Six star. Cody replaced a toilet for us. I initially had HomeDepot to deliver the toilet. At the time of replacement, he noticed the bowl is damaged. He covered the drain and agreed to come next day with no extra charge. HomeDepot failed to deliver the toilet next day again. He quickly got a very competitive quote from his supplier (better than HomeDepot), picked up the material and installed the new toilet on Saturday. He was professional, had good manner and was on time. I definitely use his services in future again.

My husband and I were in the market for an eco friendly water softener alternative and found Kent through Yelp.  I did my research ahead of time on the differences between different systems and loved that Kent was an expert in Pelican systems-a brand with a lifetime warranty and lots of data to support the efficacy of their systems.  

Beyond his obvious care and expertise in plumbing and installation of these eco friendly water systems, Kent is just a lovely human.  He really takes the time to listen to your specific needs, and provides thorough responses to any questions or concerns you have.

Kent was prompt in his responses, and was able to come assess our plumbing situation and install our system all within a matter of days.  His attention to detail and plumbing expertise are so evident in his work as well as his communication.  He truly cares about his work and his product and it shows!  We are so thankful we got to work with Kent and now have a whole house system that both filters and reduces scale in our water.  

I'm not sure how he did it, but he installed our entire system in an extremely narrow and shallow corner of our garage - as that was the only space available, and made it work with some sort of expert plumbing tetris magic!

Kent is professional, knowledgeable, personable, honest, and fairly priced.  I couldn't recommend him more highly!

What started as a C ended with an A :-). I originally did business with Rayne when I bought my 1st home in Las Flores back in 1999.  We rented a system. After 2  1/2 yrs we bought a bigger home in Ladera Ranch so we decided to buy a system for the new home.  Never having any issues, one day we discovered what looked like snow surrounding the bottom of both tanks. Apparently a leak somewhere.  I called and the person that answered the phone said it would be a $100 service call to check it out.  I had been a customer a long time and I didn't want to pay $100 just to be told I needed a new system etc even if the $100 did go towards the purchase, maybe I didn't want to purchase another system yet.  He didn't offer any other suggestions so instead, I did. This is why I give them a C to begin with. I didn't feel there was any extra effort or help up until this point and had I not made my suggestion, I would have agreed to the $100 appointment or been in my way.

I asked if I could take a picture of what was happening and email it. If they could tell by the picture what was wrong maybe we could avoid sometime unnecessary charges and wasted time. If they couldn't I would agree to the charge.  He agreed and I sent the pics.  

I received a prompt call back and he informed me he was sending his Salesman John, that was very experienced and lived nearby to come take a look free of charge.  John called, came out promptly, was very knowledgeable and discovered the plastic salt tank was defective and ordered me a new one. I did need to pay the $100 so it was covered by my warranty but I was fine with that.  Andrew made sure everything was handled and John followed up promptly to make sure everything went as planned.  Had John or Andrew answered the phone I think my entire experience would have been an A+.  Still, I would highly recommend them.

Repipe 1 came highly recommended and they exceeded our expectations!! The estimator came out right on time, and thoroughly explained everything to us. The days the work was scheduled the team arrived early and finished both the repipe and the wall repair early. They arranged the city inspection both times. All of our interactions from the receptionist who answered the phone to the workers at our house were professional, friendly and pleasant. On top of all that Repipe 1 was substantially cheaper then all the other quotes we got. We could not be happier with Repipe one from the beginning of the process to the completion of the job. Very, very efficient and professional company!!

So happy I found them! I had a back up in my second bedroom so nothing urgent and they gave me an early morning window which was great to get it done without missing work. Also, bought the $50 for $100 deal which was great. They are on the expensive side for a quick cleaning, $175, but with the coupon, the flexible time window and great reviews I paid for the convenience and quality of work. Totally worth it and will call them next time I need a plumber.

I wouldn't write a review unless the service was either great or terrible. The service was Superior and they didn't DRAIN my wallet. This should be your go-to plumbing company if you live in or around Orange.

This place is fantastic. I used Yelp to get some quotes, and Tony wrote back immediately with a potential diagnosis of the problem and we booked an appointment the next morning. Sam came out and did such a thorough job clearing out my pipes and checking that the problem was gone, even pulling out the big 80 foot cabler to ensure that everything was perfect. I don't think I'll ever have problems with my pipes again. He even applied a chemical treatment to further clean the pipes and prevent future build-up problems. He spent so much time with me discussing the problem and the solutions. It's rare for a service technician to spend so much time on a job making sure everything is perfect, usually they just rush through. I will definitely be using this company for me and my family in the future, and recommending them to my neighbors. Great service experience, great price, really professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with their service 6 years ago when they installed a hot water heater in my home.

6 years later, my hot water heater had a hole in the tank.  They advertise as being  24/7 service.  Well, I called them Saturday morning for help.  Today is Monday and I still have not received a call from Swift Water Heater.  I am very disappointed!!!!

Glad I went with Santa Margarita Plumbing.  The quote to replace our shower valve was fast and competitive.  Randy called to see if it was okay to show up earlier than scheduled which was fine.  The job was completed efficiently and professionally with good quality, name brand parts.  Very satisfied with everything.

I've had Petar do three projects for me now - water softener, whole house water filter, and under-sink reverse osmosis system.  In each case I shopped online for a week to select the product I wanted and bought them on my own on Amazon and at Home Depot.   Petar came and installed the units.   He did a great job - I have soft, pure water throughout the house now at a price this is literally less than 1/4th (including all my purchases and all of Petar's labor) of professionally installed equipment from the guys that work with Costco.   And Petar stands behind his work as I found when there was a minor issue - he was right back out and quickly and cheerfully corrected it.   This is the best way to go - I had quotes for over $10k for this project and its done for under $2k!!

I was working on a DIY bathroom remodel and needed help relocating the sink and shower water lines, shower drain and installing new plumbing fixtures.  Called Ted and Bros for a bid and they were there in a day with a reasonable bid and able to schedule the job quickly to keep me on schedule with the other contractors(hot mopper). The entire team was very professional thoughout the entire process from explaining the work to be done, receiving the bid, scheduling the job, completing the job and leaving the jobsite clean.  Rachel was super communicative during the whole process updating when the team was arriving and working with my deadlines. Ezikiol was very helpful in making suggestions for other areas of the remodel.  I will be using Ted and Bros. for all my plumbing needs.
