John the plumber took a job they couldn't do. I am trying to sell my house and needed my septic inspected. They came without letting us know, we were out of town and they started digging up our front yard. They left a pile of dirt with boards on it and said someone will come by soon to do the inspection and pump the tank. My yard has looked horrible and we have been showing the home to potential buyers they kept telling me that they outsource their pumping it's not their faultthen don't take the job if you can't finish the job.This should have been a one day job it has turned into a month long ordeal. I will not use them again for any of my plumbing needs!!!! And hopefully I won't have to!!!

Can't say enough good things about this plumber! Tony is quick to respond even if it's late when I call or text for help. He's very reasonably priced and he's done everything here at my house from installing a water heater and garbage disposals to replacing faucets and fixing broken pipes and water valves. He always leaves the work area clean when he's done. He truly values customer service and goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are taken care of. I can't imagine using another plumber and I highly recommend AEQ Plumbing.

My septic system backed up this past weekend and started to flood my downstairs bathroom, luckily we caught it in time and it didn't cause any damage.  So after reading all the positive reviews on Yelp, I decided to give Liberty a call.  After a couple a minor delays, they were able to come out to service my septic system and they did not disappoint.  They got everything done quickly and responsibly.  Not only did they do the job, but throughout the entire time they were here, the showed me each step they were performing (at their request none the less).  While pumping our septic system, they found and fixed a broken pipe and concrete lid other companies failed to find.  After all was said and done they did a great job and we no longer have any of the issues we had in the past.  The guys from Liberty were friendly, hardworking and  knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Liberty to anyone looking to service their septic system!!!!

Not much worse than a broken, leaking toilet before guests arrive.  I had a lot of trouble calling around to find a local plumber until I tried getting quotes thru Yelp.  Mark replied immediately and asked very relevant questions to prepare his estimate for exactly what I wanted.  His bid was completely fair, he arrived on time with everything needed for the job, worked efficiently, and cleaned up everything.  I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, friendly attitude and willingness to provide the new toilet and drive up here the next day.  Excellent.

Very polite and professional, honest and dependable. They came the same morning I called. Found the problem and fixed it. They went above and beyond because they even swept up the mess made by the clogged system so it wouldn't start to smell. I will definitely use them again if ever I need plumbing service. I called Jason looking for a second estimate on a repair I thought I needed according to another company that I got an estimate from. Not only did he quote me a way more affordable estimate over the phone based on what I had been told I needed to be done (install of an access panel and valve change) but, once he had time to come out and take a look, it turned out it was an easier repair than I had been told (only needed a cartridge change and new handle) and only a fraction of the cost. Jason is a busy guy but is well worth the wait and I see why everyone calls him for the job. Very knowledgeable, HONEST, friendly yet professional, and affordable. He is my new go to for plumbing! Don't waste your time with the big brand companies. Jason will take care of you!

Eugene Frye is the best!  He has a great work ethic and is reasonable.  It is difficult to find anybody like this anymore.  If it is an emergency, he will be right out.  Even if it is not an emergency, he works with your schedule.  He diagnoses the problem until it is solved.  I have referred him to several people, and they have all been very satisfied.

He also contributes to the community and volunteers.

I am very picky, and for me to commend somebody like this is a very big deal!

I had an emergency over the weekend i called for guidance and a quote he told me he had other jobs to complete which is understandable. He asked me for photos of the work i needed done he proceeded by bad mouthing whoever did the work and said he wasn't going to do it and i should call someone else. He said it would be expensive and wished me luck.

Unorganized, unprofessional. Make sure to check your invoices before you pay as they will try to overcharge you. They'll call late hours, 3/4x till you answer. If not they'll call you from a different number to collect payment in which I authorized them to charge.

Great experience!  Very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Also very prompt in calling back if you leave a voicemail. As a female, it can be a little intimidating having to deal with these situations. He made me feel comfortable right away (I have trust issues). I appreciate that he did not take drastic measures just to make money. Turns out, my situation was way less of an issue than I thought. I would recommend to anyone. Never use this company. Rude employees and crazy hourly rates. Oh and they charge for travel time so hopefully they don't get stuck in traffic on the way to you. You will have to pay for that. Their technician Jason is extremely rude and the receptionist is clueless.

Very reasonable pricing and keeps great communication on arrival times and necessary parts. He even called manufacturer of my hot water heater and got my parts warrantied and sent out the next day. Highly recommend Eddie.

