Best Faucet Repair in Bakersfield CA

While turning off the main water valve so I could fix a sprinkler zone stuck in the on position, the valve on the main water line into the house broke in the off position; no water to the house. Advanced Plumbing was able to get me into their schedule for the next morning. Had to replace the whole main water line from the meter to the house. (House was built in 1945!) Not an inexpensive repair, but needed to be done. They even had to work in the rain, but got it done in half a day. Now I have a reliable ball-valve for the main shutoff instead of the old-style gate valve. They even installed a cutoff valve for the front yard sprinkler zones. Nice work! Thanks!

We had an issue with one of the toilets upstairs not draining properly. Looked up some plumbing service and AEQ Plumbing got back to me quickly and with an estimate. Came on the schedule time and did a great job. Super friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend AEQ ! Tony was awesome.

This asshole jerked me along for two days. Finally said he can not come. This is unprofessional behavior. Forget all the 5 stars reviews. Probably fake.

Did a great job repairing the 10'x10' hole in my ceiling.  Would recommend using if you need this type of work done.

Mind blowing horrible office staff and supposed owner . The customer comes first......does not mean that they are the first to be yelled at and told what to do or they will cancel your order. Sad...but the tech we got was great.

I've used John the plumber at least five times over the last few years. Always responsive, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Reasonable price on all the jobs, and a 10% discount for seniors.

Great service from Mark! We were looking around for plumbing repair here and they responded really quick and they have the most reasonable quote. Mark is such a nice guy, he came on time, wore mask the entire time, he explained everything to us and most importantly he did a really great job fixing the problem. I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. Will replaced my garage lighting. I am very happy with the result. I am seeing things in my garage that I haven't seen in years! Will was on time, he was professional, and he used materials that he could substantiate with receipts. I would hire him for any lighting concerns!

Do not hire this guy for any electrical problems. He asks for diagnosis fee even though he could not diagnose the problem. He only got away with it coz only my partner was home. He tried to squeeze another few when he came to look at the problem again..told him to go to hell. When I got qualified electrician the problem was fixed in 2 minutes . It seems his business model is diagnosis fee with no diagnosis and fleecing housewives . Do not recommend other than for basic stuff or if you can't find anyone else to hire . No qualifications no insurance, unreliable .

I almost never write reviews. I probably only write a review if I had a bad or horrible experience. Well after reading some of the reviews on here and after just having them come out the other day, I decided to post. Ive used Payless for years and have always had good service and really good people come out, sometimes at a moments notice like the other day. Chris and Bryant were the last two to come out and I highly recommend them. They will continue to be my first call and I will continue to refer them to friends and family.

I was referred to this company by a neighbor and it was worth every penny. Sabir was the person that came by for a estimate and did the work, he was very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. He was honest and gave me a reasonable price for the amount of work that had to be done to put a utility sink in my garage. My house had no prior sink there so he had to improvise in order to make it work and he put it exactly where I needed it and I was very satisfied. It is good quality and works very well for me. So I am happy and thankful and I will definitely recommend him to others and have him do work for me in the future if need be.

I contacted on a Tuesday afternoon and he came by Wednesday afternoon. Very very friendly, quick and fair price. I also felt very appreciative that the estimated quote was honored. I am definitely going to call again if I need any plumbing services.

Emailed them on a Sunday night to setup an appt. on Monday AM to deal with a rental house plumbing issue.  They replied that night and called the Tenant to schedule 1st thing Monday.  Monday AM, after they looked at the issue, called me and gave me a price.  A few hours later they called and asked a question about a spur line that seemed to have been abandoned.  They confirmed it was abandoned and dropped the price a 100.00.  I don't think other crews would have done that.  By noon the issue was fixed and everyone was happy.  
Would recommend the service.

We had our septic pumped because we're selling our house. This company showed up early, did the job and left within an hour. They were reasonable, friendly and fast. It's not a pleasant thing to have to have done but if we ever have to have it done again, we will hire this company.

I called Elite Plumbing at 10pm and had a water heater that need to be replaced at a rental the following day. They had it replaced by 11am.

The water heater was installed cleanly and professionally.

Way overpriced. My grandparents are in their 80s and had a service agreement with Gunlach's and thought they should use them to fix a simple leak with their toilet. $403 dollars later, they had their leak repaired...I understand that the company needs to make a profit, but the amount they charged was outrageous for such a simple fix. What angers me is that the technician sounded as if he was pushy, making my grandmother worry & said they really needed fix another leak and he'd only charge them another $500+ to do it while he was out there but more if he had to come back out. Luckily my grandmother said she'd talk to my father about the other leak first before having them do anything with it. My dad said he could have fixed their original leak for $30 in parts & fortunately my father-in-law is a plumber and came to fix this other $500+ valve replacement for $120 (with no discount and including labor). We told my grandparents to definitely cancel their service agreement and use a reasonable plumber.

I realize they had a choice when using Gunlach's for their service, but it felt like they were taking advantage of my elderly grandparents and pressuring them to spend hundreds of dollars for simple issues when they are on a fixed income.
