No one wants to be without hot water! After researching Yelp, Nexdoor and Google I found 5-star ratings for Bob with AA Services Plumbing. Bob and I spoke on the phone and he was at the in house approx. 1 hour. After inspecting the old water heater, it was determined a new one was needed. Bob explained the process of installation and had recommendations for different brands/types of water heaters.  I'm the type to ask questions, Bob was always pleasant when answering.

Due to the pipe leak in my house I have no choice other than repipe my house.

I contacted FV Plumbing and Rooter on a Sunday after our hot water heater broke and Frank responded right away.  He gave us two options for replacement and a fair price.  His tech arrived on time Monday morning and answered all my questions, did the job and cleaned up, then went over the installation and operation of the new hot water heater with me.  Overall very pleased!

I highly recommended HHS plumbing as Giovanni is kind, thoughtful and considerate.  I have used HHS Plumbing on two occasions and was pleased with Giovanni's knowledge of the problem & how he offered ideas on how to keep the problem from continuing. I have Giovanni on speed dial.

I was told by my roofing guy and my solar guy that I had a fire sprinkler leak.  I called California Fire Protection and someone was at my house within an hour (in the RAIN!).  Andy went into my attic, took photos, and showed me why my issue had been misdiagnosed - it IS a roof issue.  In any case, Andy to the rescue!  Thanks for being prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable.  Now back to the roof guy...

Jeremy is the best Plumber in town. He came by to install a ice box behind my fridge and saw had a kitchen faucet sitting around. I was busy with work and he helped out with the faucet too. definitely recommend for any job big or small!

Got the Pelican 1800 PSE installed at our new place after researching all the different softeners and conditioners. Kent is an awesome person to work with. He'll explain everything to you and make sure your satisfied with the install. His workmanship on the installation is phenomenal. All the piping's are lined up right correctly and it doesn't look messy. He definitely knows his install. I would recommend him to friends and family if they need a softener or conditioner.

I was told by a company that did a tune-up on my water heater that I had really hard water. My son had visited from New York and he talked about the difference in the water in my house in Chino and how it's really hard. After getting confirmation from the tune-up guy I decided to get water softener installed. I looked online through Reddit to see what other people were using as far as materials and then I checked out Yelp. This company, out of three, were the only one to actually respond to me right away. It seemed legit. He was using the materials that was recommended from Reddit as far as the brand and I am very happy. It is a family small business and I recommend it!

Luciano and Phil were fantastic.  I messaged them through Yelp and they responded instantly.  Then they let me know their ETA and were here within an hour. I could hear a gurgling in my tub every time we flushed the toilet and a friend told us that it was probably a partial plug in our main line. They got here and told us that since we do not use that tub anymore, the P-trap dried out, which allowed us to hear the toilets being flushed. All they had to do was run some water in the tub and no repair was needed. No charge.These guys are honest, professional, prompt, respectful plumbers. I know nothing about Plumbing so they could have sold me on all sorts of services, but they didn't. Highly recommend.  There are still a few honest people left in this world!!!

We called on a Thursday, Mike came out to provide a quote on Saturday, and work started 8 days later (we installed AC in July so the minor wait was expected). Mike was knowledgeable and thorough. Krystal kept our job organized and provided the formal quote, invoice, and appt dates very timely. We had an old furnace removed, Asbestos ducts removed, new furnace relocated to the attic, new Carrier AC unit installed, a Gable vent and all new ducts / returns installed. The workmanship is TOP NOTCH. Eric is polite, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Alex and Jose also did a wonderful job installing our system. We are accustom to having to be the leaders and keep on top of companies to 'remember us' and stay on track. From start to finish, the Complete Comfort team was a step ahead of us and made the process so easy and enjoyable. By far the best home improvement company we have worked with. Worth every penny!

Had a water leak in the area of the kitchen pipes that my handyman located however said it was more complex and I should call a plumber.  I researched reviews on plumbing companies and called Orange Coast.  Chris was prompt
and went right to work.  He explained the problem to me in laymen terms and where the leak was coming from.  Problem solved and fixed.  Had him come back and flush out my tankless water heater.  He caught some problems there.  I bought a new toilet (40+ yrs old) and he took the old out and installed the new one.  I was so impressed with Chris.  Very professional, very kind (my husband has dementia and very difficult at times) and this man is extremely intelligent.  I have other projects in the near future and will request Chris. He was the best!!!  Thank you.

I contacted Nick on yelp for a quote related to my kitchen sink clog, and he got back to me within 5 minutes. I scheduled the works for next morning between 9-11 and the guys showed up around 930. I've used previous highly rated plumbing companies before but these guys gave off the vibe that they actually love their job. After diagnostics, they gave a very reasonable quote detailing the works to be done as well as an estimated time frame for completion, joked with me throughout the job, and provided educational commentary whenever they get the chance. No upselling or games, just true professionalism. Their goal wasn't to put a bandage on the issue but to provide a seemingly permanent repair regiment so I won't have to call them again. I was blown away by this mere plumbing experience and happy to have found a professional plumbing company that I could call home to. I was looking for quotes and Lay It Rite responded quickly as we were messaging his response time was quick! This gave me confidence to hire this company to address my plumbing issues. Andy showed up to my house told him what was going on with the kitchen sink not even 30 min later he had completed the job!
