Best HVAC System Maintenance in Aurora CO
I reached out to Tyler around midnight since my AC was not shutting off. I wasn't expecting a response at that hour of the night, but he responded! We set up a time for the following day and 10 minutes before he arrived, my AC shut off on its own and started working like normal. I had him come anyway to check it out for peace of mind. Since the system was working like normal he confirmed I really didn't need any work but I should keep an eye out on a switch that caused the original problem. Nice guy and will definitely hire him again for any HVAC and electrical needs. Thanks Tyler!

Mark with C4 plumbing came out to install a whole house water purifier for us. He was professional and did excellent work. Also a really nice guy! We have remodeled our whole house since we bought it five years ago and have used quite a few subs so we have had our share of good and bad, sadly more bad than good experiences. I would not hesitate to use Mark again, in fact he will be installing our hot water heater when needed. My husband was in the commercial construction industry for 40 years, he also knows good subcontractors when he sees them. If you have several to pick from, choose Mark with C4! You won't be sorry!

I was in an absolute bind and emergency this week. Luckily I found TCF via Yelp. I found Thomas, who was able to get to my house the same night. He was efficient and very polite. Highly recommended if you need emergency help!!

First Choice is wonderful to work with. We had been out of town during the subzero weather last week. Upon our return, we found that our furnace had stopped working sometime while we were gone. We had frozen toilets, faucets, shower heads, and pipes. We called First Choice and they came on time, were extremely warm and friendly, worked for 4 hours searching for all of the breaks in our pipes and expertly repairing them, and cleaned up afterward. You always take running water for granted until you don't have it. I can't say enough good about this company, and will be using them again.

I've used Slawek and his team at two different homes. They are without a doubt the best electricians I've ever used and just really good people. I recently had them replace all the outlets and switches in my home, add fans to bathrooms, run new cable outlets, fix photo-electric switches on landscape lighting, and several other things. Slawek will come out and walk through everything with you then he'll sit down at your table and write up a quote right there on the spot. His crews show up exactly on time and they are incredibly efficient. I thought they would be here for 4-5 days with all the work but it took them less than two days.
They now do plumbing as well. I have no doubt, Slawek will maintain the same standard with the plumbing business.

Chris is awesome and so helpful. We have referred him to friends who he has also done great work for! We replaced our central air unit and also had him come back to service our furnace. We will use them for any future needs we have!

I just had my water heater replaced today. The plumber; Rocky contacted me an hour before he was scheduled to show up. He was prompt, wore bootie covers in the house and was very professional. The replacement and installation of the water heater took 4 plus hours, the installation was done very professionally, Rocky provided a quote and he removed the old water heater, helped clean up the standing water and replaced a broken pipe from the winter. All told I would highly recommend them for any future work I would need.

Our entire sewer line had to be replaced a week after our wedding. This is one month after laying new sod and installing a new sprinkler system in our front yard. Needless to say, it was a stressful situation for us. Done did an amazing job of preserving as much of our yard as possible. This isn't the first time we've had Done at our house. We had a leak in our ceiling from a busted pipe. Roots in our lines. And we've just hired them to install a new furnace and water heater. Every new event that happens, we call them because we know they will do a good job and stand behind their work! They're also amazing people. We haven't met an employee yet that we've disliked. I couldn't recommend them more!!!

I am so pleased with the comprehensive service we received. We've had other technicians in the past who didn't know how to service the unit. It's so nice to have someone who understands the Lennox system!

Zach and his crew were great. They worked with our budget and got our house cooled down with a new system right away. Can't recommend them enough for being professional, fast, and fair in their pricing!

I called Todd on a Thursday or Friday to get pricing on a new water heater. He called me back very quickly and gave me pricing and a lot of helpful advice. I got two other bids and his was comparable to the lower of the other two, and I decided to go with him because he had been so helpful on the phone. We scheduled the work for the upcoming Monday. Todd was very responsive to all of my phone calls and he showed up exactly on time (no 4 hour window or anything like that, just a time he would be there). He removed the old water heater and installed the new one including expansion tank, safety drip pan, and emergency cut off. A part as provided by the manufacturer was not working correctly so Todd substituted in a more expensive one that he had in his truck for no additional charge. He also took care of a few small things around the house while he was here and gave me advice on another project. He did a great job, was very punctual and responsive, very helpful, and overall was great to work with. I would definitely use him again.

They were very fast to communicate, and they came to my house the same day I called. Sadly, by the time they came around 6 pm and the time it would take to fix the furnace, it was going to be out of office hours, and there was going to be a charge of $500 extra, so we decided not to do it with them.
The technician was friendly and a little pushy into getting a new furnace, and he offered us all these brochures from the company. Honestly, we just wanted to fix our furnace because we can't add another expense after recently buying this house.
I would say that the second company did a better throughout inspection of our furnace, and it wasn't pushing any sales on us.
Either way, we knew our furnace was 17 years old, and we will need a new furnace and A/c unit. So, I would keep them as one of my options in the future.

We needed our furnace cleaned and certified before moving. Tipping Hat was able to schedule us on short notice and Jessica provided updates as to who would be coming and when. Justin showed up on time and gave a courtesy call before showing up. His customer service was top notch and he was able to get everything completed in a timely manner. On top of that, he honored my mailer coupon for the service. Thank you for everything!

I asked Mac-vik to correct the flagged gas leak XCEL had put on a pipe and to review th boiler for proper operation. I was very specific in describing the location. It took about two weeks for Mac-vik to show up. Even though this was a yellow, not red, tag meaning it was not an emergency I thought two weeks was excessive, but they said everyone is busy due to the season. After spending an hour looking around the technician called me to tell me he could not find the tag and he wanted to charge me $1200 or on the boiler to make it operational and safe. There was difficulty in communication because he could not speak good English, but he did say the owner would call. I described to the owner the simple task I had requested and he said he would need to charge somewhere around $150 for the visit. I told that I felt nothing was done other than providing what I felt was a quote for service I did not think were needed. Sure enough, another company came in, serviced the leak and billed me $125 within two days of my call to them. They also said the boiler is working fine. The next time I heard from Mac-vik was a bill collector. I never got a bill or a phone call from Mac-Vik, just a call from their bill collector. I've put two emails out to them since asking where he invoice is asking them to call or email me, but nothing. I feel these guys run a bad business where even if they perform poorly, you have to pay a ransom. Their follow-up and customer service magnifies the problem. I'm waiting for some response, which will probably be someone in collections for me to pay a bill for terrible service.

Truly awful service. Nice people but their first repair failed after a few weeks and they are always super late. I have had an appointment for them to come between 8a-10a and both times and they haven't arrived until at least 1pm. Definitely would not recommend.

We had a pipe burst during a recent deep freeze. It was a simple job to fix it the way I wanted Total cost of parts less than $100. Total labor time for a competent plumber to fix 2-3 hours. Patriot Pros figured the repair would be $1500 to $2000. If you want to be ripped off, go ahead and use them. You probably have plenty of money. If you do use them ask for cost of parts and per hour labor charge and see what they say.
