Best Tankless Water Heater Repa… in Irvine CA

This is a great company. I have used it several times and I have always received the best service I can ask for. The company owner is very attentive and always replies to my messages really fast. Mark has owned this business for years and he has turned it into one of the most reliable plumbing companies in town. Roy has been very helpful too, in several occasions he helped me unclog and old pipe that was getting rusty due to inactivity and lack of use. Thanks Mark & Roy!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

$24,000 for a furnace and condenser units?  Don't let the clean-cut, super friendly sales people fool you.  The technicians are always paired up with the sales people every time they do a monthly routine maintenance clean up.  They would make you believe that your unit needs repair, until you're convinced that a $24,000 condenser is your only option.  You'd be a fool to fall into this trap!!!  Enough said!

The plumber they sent to my house was courtesy and professional.  AND on time.  They weren't expensive and did not make a mess.. I would highly recommend this company

Matt was a pleasure to work with. I never even met him face to face. I coordinated everything through phone calls and text messages. He showed up at my parents house to give an estimate for a new kitchen faucet installation and to install a new reverse osmosis water filter and within hours of my first call he was there and supplied me with a few options for me to go purchase the units. He then showed up right on his promised time and did a great job. Highly recommend Matt to anybody needing an honest plumber.

Great service and positive attitude which lately is seldom found  from the two men that showed up today to fix our water heater leak. They were able to negotiate a good and fair price and we will definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend their service for your plumbing needs.

Super great service.  Pipe leak in the wall causing damage to the wood floor.  They came out within an hour found and fixed the leak behind the bathroom mirror quickly.  Very pleased with the service.

Just had Ilai and Cory pick up a new toilet at Home Depot and install it at our home. The job was done in just more than an hour and it's terrific. Not sure I'm ready to call a toilet beautiful, but the professionalism and courtesy these two guys displayed was outstanding. Thanks, guys!

Very helpful and responsive. We wanted to get valves done but after speaking with Kody, he steered us in the right direction and replaced cartridges and spouts and the hardware. And we couldn't be happier. Very reasonable price over the competition. Kody was on time, very informative, all around insightful to what we needed. He has earned a long time customer because of the customer service and work he has done.

I had been putting off some work that I needed to have done so I finally decided yesterday that it was time! I searched for a plumber on Yelp and found that SoCal Plumbing had lots of great reviews. I contacted the owner requesting a quote and had a response in less than 10 minutes. Shandy came by early in the 2 hour time frame, gave me a quote and I decided to do it right then and there! He didn't even get irritated when I changed my mind from next week. He completed the work in a timely manner, cleaned up the area thoroughly and the price was competitive. Shandy is such a nice guy and I would recommend this company to everyone.

Had a main sewer drain blockage a day earlier. I called Mr Rooter to come out to clear the main sewer drain.  The rooter they used was only one blade about two inches long.  They used a black and white camera and told me my sewer line had separated in multiple locations and that the blockage they couldn't totally clear was located ON MY PROPERTY and that it cost $7000 to repair with a new trenchless sewer drain.  They even showed me the exact spot according to their (rigged) device.

Here's where Beach Plumbing comes to save the day! :)  Getting a second opinion, I called Richard at Beach Plumbing and he said he could come out in within an hour which really surprised me cause it was already near 5P.  He also told me that he seriously doubted I needed a new sewer drain, which after looking at his reviews it seemed as though this guy was a straight shooter and it's so hard to find someone honest these days especially a plumber. When Richard came out he re-cleaned the sewer drain with two four inch blades which is what you're supposed to use, and then used a color camera and showed me that there was only one break in the pipe not multiple like Mr. Rooter.  

Here's the kicker: the location of the break that Richard pinpointed was 4 feet from where Mr. Rooter told me and it was on city property so it was NOT my problem, it was the city's!!!  Richard showed me how to find the location and lo and behold it was where he told me.  I have no idea how the other company could lie and tell me that the location of the sewer break was on my property and then sleep soundly at night.  

I almost just got scammed $7000, but having Richard come out was the best investment I've made all year!  He gave me a copy of the video and told me how to contact the City to have them repair the sewer break on their dime ASAP!!  Richard you rock!! AND are at the top of my list for plumbers!

NEXT DAY UPDATE:  So I call the City to have them review the camera footage and found my cheap flash drive didn't save the recording so Richard (He's Da Man!) came back out, re-shot the broken sewer drain and GAVE me his flash drive not wanting to risk using my cheapo flash drive again.  ALL at no additional cost...by this time he must be losing money I figure...but hey it's no problem to him!  Great guy!!

Brian was punctual and very knowledgeable about our problem. He was also very helpful in referring other companies that could help our secondary problems. He took the time out to talk to them and get our appointment set up. The price was reasonable for the toilet problem we also had. I highly recommend this company, in particular, Brian, to get the job done right.

I had a small job to replace the hot and cold valve for my washer. They were very thorough to make sure everything was in place. No BS.

The process was very straight forward. I messaged them in the evening and they came out the next morning. The job was quick, but they also took their time to ensure everything was good. They notified me of other improvements I could do before I install my new washer and dryer.

I highly recommend hiring Jetter Pro. I will surely use them again in the future.

Mike was super helpful to help us fixing our AC during a busiest hot summer day.  We had a broken AC unit last week.  It can happen anytime during a hot summer day, and usually, I am okay to wait for a few days to get it fixed.  However, having a broken AC with a newborn in my house was a totally different story.  I had to call 16 different places to get help, but none of them could help me during their busiest summer day.  Krystal and Mike was awesome enough to fix our AC as soon as I called them.  It only took a few hours before Mike to fix the AC unit.  He was very professional, and called out all the possible problems and explained why and how.  Then he fixed it all.  Instead of fixing and take off right away, Mike stayed around in the yard to see everything works properly to make sure there are no further problems.  I definitely recommend them to everyone.  I'll totally reach out to them again whenever I need a help with my AC unit.

I decided to replace my ruptured hot water heater and recirculating pump with a tankless system. I had worked with Garett over a year ago, when he was one of the Lead Technicians for a larger plumbing company, and I had learned that he had now ventured out on his own. He recommended a Navien tankless system. Garett is extremely professional, intelligent, personable, and very easy to communicate with about the work and your concerns. His workmanship is great. His pricing is below that of a larger plumbing company, maybe slightly higher than your average owner/operator plumber, but his work is well worth the few extra dollars. He instills confidence that everything is done properly. I even had him install a utility sink in the garage while he had the pipes exposed. I have no reservations in recommending Clear Water Plumbing.
