Best Faucet Installation in Bakersfield CA

I so badly wanted to give this company 5 Stars but....I called on Wednesday to set an appointment for Friday so I could take the day off and get my plumbing fixed. I was told that they would come by between 8-9am. I gave them my phone number so they could call me in case they were running late. I waited...and waited...and waited but they never showed up, never called...NOTHING!! Luckily a friend of mine had a contact with another plumbing company so I called them and they were at my house within an hour. Advanced Plumbing is right around the corner from my house so I wanted their service to work for me for future business but I won't waste my breath or time calling them for anything else in the future. They must be doing really well to not want to add more revenues to their books. Good luck with future business and I hope you don't treat other customers the same way.

Great service, friendly, on time, and excellent communication. 10/10 recommend. No complaints. He fixed my water heater and it's been working great!

Alex is great! I called on Sunday to find out if he was available on Monday to unclog my kitchen drain line. He said he would be out in an hour and only charge me $15 more a Sunday call out. He showed up as promised and spent about 2-3 hours getting it unclogged. Great guy and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber!

Did a great job repairing the 10'x10' hole in my ceiling.  Would recommend using if you need this type of work done.

Jason is incredible, I bought a house recently and needed a plumber to move the hot water heater from inside the house to the garage. Old house was built with the heater inside, not cool, one leak or bust and my house is flooded.

Jason showed up on time for the estimate and was thorough in checking things out and giving me all the information, his price was fantastic and blew away 2 other quotes I received that I felt were outrageous.

We arranged a time and again Jason was on time and kept me informed in the process letting me know where we were as he moved towards completion.

After everything was done we had a small hiccup when a fitting cracked and caused a pipe to separate. I called Jason and he came right out in less than an hour and fixed the problem. Everything has been great since no problems at all.

I highly recommend Jason to anyone that has plumbing needs. He does the job quickly, does it right, and doesn't charge ridiculous prices. Thank you for a great job on my hot water heater move Jason.

Needed an emergency plumber due to a leaking toilet in our rental house. Mark came out same day, found and fixed the problem, and also diagnosed and took care of several other plumbing issues while he was at it! Terrific service, friendly, and very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I called everyone in Bakersfield to help me with my new home purchase and they showed up on time, very professional, great pricing and were able to help me with my small and larger projects. They are now an big part of my landlord team and I feel thankful to have found them. They came by quick to clean out a clogged drain and coming later to help with my bath handle. This business totally lives up to its excellent reviews. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the work done, the reasonable pricing, and the customer service. Kevin was very congenial and did an awesome job of hanging the three sets of curtains and one wall rack which I needed to have hung, and Will, who I presume is the owner, is super nice. I would definitely use this handyman service again and this is a recommend.

Mauricio was very knowledgeable and professional the whole time he worked in my house. What I liked most is that he is willing to work on something until it is done right. I will definitely be calling Mauricio back when I need various projects completed around the house.

They not only responded quickly but they sent someone (forgot his name)  within 30 minutes to fix the issue. He also explained the problem thoroughly. Great experience!  Very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Also very prompt in calling back if you leave a voicemail. As a female, it can be a little intimidating having to deal with these situations. He made me feel comfortable right away (I have trust issues). I appreciate that he did not take drastic measures just to make money. Turns out, my situation was way less of an issue than I thought. I would recommend to anyone. I had a slow flushing toilet.  Technician took the toilet off and ran the junior machine down the toilet line.  When we flushed the toilet, it was just as bad as it was before.  After a couple of more flushing, he said that he thought it was the jets on the toilet itself and wanted to schedule a toilet replacement.  I declined.

Roto Rooter charged me $355 before diagnosing the clogged jets.  Now looking with a mirror, I can see calcium clogging in the jets.  So, hey Roto Rooter, why not diagnose the problem before charging me for something that didn't need fixing.  I just spent $355 on utter incompetence and now must fix the toilet anyway.  Not Happy.

To add insult to injure, the machine sprayed a line of sewage up my bathroom wall as he was pulling the snake out.  Not Happy.

My sister needed her cesspool replaced.  We were gifting the job to her family and I had reached out to Facebook for recommendations for such a job. I live in Las Vegas but I am from Bakersfield and have several friends as I grew up there.  I asked her to get two to three proposals.  I'm a real estate investor and manager and I know how the bidding process should work.  My husband was a County Project Engineer for many years so he too is very familiar with the bidding process.

The problem with Kangarooter is getting a proposal.  My sister reached out to them no less than a half a dozen times to get a proposal.  They gave multiple excuses as to why they didn't send or prepare a proposal.  The excuses stemmed from Oh, I thought Rene already took care of this.  Oh we gave him the wrong address.  With each excuse it was followed up with We will get you a proposal by X date.  That time would come and pass and nothing.  In the meantime Superior came out the same day called and gave a proposal.  My sister had done business previously with Kangarooter and I know she would of liked to give them the business however, me being in the real estate business for 28 years, if a company can't even provide you with something so simple as a proposal then you don't want to deal with them once they have been paid.  First impressions are everything.  Once I signed the contract and did the deposit over the phone they were out there that very day doing soil testing.  Plans were submitted to the County and work was scheduled and completed in rapid succession.  

You would think a company would want a contract, a sizeable one at that.  Especially during an pandemic when other companies are suffering for work, employee's are worried about their jobs.  Apparently that is not the case with this company.  I would be so embarrassed as the company owner to know at $7,000 to $8,000 job just walked out their door because they couldn't be bothered with doing something so simple as a proposal.  They could at the very least tell potential clients that their schedule is full and they are not able to accept new clients at this time.  Don't waste a homeowners time, it's just wrong.

I was told a plumber would be out to home in the morning. I called at noon and was told that he'd be at my home between noon and 3 pm. I called at 5 pm because he didn't show or call. His phone number could not receive messages as his message space was full. After several calls, I gave up trying yo contact him at 7:30 pm. I'm so disappointed in this plumber, as he has yet to contact me, and my kitchen sink is overflowing.

I recommend Gundlach's.  Over the years I have used the services of a variety of plumbers and Gundlach's always proved to be the best.  Last year Gundlach's completed a complex, complete house repiping project for me, involving installation of attic pipes and outside hose bibs in the heat of June.  Henry's plumbing crew, the replastering crew, the retiling crew--all of them--performed the work to my complete satisfaction.  More recently, Gundlach's installed new kitchen faucets and repaired an outside leaking anti-siphon valve.  Again, the work was performed efficiently, on time, and to my complete satisfaction.  Gundlach's workmanship is superior.  Communicating during the jobs was a breeze.  If it's true that you get what you pay for, then Gundlach's meets that test.  I'll certainly call upon Gundlach's the next time.
