Servin and Sons Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

I found this company on Yelp.  I had them come out and fix a broken tub/shower plumbing assembly.  They removed and replaced the spout, on/off valve handle, and shower head.  

Long story short, I was going to fix it myself.  After discovering broken off screws, mass corrosion, and parts that were not compatible, I decided I should hire it out.

I could not be happier with this company.  Professional work, reasonable prices, prompt response, and just plain nice.  Thanks to Servin and Sons.

I called Victor at 1138am and he said he would be here at 1230pm. He arrived sooner than that.
I reported an issue to our home warranty on 8/15/22. They sent out 2 local companies that did absolutely nothing. They were not honest nor heroes! (Pun intended)

I just wanna say, I am glad I found Victor Servin to take care of my water heater problem.
My pilot on my water heater didn't want to stay on. He came over to take a look at it and he was able to re-light pilot. What made his visit different was his recommendations!
Since my water heater was 5 years old and possibly under warranty, he told me to get ahold of the manufacturer of the heater and he told me what to say and ask for.
It worked! The part was $250 but it was covered under warranty.
After getting part, I called Victor and he came over to install. His charge was inexpensive.
I was happy to have hot water again, but his recommendations saved me money. I will call Victor again, if I ever need a plumber.

House flooded from water heater. They were able to come out same day to drain the broken water heater and install a temporary one while the surrounding dry wall was repaired same day. Quick to respond, very good at communicating, honest pricing. Would recommend 10/10.

Hired Victor to install a new kitchen sink and it turned out perfect. He was very knowledgeable and was able to take the old one out and install the new one very quickly. Will definitely use him again in the future!

Our water heater started leaking on Friday 12/30 at night.  Messaged to get a few quotes not thinking anyone would respond and Victor replied fast and asked additional questions to ensure it was something he can address right away.  He was here the next morning!  He met my husband at Lowe's picked up our new water heater, installed it and took the old one.  We highly recommend him and will save his info for anything plumbing!

They responded fast and the time slot they made their technician came and repaired both leaks in a timely manner. He was very professional and explained what happened during the summer time when it was extremely hot. I highly recommend this plumming company for any plumming work.

Water heater needed to be replaced and victor responded on time, provided a reasonable estimate, and completed the work on the day he said he would. Best part about this business is the business owner completes the work, and you know it's done right! I now have victor's cell phone number and will call him for any future plumbing issues.

Such a great experience! I don't understand why there are not more reviews. Victor responded within seconds of my quote request. And was at my house within 15 min of it. He was fast friendly and honest! I tried a different plumber before this and it was such a terrible experience. Really glad I reached out to Servín and sons. It was a pleasure meeting Victor and doing business with him. I needed my faucet replaced because it was leaking. I originally called Victor to come out and relight my water heater. It was after hours but he was able to come out quickly. Victor was fast to respond and was at our house in less than an hour. He was able to fix our issue with no problem. Victor responded to my Yelp request for a quote minutes after I sent it.   He sent a very reasonable quote and the timeframe he could be here.  He was here right on time and got the pinhole in copper pipe cut out and soldered a splice in.  Polite and expert at his craft and charged his quote.   I highly recommend him and would definitely call him again.

Arrived quickly, were kind and patient with my 4 year old who kept trying to sneak in to the kitchen to say hello and see what they were doing, got the location of the clog identified and cleared quickly, and provided me tips afterward on maintenance to prevent or clear clogs myself in the future.  Also provided an estimate up front and charged exactly what they estimated, no unexpected fees.  All around positive experience.

We had a significant leak that we didn't know where the source was. Our home warranty company (AHS) couldn't schedule a plumber for 3 days out. I called Servin & Sons myself & they came out that afternoon. The technician was very professional, he got right to the problem and documented the issue with video and pictures for us. The cost of repairs I felt was reasonable as well. I was extremely pleased at his work and would definitely use Servin & Sons again!

Great experience after our water heater went out unexpectedly. After sending some info via text they knew exactly what I needed and quoted a price before the arrival time. All went as expected and my family was back up and running with hot water.

My aunt had a plumbing issue and wasn't aware of it due to dementia. I found out about the issue and was in need of help ASAP. I said a quick prayer and came to yelp! I checked out a few places that had a few stars then I saw one that had no stars. I decided to give them a chance so I reached out. Their response was super quick.
