Best Drain Cleaning in Indianapolis IN
My toilet clogged and I went to Yelp to find a company. The four that answered all wanted to give me an estimate. Seriously 24-7 was able to get here the fastest (within 2 hours.) They sent Andrew Miller who gave me a quote. While it seemed rather high, they did get here quickly so I okayed it.
Andrew unglogged the toilet within minutes and did not make a mess. I was extremely happy with the job he did.
Service was great. Thanks!

Highly responsive and identified issues quickly to address a flooded basement. I felt they cared about my dilemma and had the expertise to create the best possible plan for a fix at an affordable price. I highly recommend them.

Chapman has always, always been great to us. Whether I call on the coldest day of the year and need a furnace installed the next day or a simple maintenance service call they go above and beyond every time.

We moved into a house with a root in our sewer they were amazing working with us and our title company. Then they came out right after settlement and did the job in one day! They were all so polite. If I ever need any other plumbing work I will always use them!

Started using PHP when we bought our house just for tune-ups and checks twice a year and they never let me down. We recently had a new HVAC and water softener installed by them all in one day and I was super impressed by their service! I already knew they were reliable, punctual, and professional, but the installations were the icing on the cake! Thanks PHP! Highly recommend!

Do not use this company!!! Have a leak from an upstairs shower into a closet on the main floor. I contacted our home warranty company and they assigned Maxwell and Sons the job. They came over and looked, took the $65 service fee and I never saw them again. I had a couple of phone calls with Mike and he promised to come by and start the repairs. He was was driving at the time of our conversation and said said he would call back in a few minutes to schedule the appointment. That was 3 days ago. Unreliable company. They just took the $65 and ran from the job.

First time we used Big Frog Plumbing based on a recommendation and we were not disappointed. Scott arrived on time and was very pleasant. He came up with a solution that eliminated the need to cut into our drywall. Impressive! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Jimmie Self with Who's Our Plumber is one of the most honest, fair, diligent, and knowledgeable plumbing contractors I have ever worked with. I have hired Jimmie to work on my own house multiple times, and including 2 slab leaks that required the excavation of a portion of my garage, porch, sidewalk, and the installation of a brand new service line. The company was not only diligent in completing the work, but also great at communicating with the my insurance company directly. I recommend Who's your plumber to all of my real estate clients, friends, and family, and everyone has had an excellent experience related to timely service, pricing, and having their plumbing problem solved.

I needed a new toilet installed and a friend recommended Sordahl plumbing. The man who came out was knowledgeable and was able to get everything switched out quickly. It's working great! I'm having them come back next week to install some cut-off valves under the sinks. I'd recommend for efficient and good service.

No show. Waited from 12-4 and they called at 3:30 to tell me they wouldn't make it. Had leaky pipe and had to have water turned off in my home. Very disappointed.

Contacted Bob twice about scheduling a time to come out to 2 separate properties. He said he would contact the tenants to set up the appointments but never did. Didn't respond to follow up texts either. Not sure why he would agree to do something and then not follow through.
In response- why did you not notify me? Why did you not respond to my text for an update?

Don't expect the company to show up on time for an estimate. I was kept waiting a hour with no phone call. Not a way to run a business. There are many other business that know how to be courteous to their new customers. Way to lose a $7000 sale.

We had our AC go out at O Dark thirty this summer. Action Air was the only company in the area that could come out that night. Gave us 5 star treatment. So when our furnace went out (it was old), they were the first company we called. They weren't the lowest quote and not the highest quote, but along with their customer service, I wouldn't pick another company.

Okay, I'm dropping summers. I've had them for three years, never payed any attention just blindly trusted them. But and however, my furnace had a yearly checkup, they told me everything looks fine but considering it's age, it probably would be a good idea on replacing it before it goes out and doing it soon as possible because of the pandemic scheduling and prices. I said I'll think about it... They leave and I notice the heater isn't coming on. I called them back telling them it hasn't worked since they inspected it. They come back, take an hour looking at it and tell me they think it's dead, the main board is fried and the only way to know would be to order another board and swap them out but that would cost me nearly $1,000 so I'm probably better off just replacing it and they quoted me new ones.
Well, I ended up paying another company to come out to look it over because I didn't like how convenient it stopped working after they inspected it and tried selling me a new one felt to me. This guy came out for $85 fee and told me within 5min it was just the capacitor and replaced it for $30 while laughing at summers maintenance guys at what they said and did and missed, and like magic it works like a champ again.
Be warned, about summers watch them. I had this feeling before when my AC was inspected and plumbing. Now I know I was right about them. Because this whole new team that came doing the follow up home inspection just made them embarrassingly exposed and looking like con artist.

We're very happy we found Isley Plumbing. We researched different plumbers and chose Isley, and we agree with others that they are the best around. Every part of the process was impressive & professional, starting with the call to obtain the appointment, then the text to tell me the plumber was on his way (with a clear photo of his face!), and the professionalism & quality of the plumber himself. He was well-trained, knew what he was talking about, took the time to offer us options & to educate us, and was careful, efficient, and skilled with his work.
The work he did for us: replace our garbage disposal.
We liked that he came prepared with two types of disposals on his truck, explained them both, and let us choose between the basic on & an upgraded one. We chose the upgraded one after numerous fails with basic disposals. Other plumbers in the past just replaced our disposal with another low-end one & thus we kept having problems.
We are happy to have found Isley & will be using them from now on.

