Bob is professional, prompt showed up in a mask. Called to unclog a drain in kitchen.  Bob attempted to sell me on a super expensive fix. I requested he issue a quote, called another plumber who unclogged the drain.  I believe Bob's tactic is likely effective on many.

My out-of-date shower handle finally broke, so I had to replace the old trim and valve. SJ Plumbing was very communicative from the beginning. I really appreciated the ease of setting up the appointment. Their price for the work was very reasonable. Some of the other plumbers that came over to look at the job made the job sound much more complex than it had to be. Daniel (I believe that was the name of the plumber who did the work) did an excellent job. He managed to maintain the same size hole to do the work, so I wouldn't have to get the huge oval wall kit to cover a potentially large hole. The job took much less time than anticipated. I will definitely use SJ Plumbing again for any future plumbing issues.

Highly recommend Frank for your water heater services! Our water heater broke Monday night. I sent out a msg to a few different plumbers in the area. Frank came the next day, checked out the issue & gave us a quote. After doing some shopping around & comparing quotes, he was the guy we decided to go with. Needless to say, by Wednesday afternoon I was able to take a hot shower! Definitely will be using his services in the future.

I highly recommended HHS plumbing as Giovanni is kind, thoughtful and considerate. I have used HHS Plumbing on two occasions and was pleased with Giovanni's knowledge of the problem & how he offered ideas on how to keep the problem from continuing. I have Giovanni on speed dial.

Had a bad morning waking up to a flood but called California Fire Protection and it went so smoothly Anthony was so nice got right on it fixed the problem and he was so pleasant definately will refer this company to family and friends. So what could of been the worst day ended up being a pretty good daythank you guys

I contacted Kent at Concept Water after doing some research on the Pelican Water Systems. He returned my call immediately and we set a time to meet. He provided me with plenty of information to help me understand the system and came right over. His installation was top notch and he did not leave until I was completely satisfied. Can you imagine that nowadays? Real customer service. We love our new system!  The amount of sediment and chemicals that we had been drinking over the years was gross. We feel so much better about things now. Well done Kent!

Have a Water, Inc system that came with my house. It's been a few years so I wanted/needed to replace the media in both tanks. After getting almost a $165) quote from WI, I called around. Carlos quoted me literally half that. Juan came out and did the job. No muss, no fuss. He showed me everything he was doing along the way. My water has never tasted cleaner. Highly recommend.

Phil and Luciano are absolutely fantastic. We had them come check out our water heater and miscellaneous plumbing throughout our recently purchased house. They were communicative and responsive before the appointments (we've had them come back for additional work), they do a great job of explaining what they are doing and how to get up to code, and are just overall a pleasure to work with. I will definitely request their services again and plan on them doing our annual water heater maintenance.

Horrible business. Company charged us for a 2 stage condenser but installed a single stage condenser. This is a price difference of $900. We have all of the documentation to back this claim. Chris who is the service manager/middle management admitted the mistake and only offered us a useless service package valued at $12.99/month for 1 year. That's a grand total of $156 to make up for a $900 charge. On top of the $900 they had our thermostat wired for a 2 stage condenser so our air conditioning ran inefficiently for 3 years meaning our electrical bills were likely significantly higher than they should have been. Chris repeatedly told us there is nothing he can do for us and tried to push the phone call off to tomorrow when I pushed back on him and asked to speak to the owner. Horrible service from a horrible company.

On Sunday night,  we sent an inquiry to multiple plumbers for a drain issue we were having in our kitchen sink.  James was the first to respond with detailed quotes (best/worst case scenario) and very competitive.  Mind you, this was around 8:30 pm. We chatted back and forth regarding this issue and really appreciated his quick professional response. He showed up at my home at 6:30 the following morning with a big smile and got right to work. He repiped our kitchen sink because whoever did it prior designed it like a hamster maze. James suspected there was more to the issue we were experiencing but that was behind the wall. Being that we live in a condo he advised we contact the HOA to get them involved.  Their plumber came out and James communicated with them which was great.  His suspicions were correct and was a big job that quickly got repaired.

I can tell he takes pride in his work and really goes that extra mile for his customers.  Hopefully, we won't need a plumber again anytime soon, but if we do, James is who I'll be calling!

