3 projects in our home and all 3 have exceeded our expectations. Brandon has put up an extra wall in our home to make another bedroom, redone a concrete form and leveled our patio, and upgraded our outdoor barbeque area with new ledger stone and counters. I had a leak in my main line and gave this company a call for repairs. I usually do most simple repairs, but me, being a senior, was not able to do this type of work. So a quick call to AAM & Kline plumbing got me an appointment the following morning. But due to an emergency my repair was rescheduled for the following day. Understandable so it wasn't a problem for me. The following day I received a call and due to a medical issue with someone connected with the company they couldn't make the appointment. But the leak was larger than I had expressed and while they were ready to reschedule me after the holiday weekend it really needed to be repaired. The water had filled the the area where the meter was located and flowing out making a puddle in the surrounding area. So AAM & Kline made arrangements for another company to come out on a Saturday and repair the leak. They lost money but the customer service is outstanding. I understand that problems can crop up. I was raised in a small family business and sometimes unavoidable circumstances presented itself with our business that prevented our fulfilling previously scheduled issues. Would I recommend AAM & Kline? Whole heartily! Fortunately for me the repair was simple and I couldn't be happier.

I called Mauricio for what I thought would be a simple outlet repair. He answered the phone right away and set up an appointment. The day he was to come. He was able to come early. As he troubleshooted the outlet, it wasn't as easy as I first thought it would be. This can be frustrating, but Mauricio was very professional explained what he was doing and why he had to do it. It seems like these guys are super busy, if you are patient and don't mind playing phone tag sometimes, they were great to work with.  Good prices and the job was done right.  Seems like they are family ran, which I whole heartly support and understand why sometimes it take a bit for a callback,  I will call again if the need arises and recommend to my friends.

I had a leaky water heater in my garage and started calling around to plumbing companies for help. Xtreme Plumbing said they would come by the same day to help.
Sabir came by and said he would need a day to get the permit, and explained several options for replacement. I opted for the tankless heater and within a day I was back to hot showers!
These guys are the only option for plumbing needs!

AC went out, first guy came took out my delay, disconnected the kickstart from its own capacitor, never questioned why kickstart has it's own capacitor, just went ahead did it anyway, got it running for a week, down again, new tech came, says it's the kickstart, Replaced a $40 part for $260, which only took 15 minutes to replace, horrible.. this was a mistake on my part, a week later, AC down again.  Another tech came, ohhh it's a bad capacitor!!! We'll why didn't they figure that out in the first place. I think all these guys do is replace parts, I don't think they do any real solid technical diagnosis of the system, I fear that I will see them again next week.  They're good at replacing parts which I can do but I'm looking for real professionals who can do solid AC work, find causes and understanding different types of systems. Gundlach techs are nothing but cookie cutter parts replacer company.
