Expensive and deceptive on pricing. $183 to fix a clogged toilet.

Tony warrants more than 5 stars.  He is professional and reliable.  His communication skills are impeccable and far exceed anybody I've ever used on Yelp.  I am not exaggerating.  I needed a plumber to re-attached our kitchen plumbing after a granite countertop installation, new sink and faucet.  I had many questions beforehand and he responded to them all. The job went without a hitch.  I will absolutely use Tony for any future plumbing jobs.

After a response and discussions with Will, we decided to give him another go at one of our properties. We have seen an improvement in responsiveness and more reasonable pricing ($120 for replacing batteries in 4 smoke detectors and 2 CO2 monitors plus our air filters. This included purchasing the air filters and a pack of 9V batteries). Kevin also came out to install a wall mounted TV and we were very satisfied with the service and timeliness.

I hope that the previous poor experiences are a thing of the past, but will absolutely keep you all updated as we move forward.

Bo and his helper showed up to replace a shower valve. Both of them were extremely polite they were on time and professional. They went the extra mile to clean up the mess explained everything they did in detail to me. I am extremely happy with the work and price and would recommend them to everyone I know

I had a leak in a pipe underground near the water main to my house.  I was severely stressed about the situation, but I contacted John The Plumber and he sent one of his guys out and he found the leak and got it repaired.  He was very professional and did a great job. He had to run into town to pick up a part for the repair and did not include the trip into town in the cost of the repair.  It was very affordable and put my mind at ease. After the repair was completed he filled the hole back in and didn't leave a mess. I will definitely be using this company's services again, should I need them.  Thank you so much.

Bobby was super nice, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing. I had a leaking shower head and he was able to change the cartridge behind the shower knob and stop the leak. Will definitely be calling in the future! Definitely recommend 100%!

Billy at Royo-Rooter did a great job. We talked about the issue i was having and within 30 minutes he fixed the problem. He talked me through the process and even offered advice to not let this problem happen again in the future. I will absolutely recommend billy to my friends.

This plumber was contracted by FNHW to go to my home last Monday to diagnose a water heater that was not working. The person they sent stated that the temperature sensor was not working and that they would bypass the sensor for the time being and order a new sensor to install. The sensor was bypassed but the water heater remained inoperable. When I called Payless back to inquire as to when I could expect the new/ordered sensor to be installed I was told my order ticket had been closed out already as only needed pilot light to be lit and there was no other work that they were going to do. In my opinion this company should be avoided at all costs due to poor/substandard work, indifference towards customer's concerns and lying. Note: they got one star because 0 stars is not given as a choice.

This guy came out on a weekend drove an hour to get to us. He got the job done this was an emergency for my family.We will definitely use their services again in the future!

Not much worse than a broken, leaking toilet before guests arrive.  I had a lot of trouble calling around to find a local plumber until I tried getting quotes thru Yelp.  Mark replied immediately and asked very relevant questions to prepare his estimate for exactly what I wanted.  His bid was completely fair, he arrived on time with everything needed for the job, worked efficiently, and cleaned up everything.  I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, friendly attitude and willingness to provide the new toilet and drive up here the next day.  Excellent.

These guys are quality, top notch in skill and politeness, they remodeled most of my house and I am more than pleased with their awesome work. My only regret is going against some of their recommendations! They knew how important a light above the kitchen sink was oh why did I not listen!!! They were also so patient with all my changing ideas and indecisiveness on things. Hiring them combined with Pinterest I was able to create my dream kitchen and other rooms without paying tons of money for one of those remodeling businesses just to try and tell me what my house should look like and charge me twice as much to make those decisions and manage the job, it wasn't difficult with absolute because if they didn't do it they had a solid guy that did and got me In touch immediately

I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. They are now an big part of my landlord team and I feel thankful to have found them. They came by quick to clean out a clogged drain and coming later to help with my bath handle. They also worked quick to install pipes and drains for a new kitchenette and laundry units. Thanks guys!

Lucas and his helper were very good. They came out to do work for me the same day that I contacted them, and while working they provided me with honest feedback, advice, and suggestions to all sorts of hypotheticals I gave them.

To top it off, they didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

Jason was great and would definitely recommend! He was very patient with all of my questions and let me know well in advance when he had to help with an emergency service and had to reschedule. Great communication, which was much appreciated.

When he arrived he got right to work repairing our toilet and installing hammer arrestors and valves on our washing machine. He was very quiet and accommodating since I was working from home and on the phone. Repairs were done quickly and he cleaned up after himself when he was done. Price was definitely reasonable. Mr. López responded promptly to my call, and answered all of my questions. Set me up with a time and date that worked with my hectic work schedule, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He fixed my broken pull string on my ceiling fan, and replaced my towel rack. He was so helpful throughout the entire process. I will definitely be calling him for future necessary projects.

You can TRUST Kangarooter and they are THOUSAND of dollars cheaper!  We received a quote from another plumbing company and they wanted $7,500!!!  Called Kangarooter and they only charged us $900!!

Also, I've used this company for septic services on my rental home and did a great job and also less expensive than anyone else.

Unorganized, unprofessional. Make sure to check your invoices before you pay as they will try to overcharge you. They'll call late hours, 3/4x till you answer. If not they'll call you from a different number to collect payment in which I authorized them to charge.

I had problems with my thermostat in my new condo. They came out the next day after I called and diagnosed the problem right away. It was the incorrect thermostat for my type of heater. They came out the next day with my replacement unit. Wonderful and professional job done.