I needed a hot water heater fixed. Started looking around at 3:30 pm. Wanted same day service. Called a few different places. Everyone said next day except Hometown Plumbing. He was at my house within 30 mins. Knew exactly what the problem was. Had my family fixed up within an hour. And cleaned up after himself. I will use again!

I was looking for a plumber to fix my mom's chimney leak when I came across Prodigy Flow Plumbing. I sent a message through Yelp and Kevin replied with his phone number. I sent him a text and provided him our info. Within the hour he showed up at my mom's to check her leak and ended up fixing it on the spot. He did a great job and my parents are happy enjoying the fire during this cold weather. Thank you Kevin!

Be careful when you call these people. They come for a free estimate and then recommend other things and send you a bill. We wanted a pressure regulato valve installed, and the guy came and then recommended that we change our water heater. We said we have a home warranty for that, and to not worry about that. He said he will talk to his boss about getting the home warranty company to change it for us by sending in a proposal and that he will give us a quote for what he came in for, which was the pressure valve. A week after not hearing from them, when my husband called to ask the price, the woman told us that we owe them $100 for the service charge. We told them that we are not paying a penny as we never called them for service! We did not call them for our water heater. We called to get a price for a pressure regulator installed. I told her we could have had the valve installed for $100, so why would we agree to a service fee for a price quote? She said she could have given the price over the phone. The woman also kept interrupting every few seconds so it was a nightmare. They are not getting $100 for a price quote lol

Do not recommend. This company seems to give home warranty service calls the run around while all of the direct customers get the 5 star treatment. Bo has been to our house 3 times now for the same issue. Our issue has been a clogged kitchen sink and laundry line. An issue that needs to be taken care of asap. The first call he snaked our drain and couldn't break through the clog. He worked hard and long and I was impressed. He said he would report back to the home warranty and request to camera the line and I would hear back in the morning. 3 days later I call the home warranty company and they still haven't gotten his report. So I call the office and he put in the report next morning and we were approved for the camera. The next time he comes, over a week later, he DOES NOT camera the line and says he broke through when snaking the line again. The water is still backing up in the kitchen sink and I don't dare try a laundry load. He has to come back again 4 days later to camera the line where he can't see the obstruction. This is after he mentions a broken pipe to me in passing and then leaves my home with all doors open and not telling me that he was done, what the actual issue is or what steps to take from here. Only after I call the office and tell them the situation do they tell me that doesn't sound like Bo. And then connect me to him for a report of what's going on. Our problem has persisted for over a month with our next step being to jackhammer up the concrete inside of the house to find out what the blockage is. Needless to say I will not leave them the next time this company is at my property and I will be watching all assessments and repairs. That's IF my home warranty company can't find another plumber to send out in my area. Very dissatisfied.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
They sent a completely inexperienced plumber who openly admitted that he was learning as he was going (his name is Robert Guitierrez), and admitted that the only reason it took him three hours to replace a P-trap is because he was constantly making mistakes.
So, we paid $650 to install a P-trap and clear three drains.
He cleared two, and couldn't figure out how to clear the third. So he called his manager who promised to come out on 8/10/2020 to see what the problem was. Mr. Guiterrez then promised me that they would call on 8/10/2020 to set up an appointment time, and that the call-out fee would be waived.
No one called, no one came.
So, not only does this company employ completely inexpert wannabes who play at being plumber, they won't keep their word unless there's money involved.
I do not recommend this company unless you're comfortable having newbies practicing on your plumbing.

We have had Payless plumbing help us many many times over the years and have always had a great experience.  Even with a few emergency leaks they were able to help us out right away.

I had a service from Gundlach's about more than ten years ago. I made payments to them and paid them off within two months. I understand that is payment on services rendered but had a unfortunate emergency. I tried to call them for service four years ago,but was denied service because I was blacklisted. I even offered to put a credit card on file as well as apologized for the past. But I was refused service. I tried to speak to the manager who refused to speak to me. I have since found another local professional company. I'm just surprised about the hypocrisy of this company, they advertise on a Christian radio, as well as their management drives in their red trucks with a scripture on the back. It does talk about forgiveness in scripture. I called today, the manager got my message but has not called. No I don't need anything from them, it's just the principle. I just wish I could give them a no star rating
