Best Plumbing Installation Or Replacement in Irvine CA

Very unreliable, manager does not follow through with what he says. Very unhappy with their service. I have made a dozen phone calls for a simple repair and got nothing but a bunch of broken promises, my time was wasted and eventually had to hire another company.

I am writing this review about C&C Plumbing and to acknowledge their professionalism, work ethic and know how.  We recently moved to MV and after purchasing our home we knew we had to remodel and update our home.  We identified some restroom and kitchen plumbing needs and found C&C on YELP highly rated so we called.  I came in contact with Vlad and from the minute he came over I felt comfortable with his work attitude and knowledge.  I must admit that we were looking for a licensed plumber to replace our faucets and change the lines in our restrooms.  Vlad quickly asked whether we knew if the home was operating on original plumbing.  We had no idea so the previous homeowner confirmed that fact.  We didn't anticipate having to PEX the property but we did and I'm glad we went that route BEFORE the remodel.  The job was priced higher than I expected but C&C did a great job and I have called them back since then to replace a water pressure regulator and Vlad has been great.

Had my water heater go out Friday night.
Called Greg first thing Monday morning.
Found him on the neighborhood forum.
He was at my house within an hour.
Very nice and courteous.
So glad I called him.
Highly recommend Greg to anyone with plumbing problems.

We called Justin to help us with a situation in our kitchen. We bought a new stove range and the gas line needed to be moved so that the stove could fit in without sticking out.

He came over and fixed it on the same day. We love his energy and he is such a great guy. We are glad we called him. Thanks Justin :))))

I used the Yelp feature for quoting and instantly I received a respond from the owner and a second one from one of their plumbers.

Customer service is a big deal to me and their prompt service was very well appreciated. We are new to this area and my husband just happen to talk to our neighbor who just happens a to be a licensed plumber. Otherwise we would of definitely used these guys.

I did message them back letting them of what happened and  I apologize for the delay to my response. I am writing this review as I did experience speedy service and guidance so as a nice token of appreciation I decided to do a nice compliment on yyelp page for customer service and promptly response.

I highly recommend kody and his company. He has exceptional customer service and assisted me with both my home and business plumbing issues.

My garbage disposal broke and I called these guys! Super fast response, in the same day and fixed the problem. Derek is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that made sense. Very transparent so you aren't feeling like you are getting taken advantage of. Great service!

I woke up this morning to the sound of water running under my house . I started calling around at 6am and Beach Plumbing was the first to return my call. Rene and Christian showed up ON TIME and were very  nice , professional and quick . . I think I've finally found a plumbing company I like .

We had a pinhole leak in our backyard and Sean picked up the phone.  I immediately sent photos and a video of the leak, and Sean gave us a range, depending on the situation.  He said he would be able to come out to look at it in a couple of hours, and sure enough, he did.  It was quite a relief.  I heard from my neighbors that the plumbers they used have them expecting to wait  two days.  Perhaps it was good timing, nonetheless, I was glad they were able to come that day.  Sean came out ahead of his team to look at it, and later that day, his team came out to fix the problem.  Price was within the range quoted, leaked fixed, problem solved.  Payment made, digital invoice sent to email.  Homeowner relieved.  This company gives great response times, and keeps you in the loop.  Five stars, especially when dealing with a leak!

Vince and Alberto were amazing! We called Moffett when we noticed a little swimming pool under our kitchen sink. Jen the customer service rep made us feel important and had them come out the same day. They got us all fixed up for a fair price. They were super professional, friendly and cleaned up after they repaired the issue. Our kids and pups enjoyed them and they even put everything back under the sink for us before they let. Definitely using them going from now on. 10 Stars!!!

Luciano and Phil came to our house a few times and provided excellent service.  I absolutely recommend them for your plumbing issues!

We hired Mora's Construction to replace an old wooden fence with a slump stone wall. We also had him install a vinyl gate. Jorge did an excellent job. He is very conscientious and a very hard worker. We would recommend Jorge for any job.

Their plumber came out and gave me my free estimate. I scheduled an appointment as instructed. I explained that I had nothing in writing on the price, she replied it wasn't a problem because they send the same guy to do the work. Took time off work to meet the plumber - they sent a different guy. This guy explains that the other underbid the job as usual, he leaves - leaving my door open. I call the office. The same gal claims there was a misunderstanding on the price, so they won't honor the bid. She wants me to take more time off work and schedule another appointment at a higher price.  FYI I am a general contractor so I speak the language. There was no misunderstanding. These are the type of contractors that give us all a bad name. Stay away!

Kevin is absolutely incredible and I wish I had found him much earlier! Kevin handled some significant renovations on our home, including repairing damage to the flashing at our foundation line caused by our paver installer (not Kevin's fault), as well as replacing some rotten wood on a backyard arbor and building a new gate. Kevin offers a rare combination of extremely high quality, excellent communication, attention to detail and reasonable cost. He is completely transparent about what needs to be done and what costs would be and readily lays out the best options. Thanks again for such a great job!

During these horrible rains, I had a critical situation where a drain in my backyard was backed up and a lake was forming.  I called Barker and Sons and they sent someone out immediately.  The office staff was friendly and helpful.  The technician was the owner's son and I was happy to be dealing with a family owned business.  He was very professional and a hard worker (he had to work outside in the pouring rain!)  We ran into muliple problems with my drain and he stayed calm and kept reassuring me he wouldn't leave until he found a solution to my problem.  I would definitely use this company again.  I was very impressed with their level of professionalism and expertise.

I was planning on giving them 5 stars, but after asking around I realize I was overcharged and I did not get a formal 50 year warranty.  They are professional, clean and they know what they're doing.  They did not dig up the whole lawn to find the problem because they used a camera (Technology!).  For the past 3 years, I have been calling plumbers every 3 months to clear our drains and snake until a huge sewer backup caused me to call VIP Plumbing and Drain Specialist.  I needed to see for myself where the problem was.    They came in with cameras and within 20 minutes they discovered there was big opening in the main sewer line in the front lawn.  The cost of a $79 inspection turned to a $2K repair turned into a $14,000 repair because we had over 70 feet of pipe on the front lawn and 3 additional cracks.   After a full day, they provided me with a video of the clean pipes but my initial request was to see a video of where damage was located. I really wanted to  see sewage from those  3 cracks.  Any case, no more sewage backups, but  I talked to my friends and neighbors and they say I have been overcharged and the 50 year guarantee looks flimsy.  I really want to give them 5 stars but I also want to keep it real.

This company is an absolute joke.  I call on a Saturday and schedule an appointment for 1:00 pm on Sunday.  Very professional response, although I had to repeat my email and phone number several times.  I was told to expect a call 30 mins before the appointment for an eta.  At 12:50 on Sunday, I call the office to tell them I had not heard a thing.  I was told technician was stuck on another job in Riverside but I would get a call back in 10 mins.  2 hrs later, still nothing.  I call the office and was now told the technician just got to his first job and I would be waiting a few more hours.  

I basically wasted an afternoon waiting  for these inept people.  Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable company.  I did.

Eddie from Viper was professional from start to finish. Eddie was responsive on the Yelp request form and was willing to give a quote online. I had a leaky toilet that needed immediate repair. I liked what he had to say and he seemed very knowledgeable so we made the appointment. He and crew arrived on time and got to work. They were cool with all my questions and got the job done without any hassle. Gonna use them for my rental properties in the future.

We had a great experience using Coastline for a pretty bad clog in our shower. They came early, finished quickly, and cleaned up after themselves!  Steven was our technician and he was very respectful and professional, explaining everything he was doing. I definitely recommend them!
