I shopped around for quotes to replace my water heater and repair a drain pipe which started leaking. I received about 5 quotes. Most of the plumbing companies quoted a price without even coming in to take a look at the work or seeing the pictures. Their quotes were sloppy, it was hard to tell what was included and was not included in the price. Tony on other hand asked for pictures and even then came in to see water heater and the pipe in order to provide me with an accurate estimate. His proposal was the lowest, moreover he was ready to install it same day so I accepted it. In addition to the price the quality of work he did was great as well.

My septic system backed up this past weekend and started to flood my downstairs bathroom, luckily we caught it in time and it didn't cause any damage.  So after reading all the positive reviews on Yelp, I decided to give Liberty a call.  After a couple a minor delays, they were able to come out to service my septic system and they did not disappoint.  They got everything done quickly and responsibly.  Not only did they do the job, but throughout the entire time they were here, the showed me each step they were performing (at their request none the less).  While pumping our septic system, they found and fixed a broken pipe and concrete lid other companies failed to find.  After all was said and done they did a great job and we no longer have any of the issues we had in the past.  The guys from Liberty were friendly, hardworking and  knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Liberty to anyone looking to service their septic system!!!!

Lucas and his helper were very good. They came out to do work for me the same day that I contacted them, and while working they provided me with honest feedback, advice, and suggestions to all sorts of hypotheticals I gave them.

To top it off, they didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

John is the real deal. He came out to replace what we thought would be our entire pump grinder, and found that we only needed a part replaced rather than the whole pump. Other companies were quoating $5k-$50k, and John was able to repair everything we needed for under $300. Not much worse than a broken, leaking toilet before guests arrive.  I had a lot of trouble calling around to find a local plumber until I tried getting quotes thru Yelp.  Mark replied immediately and asked very relevant questions to prepare his estimate for exactly what I wanted.  His bid was completely fair, he arrived on time with everything needed for the job, worked efficiently, and cleaned up everything.  I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, friendly attitude and willingness to provide the new toilet and drive up here the next day.  Excellent.

I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. They are now an big part of my landlord team and I feel thankful to have found them. They came by quick to clean out a clogged drain and coming later to help with my bath handle. Great job. I had a huge leak in the bathroom. He came by the next day on time and gave a clear understanding of what needed to be done. I feel he could have charged me a lot more but was honest, so I gave him a tip because of that. I will definitely recommend him to friends & family,  and also ask for his services in the future. We have had Payless plumbing help us many many times over the years and have always had a great experience.  Even with a few emergency leaks they were able to help us out right away.

I had a leaky water heater in my garage and started calling around to plumbing companies for help. Xtreme Plumbing said they would come by the same day to help.
Sabir came by and said he would need a day to get the permit, and explained several options for replacement. I opted for the tankless heater and within a day I was back to hot showers!
These guys are the only option for plumbing needs!

Matthew Carroll was the technician that came to my rescue today. He was very knowledgeable. Any question I had and I had plenty, he had a detailed answer for all my questions. He worked hard on my 2 toilets. He was super nice and professional. He deserves a raise for all the sweat he put in today on just me. I'm sure all his customers feel the same. The work these technicians do is like their doctors. There's so much work and detail in their jobs. You must be patient and smart and no your stuff and Matthew, was a super hero doctor today. I set an appointment with them for today at 8:30 am. Called the office multiple times because no one showed up! I was told it happens , we don't know where the driver is, we will call you back. I had to call back at 1130 for them to say oh driver should have called you he will be there soon. FINALLY they show up at 11:45 to my home. I went outside to greet them and both the men ignored me and continued walking into my yard without saying a word to me!!! I had to leave for an appointment and my husband had to leave work to be there. Then I see the yard a MESS!  Horrific work covering up the whole and RUINED my grass! Worker even said if my boss seen this he would be upset! He didn't offer a discount my husband asked for one and he was hesitant to give us a senior discount. In the end they got the job done but I'm very unhappy with their service!! My yard is ruined!

Excellent service.  Highly recommended!  I called them in after getting an extremely high quote from another HVAC company.  in the end, Gundlach's saved me $500, which was pretty sweet.
