Best Water Softener Installation in Irvine CA

Our water heater started leaking. I called and within an hour or so Ryan and Gilbert arrived. Same day they installed a new water heater and filtration system. They explained the steps being taken and walked us through the finished product. Gilbert has helped us before and once again, he and the team provided great service!

Kody was wonderful to work with and provided honest and very high quality service. Our water heater started to leak on a Sunday so I put a message out to a few companies asking for help. Kody got right back to me and was communicative and patient, answering all of my questions. A couple others responded, as well, but they couldn't compete with Kody's fair price and transparency.

We talked on that Sunday, and he was out to my house on Monday afternoon, ready to install a new water heater. He worked clean, was great to talk to, and remained patient and informative each step of the way. Kody and Prolific Plumbing may not have the most Yelp reviews (yet), but he offers everything you want from a plumber and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services!

You need help and someone to deliver on their word? It's Concept. Kent and his crew are the Amazon (when it was at its best) of customer service and satisfaction. A class act from day 1, they are unbelievably reliable and you can expect the best products. Very helpful and attentive, I was surprised how easy they made each step. They were patient with me and answered all the questions I had, many of which I'm sure I had already asked. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience.

Carlos and his team installed a water softener and reverse osmosis water purifier today. He was prompt and worked around my schedule. He also gave me the most competitive price. We moved to a new house and the first thing we did was call Rayne Water in Irvine to get a water softener and whole house filter installed.  Our previous house had a Rayne Water softener that functioned perfectly for 15 years.  The plumber who installed the new system was a pro and did everything perfectly. The value is there and the service behind their product is there.  There are few companies I would do this for, Rayne Water in Irvine is one of them.  Thanks again.

I want to give repipe1 6 stars. They were fast and clean. They did what they promised. They repiped my house in lake forest in one day. They had the inspectors sign off the next day and then patched walls on day number 3. I love repipe1.

I needed something last minute and hit up a few of the local businesses on Yelp.  I am the type of person who appreciates a no nonsense type of approach to goods and services... it shocks how me how even some owners who actively use sites like Yelp don't make much effort in this area.

After contacting a couple businesses that just left me annoyed, Justin stood out.  He was quick to respond to questions and provided the most up front information regarding pricing, scheduling, etc. The technician sent out, Brendan, was equally thorough and professional in his work, not to mention right on time.  I would not hesitate to use this business again.

Felipe was friendly, courteous and thorough.  He fully explained both the things we needed to have done and all our options for taking care of them.  This was the fourth PC service person to come to our home, and I can say the same about the all.  Thanks very much.

Tony is the man! My elderly grandmother got quoted at 4,000$ to fix a leak by another plumbing company,  she was so stressed out about not being able to afford it. I searched through Yelp and found Freedom First Plumbing in which I got a response back from Tony right away. Tony quoted me WAY CHEAPER for the same fix. Thank you so much for saving my grandmother money. If anyone has a problem with plumbing this guy will save you so much time and money I promise.

Another very happy and satisfied customer of Swift Water Heater. I needed to replace my old tankless water heater with a new one but I didn't have the extra cash to have it installed so I had to install it myself. Jay helped me by having the new tankless unit and all the parts I needed to make the transition from old to new heater ready for me with detailed instructions. Before and during the install I had questions for Jay which he gladly answered and helped me with.  I will definitely recommend Jay for any plumbing work my friends may need...

I used to use yelp for just restaurants and food places but lately I have started to use it for services and came across this plumbing company!!

They were FANTASTIC!! From the start I called them about an issue I was having at the house with our crazy toilets we have and the smell that was coming out of it. They were very educated and friendly on the phone and very quick to help me with scheduling a time around my busy schedule to actually meet them at the house!

They were on time and very professional!!! They were so friendly I was honestly surprised! They knew what they were doing and found out from talking with them that they do a lot of commercial and state projects as well not just residential which definitely made me feel more comfortable using their services! They again were very knowledgeable and helped with the plumbing and toilet situation and even gave tips and tricks to hopefully never have this situation again. I will definitely be using them for my future plumbing needs!!

Trust me you won't regret giving them a call I sure didn't quite impressed compared to other plumbing companies I have talked to!

Petar installed my Aquasana whole house water filter and water softener. He did a great job! Installed it in just 2 hours while other plumbers said it can take at least 4 hours. He is very familiar with the system. He is very responsive and professional. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

My elderly aunt's indoor water heater broke and was leaking.  She called Ted & Bro's Plumbing who were able to get  to her the same day, within hours.  I was very skeptical and had called a couple other plumbers just in case she was being overcharged or they did poor work.  (I'm somewhat paranoid) I was amazed with how professional and insanely thorough Ted and Manny were.  As soon as they introduced themselves, I felt surprisingly at ease, as if I had known them for years. They explained everything that needed to be done and where extremely efficient.  My aunt had asked them to add an additional pan and create an additional drain since the water heater was in her house.  Ted did not hesitate and accomplished everything my aunt need plus some. They even vacuumed her carpet by the water heater (and got out a tough stain that had been in her carpet-lol). When the bill came, it was exactly what they had quoted.  I was worried that the extra work was going to be expensive and cost my aunt a lot.  It did not.  They didn't even charge her extra! They went above and beyond and did an amazing job. Ted & Bro's Plumbing is a perfect example of how we, the customer, should be treated and taken care of. They are the only company that will be considered from this point forward.  I only wish they served Northern CA because they would be the only plumbers I would ever call.
