Back in 2011-12, we were renting a townhouse, and our landlord had a service contract with Service Network, twice a year for furnace & AC checks, and one other time for the water heater. They were always professional, friendly, and clean. We now own our own place, and Thanksgiving Day 2016, we had a sewer backup in our basement. Service Network were the only one of eight plumbers we called to return our message! At no additional holiday charge, Pete came out. Nice and professional, but without a camera, his cable couldn't find a way through our complex connections to the pipe to the alley. Pete and his boss then referred us to a camera crew from another company, who were able to solve our problem, the next day. We give Pete stars for a persistent effort and good attitude, even with his frustration. And they return calls on a holiday.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give zero stars! Incompetent techs and even worse customer service!! If you are not pleased with the work the owner will just call and say well call a different company, we don't want to work with you. Our situation is MUCH worse now than it was before they came into our home.

I had a leak that no one could find!  Service Network took the time and they found the leak.  They provided excellent service.  The were 1/2 the price I was expecting.  Give them a try, well worth the call!

Horrible service especially Deb their customer service/admin. Not helpful and gives you an attitude when you ask questions about any updates. Nothing got fix to our AC/heater that they had to come by multiple times with different technicians to find out what the issue was, we thought they fixed the issue but come to find out they didn't.  We had to get another company to fix the AC/heater, spend money but they did find the EXACT issue and fixed it right there and there. Never going back to this company for any future assistance and I do not recommend them at all.

Service Network Plumbing and Heating was hired to install a furnace in my new home by the previous owners. I have had two quotes to install an A/C unit and both HVAC companies said they did a very poor job installing my furnace. It will now cost me $1,000 more to install an A/C unit because the new HVAC technician has to correct Service Network's mistakes.

1) Installed a furnace that is too big for my home.
2) New furnace is FULL of dirt because of the way it was pulled through my crawlspace.
3) Air supply and air return too small, flue vent is not pitched correctly.
4) Crew left cigarettes, fast food bags, and trash in my crawlspace. They also left sheet metal and the box the furnace came in for me to dispose of.

I contacted Service Network last year and it was going to take them 2 weeks to come out to evaluate the mistakes they made. The customer service when I called to complain was very poor. I do not recommend hiring this company for any HVAC, A/C, or plumbing services.

Please Please please! if you are having heating and cooling problem, make no mistake by utilizing this company. I had problem with my AC and I requested this company through my home warranty, but I had to cry for three weeks and finally withdraw the request order. I do not know about any other thing, but AC guy is not good at all. The customer service representative are of two different class, I like Judy, at least she told me what is going on regarding my repair request and their coordination with my Warranty company but Nicolus lied me every time I called. I had to cry for three weeks and five days and kept calling. In my opinion, they are zero conscious about other problem. I requested Nicolous to expedite because I have two daughters under three years old and it is 90+ temperature, but he replied I do have the same problem sir, thank you and he hang up. The limit of my frustration was at optimum level. At the beginning, I thought that it was the warranty company, but finally I figure out that it was Nicolous.
I am just trying to explain my experience and suffering that I had in 07/2017, You decide yourself.

Avoid this company!  Two techs came at two different times to fix our AC.  First tech didn't have the tools so basically just walked around and then said they'd have to schedule someone else to come out and then he left.  Second tech came and when he left the AC unit was blowing out warm room temperature air, so they system was actually worse then before they came.  Take your business elsewhere!

Service Network Plumbing and Heating installed a recirc pump on one occasion and instant hot water heater on another occasion both in 2022.  The provided excellent service.   They were efficient and the quality of their work was above and beyond my expectations.

I have been using Service Network for several years, mostly out of the fact that I was too lazy to find someone else to maintain my heater and evaporative cooler.  I didn't have them do much, just seasonal maintenance.  That being said, I had issues several times with this company.  Despite the fact that they had been to my house twice a year for five years to do the exact same job, several times they would show up without the proper equipment and have to reschedule. So I went out and bought the proper equipment. Today, the guy they sent did not feel like getting on my roof (two story home).  So he left and they had to reschedule. Last year they didn't connect the evaporative cooler correctly and I had water running down my roof for a week.  Nevermind, take me off your customer list Service Network.  What I asked of you twice a year is not that demanding, yet you managed to screw up and waste my time too much.  
If you are doing more serious work, look elsewhere.  The only big job I had them do was replace my sewage ejector, after looking at the bill and looking at prices on line I learned they charged me 3 times what I could buy the part for down the street.... plus expensive labor!

Service network really saved me. Had Doctor Fixit come out and say i needed a whole new unit for almost 10k. That was only after i had to fight to get a price over the phone. Justin was really patient, communicated directly with my tenant to find a good time that worked for her. Turns out, unit was just fine. All that it was, was a heat damper and the second opinion saved me a disaster. I would highly recommend Justin. Very kind and knowledgeable.

We hired this company in the summer of 2016 to install a new spigot in the back of our house, reroute a dryer vent and fix a running toilet. They sent Alonzo, who, it turned out, was not a plumber, was sloppy and incompetent.  Both the new holes in the foundation (dryer vent, spigot) had sunlight seeping through.  The spigot has never stopped leaking and the toilet still runs. The spigot piping on the inside of the house is not very long and tilts inward, which increases the chances of the water freezing and the pipe bursting in winter.  We requested they come out and fix some of these things - they sprayed foam to fill in the gaps around the foundation holes, and said the spigot was fine.
We hired a professional plumber to fix the leaking spigot and toilet. Turns out Alonzo left a chunk of soldered metal siting in the seat of the spigot - removal of that fixed the leak. Alonzo also smeared caulk on our sliding door's curtain as he went in & out (can't be washed out, we had to replace the curtains), and when he was cleaning up in the basement, he mistakenly turned his shop vac on in the blow mode, creating a huge cloud of dust and debris that filled our basement and coated lots of old books and photos. Idiot!!  To add insult to injury, they were extremely expensive.  Never again.

This company should be avoided. Zero stars. Not one, but two thumbs down. Very unprofessional and incompetent. My unfortunate experience was due to a home warranty (AHS) dispatch and the technician (Chuck) that arrived was disgruntled from the start. Didn't treat my home like the Castle it should be, as advertised on their website. Tech didn't bother to take off his boots. Chuck didn't bother diagnosing the problem I described and very shortly after arrival started to remove my Wifi Enabled Programmable Thermostat and started to unbox a Non Programmable $10 one he obtained from his truck. When I asked him why he was replacing my more capable and expensive thermostat he cut me off, asking whether or not I wanted my system working or not. It was clear he thought I was an idiot. I politely asked that he at least replace my Thermostat with a like model if he thought it was the problem; he snapped and said that's all he had. He told me if I had a problem with it I should call his office and as I did so, he got in his truck without a word and drove off. As I communicated this to his Company / Dispatch in disbelief I was simply told that looks like you and the tech didn't get along. Chuck just left your house to call in his report to the warranty company so he wouldn't say something in front of you he would regret. Sorry we couldn't help you today. Maybe another company can.  I've never felt so insulted, angry, or frustrated. The nerve. The unprofessionalism. I find it hard to believe Chuck even has a license. At a minimum he should be fired; not capable of interfacing with any customer or client. One of the worst customer experiences in my life.
