I called Advanced Plumbing for plumbing issues we were having at work. They were on the job same day, earlier than scheduled, and did an above and beyond job getting us back up and running. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us reasonable options for our particular problem. We will definitely be calling Advanced Plumbing for any future plumbing service we may need!

Outstanding service and response! Tony responded to my message within minutes and came a few hours after for an emergency repair. Had a leak on my gas line to my drier and Tony was able to immediately find the leak and repair it. Professional, and outstanding work. I do recommend AEQ plumbing to anyone needing any work. Usually I completely loathe the idea of even calling any plumbers or any company for help, but this was a dire situation. Especially the day before Thanksgiving! Lucas arrived within 30 mins to our residence and unclogged our toilet that had overflowed all throughout the bathroom and I had to shut off the water completely. Anything I did, plunging, waiting for the water to lower and try again... I had it! I called and had them come out. Sunday evening. Noticed moisture in the wall in the kitchen. Made two other calls and left messages to other companies, but Jason answered my call. I was so relieved that he did too. He then came out at 10 pm, cut the wall, found the leak, fixed it, cleaned up. Very reasonable price and very fair.  There's no way I could have had a better experience. I recommend you don't waste your time or take a chance with someone unknown. Just call Jason at Avid.  I'm definitely going to call him for any and all plumbing needs.

Because I smelled gas in my garage I had the gas co. come out and check the water heater. Turns out the gas control valve was leaking and they shut off my hot water. The next morning I began requesting bids on Yelp. The Honest Plumber was the first to respond and based upon reviews I figured I would give them a try. They were able to give me a reasonable ball park quote which wasn't excessive. They came out the next day to do the repair. But before my appointment I asked for an additional service (hot water flush) which would cost them more time on the job. Bo came out well ahead of schedule to get the flush started and when he got here decided to tackle the main job too even though he was well early on the time. The water heater was a bit inaccessible due to a cabinet I had installed next to the heater. However, with Bo's help and willingness, he and I worked together quickly and easily to temporarily remove the obstacle.

In all, Bo was here and gone within 1 1/2 even with leaving to purchase a part. I appreciate their work and intend to use them again for my future plumbing needs.

I've used John the plumber at least five times over the last few years. Always responsive, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Reasonable price on all the jobs, and a 10% discount for seniors.

I spoke to the guy now regarding the plumbing issue in one of my rental unit , he came through choice home warranty , but he was saying that plumbing line was blocked and he can't do anything , I questioned him why can't you run the snake , then he was going very rude and talking with out manners and started abusing . Better stay away with company and person .

I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. They are now an big part of my landlord team and I feel thankful to have found them. They came by quick to clean out a clogged drain and coming later to help with my bath handle. In January, I traveled to Bakersfield to care for my very ill mother (80).  While there, it became clear that we needed to install grab bars in the different bathrooms and showers.  I looked for a handyman and found Mr. Lopez. I needed to order custom bars for aesthetic purposes and learned that some delivery time would be required.  Mr. Lopez gave us a quote and waited for a follow-up call to schedule the installation.  Clearly, months have passed due to backorders, etc.  Mr. Lopez has completed the project flawlessly. When he returned to install the final item, he noticed a leak around a toilet.  He promptly fixed that issue, along with some minor leaks around a faucet/sink.  The bigger more important issue is the trust I feel in working with Mauricio.  I am no longer there to oversee the work and with my confidence in him, I could trust that he would get the job done.  My parents are 100% satisfied with the work.  I highly recommend his services.  I will say this, he is busy and likely to become even more in demand because of his work ethic.  Be patient and you will be rewarded with the confidence and trust that the job will be well done! Kim was the office worker who helped me setup my appointment and was very nice to me. Chris was my technician from Payless plumbing. He was so polite and explained everything so clearly to me. I had a water leak under my patio, which meant concrete had to be removed before the repair could take place. He was very careful to remove as little as possible so that there was minimal damage. He was fast and efficient about the repair. He even cleaned up after himself, which was so thoughtful. I was given what I considered a fair estimate and the work was done promptly. I highly recommend Payless Plumbing!

We had our water heater crack and flood my garage and Sabir from extreme plumbing was able to make it out there the same day to replace it. He was able to explain why that happened very clearly and made the replacement process very easy! Definitely recommend.

charged my elderly parents $1,800 for a 40 gallon water heater (should have only $1,000), failed to put on earthquake straps, a drip pan and didnt change out of code water valve.

My sink drain was backed up pretty bad. I called Roto-Rooter on Easter Sunday and they came right out within 30 minutes. Matt Carroll did the work. It took him several hours to clean the line and also jet-watered the line as well. First let me say, the service was fast and efficient. I don't feel I was overcharged at all for the amount of time to complete the cleaning & repair. This is my second experience with Roto-Rooter and will use them again if need be. I highly recommend their service. And, they guarantee their work for a full year. Thanks, Matt for working so hard. We appreciate it very much.

It seems like these guys are super busy, if you are patient and don't mind playing phone tag sometimes, they were great to work with.  Good prices and the job was done right.  Seems like they are family ran, which I whole heartly support and understand why sometimes it take a bit for a callback,  I will call again if the need arises and recommend to my friends.

I spent an entire summer with Gundlachs trying to figure out my A/C woes. They were diligent, helpful and polite.  They troubleshooted what ultimately turned out to be a PG&E problem that caused my A/C system to malfunction. Everything is good now, they maintain the unit for me and they've become indispensable. Very reasonable for the work too.
