When the guys came out, they were efficient, neat, and you could tell they really knew their stuff.  

If we have any future plumbing concerns, we would definitely call them again.

Alex and his team are the best! We discovered our home had a septic system, instead of sewer like the listing stated, a few years after we bought our home and had major plumbing issues. Richard was amazing, kind, courteous, and prompt. Great communication from the start. Our water heater went out and he was able to replace it promptly. He cleaned the area and hauled off our old water heater. He's knowledgeable, thoughtful, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him! It's nice to have someone we can count on for our plumbing needs who is dependable.

We were assigned Thomas Plumbing when we called in a claim to our Home Warranty. I submitted the claim on a Friday night after we had an issue with our master bathroom toilet. I expected to hear from them Monday or Tuesday for an appointment later in the week since that's how it usually works. To my delight, they called on Monday and asked if we would be available in the next 30 mins. I was conveniently headed home for lunch so I took the appointment.

Our tech (I forgot his name) arrived promptly and was very professional. We explained the issue and he immediately go to work. We explained that we had just recently purchased our home, so we couldn't even imagine what might be going on.

After about 5 mins and no luck with the snake, he proceeded to pull the toilet to check the blockage. And there it was... a damn toy blocking the line. Having a toddler in the house, I immediately knew who the culprit was! The tech laughed and said Well, here's your problem! (Insert embarrassing facial expression from me)

He set the toilet and was done in a flash. He assured me this stuff happens often so my embarrassment was eased a tad.

I hope the next time I have to call in a claim, these guys are assigned to me! It was nice to have someone with a sense of humor and understanding nature. Thanks to Thomas Plumbing we are back up and running again!

On the plus side, Arron arrived ASAP when I phoned him. He fixed the leaky valve. On the minus side, he charged $525 for 4 hours of work, replacing the main water shut off valve. I don't know the cost of the valve, because his invoice wasn't itemized for parts and labor.

Whenever I've had an emergency these guys show up ASAP. The work is quality and the communication has always been great. I sell real estate and use Hector and Andres whenever I need a job done right.

I requested a quote on Yelp for toilet installation. I was quoted a price and asked if I could use the Yelp discount. The business manager responded and said yes I could use the new customer discount. I scheduled a time for them to come. The appointment window was 10-2 today. At 1:45 pm, I haven't received a call or message. I call and they say they have been busy. It should be 30-45 minutes. So after an hour with no call, I call again. They said they will be calling me. They call and then show up a little while later. Now, they quoted me a higher price. I ask why it is more than the original quoted price and they say that is the price. So I show them the messages from the business manager and they say when did you talk to him? I said Wednesday and they say he was fired yesterday. Ok, that just sounds shady so I said forget it and we will schedule something another time. I wasted my whole day for this inconsiderate, shady company. It sounds like bs just so you wouldn't have to honor the original price and discount.

Exceptional service! If I could give 10 stars I would give 100. Best plumber in town. Look no further you will not be disappointed.

Such a great experience! I don't understand why there are not more reviews. Victor responded within seconds of my quote request. And was at my house within 15 min of it. He was fast friendly and honest! I tried a different plumber before this and it was such a terrible experience. Really glad I reached out to Servín and sons. Highly recommend and happy I have someone I can trust to call again.

Matthew Carroll was the technician that came to my rescue today. He was very knowledgeable. Any question I had and I had plenty, he had a detailed answer for all my questions. He worked hard on my 2 toilets. He was super nice and professional. He deserves a raise for all the sweat he put in today on just me. I'm sure all his customers feel the same. The work these technicians do is like their doctors. There's so much work and detail in their jobs. You must be patient and smart and no your stuff and Matthew, was a super hero doctor today. For several weeks I've made several attempts to contact Chuck who I was told is the owner and is the man that would be coming out to give me an estimate for a leach line replacement. To this date I have yet to hear from him or anyone from his office and each time I call I'm told a different story of why he maybe he has not called me back. I'm glad business is so grand that he can't take time to return at least one of my messages. Not cool!! But things happen for a reason so this may have been a blessing in disguise and could've been a lot worst of an experience... Guess I'll never know so if you're looking for someone I'd pass on giving this guy a call I'm sure there's others out there. I miss the Yellow Pages for sure. Onto the next one, uggg

We hired Titan to repipe our home. Their quote was reasonable. They show up in time, they worked diligently to replace the incoming water pipes on our 68 year old raised foundation home.   They cleaned up after each work day and completed l the in j job in 2 days. I would highly recommend Titan!!

Called them out when our toilets wouldn't flush. Had tried other companies but only got answering machines. Had a tech by the name of Luis come out who was easy to talk to and knew what he was doing. Attitude was great for coming out on a Sunday night. I asked about overtime and he said it was his normal scheduled time. He had us up and running in just over an hour. Gave us pros and cons of what he found and left us with some options if problems persisted in the future. Over all a good experience. Would call them again if needed.

My family had the unfortunate privilege of discovering it was time to get the septic tank pumped. I requested a quote and received one within 10 minutes of sending the request. I was worried about having to set an appointment later in the week and having to figure how to take care of business in the meantime. Much to my surprise and delight Drain Pro had the best bid, but could also be at my house within two hours! Ricky showed up right on time and got to work. He located the tank quickly and made quick work of digging out and draining the tank. The poor guy had an amazing attitude in 109° heat! When he was done he had also completed a map of where the tank is with measurements and a scale! It was actually hard to tell where he had to dig in the lawn or flower bed as it was all put back very neatly! Talk about going above and beyond. Based on the work done, I would not hesitate to recommend Drain Pro! Nice to see great customer service is alive and well!