My landlord has been using these guys for the past 6 months and it has been so much better than the plumbers we used to have! The gentleman that helped me today was Jeff and he was very professional and thorough and he was personal and made me feel very comfortable about trusting him into my home! He got straight to the problem and fixed it and ended up also fixing another problem that I was having as well! He explained to me that a lot of plumbers just put a bandaid on problems and they keep reoccurring and that is exactly what used to happen before my landlord switched. So thankful for Jeff and his awesome service! Will definitely be using them again but hopefully not for awhile!

I was looking for quotes and Lay It Rite responded quickly as we were messaging his response time was quick! This gave me confidence to hire this company to address my plumbing issues. Andy showed up to my house told him what was going on with the kitchen sink not even 30 min later he had completed the job! No more weird smell coming from the sink and the water just flows like wine !

I have never written reviews but am making an
exception this time.
I dread calling plumbers, they promise a time
and are always late. They usually take longer
than their time estimates and they only clean
about one half their mess.
Coast Plumbing was different. I called about our
kitchen faucet which was leaking profusely.
   
It was an old faucet and I had doubts whether
a replica could be found anywhere.
They sent John and he came on time, immediately saw the faucet was different,
requiring an unusually long shank, did a search and found an identical one.
He explained to me what he was doing and
I could see he was very efficient.
I saved his phone number and would highly
recommend John.
By the way he cleaned the mess 100%

JOSE AND CARLOS ARE NOT ONLY OUT OF BUSINESS, BUT THEY ARE CON ARTISTS, DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND RACISTS PEOPLE. These two people have no respect for people's time and will say anything to make them sound good. When you try to tell them why you're not satisfied, they (JOSE) immediately yell and curse you out like you're nothing. I hired these con artists to install a septic tank. Part of the work was performing annual maintenance, which generally takes place in October. When I tried to call Jose, his phone would go straight to voicemail. He does not respond to calls or texts. I had to write a review on yelp for him to contact me back finally. He has so many excuses about having phone problems or car problems. After expressing my disappointment in their lack of professionalism, he had Carlos contact me to speak very professionally.

You have no idea how many chances I have given them because of Carlos's smooth talking and sincerity.  Little did I know THEY ARE BOTH CON ARTISTS. They would schedule a time to come out but will have a bunch of excuses for why they don't show up and don't even give you a courtesy call--NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS TIME. Recently and for the last time, Carlos and Jose swore to come out to make things right ONLY IF I AGREED TO REMOVE MY YELP REVIEW. I'm sorry, but the last time I checked, we lived in America, where freedom of speech, press, and expression are allowed. I should not have to remove my honest review on them just for them to do their job.

JOSE AND CARLOS: I know you are reading this. I understand you are out of business and probably doing all this to scam people for their money. I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT VERY SOON!

ATTENTION EVERYONE ELSE: If you don't believe what I'm saying, I urge you to read the recent reviews from others about Jose and Carlos. I have many text messages from Jose and Carlos promising me that they'll come out with all the excuses why they did not show up as scheduled. BEWARE OF THESE TWO SCAM ARTISTS AND RACISTS PEOPLE.

I usually don't post reviews on Yelp but I'm making an exception for One Flow Back Flow. If anyone needs their backflow prevention device tested, serviced or replaced; I would recommend One Flow Back Flow highly. I own a retail water store and testing of our backflow prevention device is required annually. I had tried to use the gentleman who had tested my device in previous years but after numerous emails and phone calls failed to get results and with one week left before the deadline to submitted test results, I turned to John at One Flow. A live person, I think John's wife, answered the call. She suggested sending photos of the backflow device and stated that John would give me a quote by the end of the day.  This was Monday. By 2PM, I had a quote. There were a couple of email exchanges to which John responded promptly to clarify a couple questions.  By 4:00 we had scheduled an appointment for 10AM Wednesday.  John showed up at the scheduled time. He and his technician had the backflow prevention device replaced and tested by 1PM.  

Unlike the gentleman that I had been using who said he has been in the business over 25 years, I was very impressed by John's  prompt response to the phone and emails, the adherence to promised times and quality of work.  You don't often experience this level of professionalism these days. I will use John and One Flow Back Flow for my backflow prevention device testing and service from here on out.
