Best Gas Furnace Installation in Kansas City MO
I called them to unclog my drain in my sink basin in the kitchen. The Tech who showed up claimed our main drain line was clogged despite me telling him the bathroom drains all worked fine and drained quickly. Then he said he needed a camera, which he did not have with him. He stated he might have to tear up the concrete floor in the basement costing 8 thousand dollars. By this time, I knew I had to pay him to just get them out of my house. He wanted 79 dollars which I gladly paid to get them out of my house. I went to Ace Hardware and bought a small hand auger for 25 dollars and ran it down the sink drain only to discover a clogged p-trap under the sink. 8,000 dollars vs. 25 bucks. Run as fast as you can from this company as they are in my opinion dishonest. They used to be known as a good company but not anymore!

This company was sent to our house from our warranty company 1st American home warranty to CYR air conditioner suddenly stopped cooling the guy from mechanically inclined was here for about an hour taking pictures wandering around said that he didn't know what was wrong he went downstairs where our AC unit was came back upstairs went outside he said that he thinks that the drain hose on R AC needs to be changed and moved so the filters come out easier so he d $695 to move that, then he decided to give me a quote for$225 to come out next week and clean the outside unit. When I reported to the home warranty that I think he left these wires exposed with a couple of wire nuts he told the company that our air conditioner was not salvageable and that it could was not part of the warranty claim that it had not been upkept. This is the same claim that he has made about several different clients of warranty companies if he can't get you to add another $1000 on to the claim then he claims your unit is no good if you look at his reviews you will find out that he says the same thing about everyone. Now the warranty company is denying my claim and I have to get an outside AC contractor to come and dispute what he is saying. This company is no good avoid them at all cost.

I recently called MVP during the Corona Virus Lockdown, to reach Rhonda. Explained my problem and had a tech at my home within two hours. My problem was based in the attic, which is not finished. The tech responding, got right up in the hot, dusty attic space without complaint and identified my issues within an hour. Parts were ordered and I was phoned two days later, they were ready to finish up. Part of my issue involved rewiring on the vaulted ceiling of my living room. Tech was patient and pleasant, answering my many questions along the way, while maintaining protective mask and social distancing during the pandemic requirements to keep my home functional.

Please DO NOT use this company. We had work done with them that seemed expensive but didn't get a second opinion. Then they came out for routine AC maintenance. The technician spoke only to my fiancé, who does not own the house, and didn't acknowledge me. He then told us that our AC was leaking coolant. He quoted $700 to fill it as a bandaid OR $600 to search for a leak plus either $3,500 or $4,500 plus labor to fix the coil plus ~$1000 to add more coolant. We had a second opinion out who said they're trying to rob you. There's nothing wrong with your AC. AVOID THEM.

My heat went out on Tuesday. Saw a good Yelp review Wednesday morning, and the serviceman was here at 1:00. My 22-year old Lennox furnace was DOA, and possibly trying to poison us with carbon monoxide...it is now 27 hours later, and I have a complete new high-efficiency HVAC system up and running.
Everyone I dealt with was a complete professional. They call before they come, and they show up on time. All the utility rebates were applied up front, and LBA took care of sending in for the manufacture's rebate. They explained everything and set up a service call in a couple of weeks to make sure everything's working right and that I'm satisfied. They cleaned up and finished about 2 hours ahead of schedule.
And they sell Lennox. Did I mention the last one lived for 22 years? I'm doin' a Happy Girl Dance, too!

our air conditioner fan wasn't turning we turned off the fan and waited three days for Snyder's to come. The technician checked the freon and the connections and said ikt was fine. About a week later our water heater was scalding and the element sign was flashing another technician came out and said it was fine. Finally our air conditioner broke entirely another three day wait but this time the technician found a broken wire. Final bill:$307.00. The first guy was here 20 minutes repaired nothing, the second guy 10 minutes did nothing and the last guy actually fixed the problem which took a half hour. If you think these are reasonable prices this is the company to call. Broken wire-$307.00

I was a new hire for this company and they let me go Unexpectedly. when I asked why they let me go they did not give me a reason other than saying we have a 90 day observation I can let you go at any time.
They had released me via text message said they would come by the next morning to pick up the van I said OK the following morning early a.m. I went to the gym they texted me and was at my place of living to pick up the van they had spare keys to take the van also my car charger was in that van for jumpstarting cars they took the van
At that time Mike the GM called me and asked me where are The keys to the van I had told him that they were in my room after the gym I would return them mike had proceeded to tell me that they did not have them at that point in time they were going to have to charge me $700 to re-key the truck
I know I let you know again they never gave a timeframe when they will pick up the truck in the morning I did what I normally do in the morning they took the truck but did not get the keys cause they did not give an availability time when they would pick it up when I receive my last check which should've been $3900 because yes they pay their employees commission there I received a check of $600 with a bunch of deductions one of the deductions $700 to re key your truck they stole my money they rip me off they let me go for no reason
If they do this to there employees I would be very cautious as a customer to do any work with this company
I have been on job where Customers make a complaints about the customer service center dispatchers not following up with customers and customers waiting around for technicians and not showing up for the customer left no messages or return calls
I did everything I was supposed to do as an employee there I completed my jobs and handled customers my paycheck should've been 3900 being paid 600 and being done wrong by a company that you trust that advertises and leads you to think they're trustworthy it's just wrong
And remember customers always ask your technicians your plumbing technicians if they're paid hourly or commission because they get paid commission to make sales