I moved into a new home back in March. On April 13th, 2018, I had to use my home warranty because my Water heater was leaking. The water wasn't staying in the pan and it was leaking all over my ceramic tile and onto the carpet. Kevin from L.D. Smith Plumbing came out. He told me I needed to have the water heater replaced. I agreed. He replaced it and installed the new one. He informed me that the home warranty didn't cover the disposal of the old unit, so at this time I paid $140, so he could take my old broken one away. Kevin at this time only replaced the water heater and not the pan. We talked about water leaking out of the pan and he saw water under the pan. He said that it will dry out, there was just a lot due to it leaking.
Now fast forward to 9/21/2018, I had to have them come back out (through the Home Warranty) because the pipe on my water heater was leaking again! It was not holding in the pan again! I had to keep switching out towels every day for two weeks prior because the pan was leaking all over my ceramic tile and carpet again! When Kevin came back in he told me that he talked to the home warranty company and they said they would cover the leaking pipe, but I needed to add a expansion tank and they didn't cover that. He then joked about how he had to word things correctly to the home warranty people because they are picky about what they cover. He told them he had to change the pipe (which was on the side of the water heater), but when he told them that the pan was leaking again - they all of a sudden wouldn't cover him removing the water heater, so I had to pay out of pocket for that and that cost was $544! I at this time asked him why I would have to pay to have him pull the water heater out to see if there was a crack in the drain pan and his response was Well it's not covered and that is the cost of labor to unhook the unit and pull it out to replace the pan. I stood in disbelief because the water heater needed removed anyways so he could fix the pipe and cut the pipe on top to install the expansion tank. He just looked at me like he understood, but said he had to charge me that. This was on top of the $364 I had to pay for this expansion tank because supposedly the water heater heats up too fast and it needs more room for the water to go when it expands. Not sure if this is true or not because right now I'm not believing anything I was told by this company. I had to pay the total $908 so I could actually have my 5 month old water heater working properly.
I called the office on Monday 9/24/2018 to try and talk to the owner about my issue. I in no way needed to pay the $544 for him to disconnect and remove the water heater when he had to any ways to fix the pipe and install the expansion tank! I spoke to Jennifer, who claimed to be the office manager. At first she was extremely rude when I was explaining the situation to her and told me that back in April, Kevin never put notes in the system from my order about the pan leaking, therefore it was too long ago to assume that it was an issue back then. I explained THREE times how Kevin told me he'd have to remove the water heater to fix the pipe and install the expansion tank on top because he had to cut the pipe on top of the water heater to install the tank. She finally just said she would talk to the owner of the company and he would call me back. About 15 minutes later I received a call back from Jennifer stating the owner Lance, said she could refund $100 for the inconvenience. WHAT!?!?! I asked her what $100 of the $544 I paid for him to just remove and disconnect the water heater meant and why was it only $100, when in no way should I have had to pay this amount. All she would say is that Lance, the owner, told her just to do that, but she didn't know why it was only $100, she would put it back on my debit card I paid with.
I am in EXTREME DISBELIEF about this experience. I feel 100% taken advantage of and lied to. When I let a service pro in my home, I'd expect them to be professional and do the right thing. I have asked the owner Lance to reach out to me, but still haven't heard anything from him. This was wrong and just a way for the company to get money from a home owner and the home warranty company.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. If the home warranty company assigns your plumbing issues to this company, call and have them send the request to a different local company! They take advantage of the customer and are just out to get as much money from a home owner as possible and double dip with getting money from the home warranty company. Their office staff is unprofessional and rude. Also, the owner Lance, must not care too much about his customer's experience if he won't even reach out and at least have a professional conversation with a customer.

I had an unusual problem with a plugged up shower valve and Mr Weilhammer knew the solution and spent quite a while advising me over the phone what to do to fix it. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and no charge.

Our house has an area where the laundry and the kitchen drains meet before heading into the main. With the grease from the kitchen and the lint from laundry when clogs form they are bad. Within 20 minutes our drain was running and it was under what other companies had quoted us. He even told me about a future problem that was starting from a neighbors tree. Professional with a great sense of humor they made the whole situation just a little less painful. Thanks guys.

Very responsive, efficient, and reasonable fees for a repair on a sump pump! Jeff was awesome and very professional. He explained everything - great teacher! We had called another company before. They said they would come between 12 and 4pm. He arrived at 6pm! Also, their fees were double what I had to pay today and who knows... They could have cheated me into paying $1300 for another pump. So happy we used this honest plumbing company!

Don't call them! They charge $85 to show up and tell you how much more they will charge you to fix what you need. They overcharge, misdiagnose, and when I called to complain told me that that was their policy. In my case it was a water heater that needed a new thermocouple. I told them that was what I thought it needed. Greg came and offered to clean the pilot assembly for $200 (above the $85 for the service call), but said he couldn't guarantee that that would fix it. I called another company that came and replaced the thermocouple for less than half the price of Peterman. Calling Peterman is a waste of money, and I can't understand how they managed to get so many positive Google reviews.
