Best Sump Pump Repair in Austin TX

Plumbers did a great job. Came out same day for a break in main water line to the house. Eddie and Alan were polite and efficient. The whole job took less than 1.5 hours.

I question the cost. They charged what is standard in the Austin area for a main water line break, $585. That's a little less than $400/hr in this case. There are other costs, I know. The company van, time to and from, office, insurance. If the break were in the sprinkler system the charge would have been significantly less BUT the fix would have been almost identical, just 12 closer to the surface. I think I'll fix it myself the next time it breaks. Figure it will take me 4 hours. I'm 57, 120lbs and female.

I will call Rooter-Man again, they were great. But not for a main line break because all the companies charge double what is fair for the repair.

Our toilet clogged on Saturday. I sent out a request for price / service to multiple places. Capital City was the only place that was ready to come to fix it in couple of hours. Job was well done. Thank you.

They came out promptly from the time of my request. A small job that ended up taking a bit longer due to the fact the piece was original or 35 years old and didn't want to be replaced. Ha.  It works like a charm now. I am very happy.

We had Abel come out to help with a new sink installation, he was responsive, honest, did an amazing job and his prices were very reasonable compared to all the other plumbers I called. I will be calling him again on any other projects we have!

Jim is amazing. I've used him on numerous occasions and he has always been fair, courteous and quickly gets the job done. We originally used another plumber to install our tub, but he did a terrible job, so we contacted Jim who was able to fix the previous plumber's work. Then we got a flood in our kitchen and Jim was able to come quickly to turn off the water and then returned later to fix the complicated leak issue. We only trust him for all our plumbing needs. I highly recommend him!!

Josh with Plumb Doctors came out twice for separate issues on a bathroom sink.  Scheduling was very quick.  Josh was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do on both trips.  I was charged a fair price and will call them when I need service.  VERY pleased with this company.

Yelp hits a home run again!

Our hot water heater went kaput over the weekend.  It still has a little over half a year on its warranty after being installed in our new build.  I was flummoxed, trying to troubleshoot an issue with the pilot light not staying on and the manual, Google, and YouTube failed me.  It was Sunday and I called a few folks- I left messages with folks (I still haven't heard back from as of this review), and heard outrageous price quotes from the ones I could get ahold of on the phone.

Deciding to wait until Monday to expand my options, I reached out to Thunderbird via email Sunday afternoon.  I explained what I did, what kind of water heater I had, etc.  Not even ten minutes later and I get a well-informed response of which part on that water heater was the most-likely culprit and how to go about getting it fixed under warranty.  Instead of charging me to come out and diagnose, he mentioned the plumbing warehouse to find the warrantied part and that he would come and install it.

My cost for the part was a small handling fee from the warehouse and the drive across Austin to get it and then the price Jeff quoted to install this new part was exactly on point.  There were no hidden fees or crazy charges- just the charge for his repair.  Now that's how you play ball!

I wasn't home at the time of service, but my boyfriend was.  Jeff set an appointment that worked with us and then called to ask if he could come down early- which was awesome in our book.  Jeff was very down to earth and extremely knowledgeable.  He fixed up the gas controller on our Bradford White quite nicely and we have been reaping the benefits of our hot water again.

Thunderbird will be our go-to for professional plumbing needs for sure!

Plumber Near me replaced our water heater cheaper than any other quotes we received! They were extremely professional, wore booties to protect our flooring and did amazing job. The response time was 20 mins and were able to service our home same day. I highly recommend Plumber Near Me and will use them in the future for all our plumbing needs. I have a tankless water heater that is less than three years old in my new home. It kept going out and I have had it serviced three times during this time. So I decided to try a different plumbing company. WD Plumbing came out and detected the problem right away. They were quick to respond and very friendly. The parts and service price was very reasonable. I am using them again for another project.  I was very satisfied with this company.

We had a MONSTER clog in our kitchen sink, and I tried four different plumbers to clear it. Only the fourth plumber got it cleared out by using their hydro-jet. We have old cast iron pipes, and they were very cautious using the jetter. It took them several hours, but they were able to clear out tons of old grease that had accumulated over decades. Their price for this service was reasonable, and they were able to come out the same day I called them! Amazing! I wish I had started with them from the beginning.

Honest and competitively priced! We had to replace the main line on our 1930's home and it was a pretty big job! We took several bids and Plumbing Outfitters were not only one of the better bids - the were professional, not pushy, personable and just made us feel the most comfortable about the company. They did a great job and kept us informed the whole time (the job took several days). The didn't try to upsell us on anything but made sure we were aware of any issues that might come up in the future. We've already had them out again to do some work on a rental property and will definitely use them again!

I want to HIGHLY  recommend the plumbing company that came to our house and did an OUTSTANDING JOB in finding the problem and fixing it in about 1 1/2 hours time.  AND - he charged a reasonable rate.  So reasonable, I paid him extra for his services.

The owner/operator, Justin Kretchmar, actually came with his crew and provided supervision the entire time.  Mr. Kretchmar is also licensed through the TX Dept. of Licensing & Regulation and the TX State Plumbing Examiners Board.  Nice man who provides great service at reasonable prices.

We had a bunch of little things to get done around the house. Jose was responsive and straightforward on pricing. His team came in and did the work quickly and with good quality. I would definitely hire him again.

Found myself in a pinch and needed a plumber right away.

Kyle responded to my message right away. He was very kind to speak to and treated my house in the utmost respect. He was very open and honest about what needed to be done to fix my garbage disposal and had it up and running in no time! He was also reasonably priced!

Confirmed a cost  estimate for my water softener replacement earlier this week; I confirmed that I was scheduled between 8-12 today with a call 30 minutes in advance....
1 p.m. rolls around and no call or text....ran the errands I delayed from a.m.; returned home around 4 p.m....still no call or text. Finally, around 5 p.m. I received a text....not a call...that the technician had an emergency and asked if the 'supervisor' could come by to give me an estimate on Monday.

I hope they are holding their breath....

I have done business with Daniel's for the past few years and should have expected this type of incident.
Although I have spent thousands of dollars for their shoddy service, I was not happy with the last two jobs they performed; I complained and never received a reply, apology or portion of refund of my billing!

To anyone considering Daniel's for your plumbing work....DONT!
Yeah, they have television ads & fancy trucks...but their reputation with me is garbage.
To leave me waiting for an entire day and not have the time  to apologize for wasting half of my weekend is terrible business.
With the volume of businesses that perform this type work in the Central Texas area, none can possibly be this bad.

I will be looking for another plumbing business willing to accept...and earn ...my money.

I would give negative star if i could. Said they would come between noon and 4 p.m. a window that kept me home all afternoon. Then they did not get there until 4:30. Order was for hanging a 40 to 50 lb chandelier in a condo dining area. They said I needed to replace the plastic box with a metal one. They said to do that and hang it would take about an hour. Their  estimate was for over $700. But if I joined some membership it would be about $100 less. I ended up having to pay them $80 to come and tell me that. The other electrician I had called charges by the hour at $125 per hour plus $80 service fee. How stupid do I feel? Plus during a pandemic they walked all around saying they needed to take photos, which was creepy, in case I said they did something wrong. They required my CVC security code on my Visa, which I have never had a service person do. Maybe this was a one-off bad experience but not likely.

Owner of company (Eusebio) hardly returns calls. He is not personable and is completely hands off. Jorge, his brother on the other hand is the profesional one. He picks up calls, he is resourceful and helpful and does the work on a timely manner.
All you want is for Jorge to be in charge of your project.
