Great communications from business. Plumber (Rex) showed up as stated, reasonable price, clean up and very helpful with other plumbing questions.  Will definitely call again if needed.

My drainage line from the ac was clogged and water was escaping behind a wall in the house. I contacted Acosta plumbing at 8 pm that night and had someone at my house at 9 am the next morning. Cameron was the name of plumber and did a fantastic job. He was very cautious and made sure to keep distance during this time with the Coronavirus. Did a great job of investigating and explaining the exact issues. He went above and beyond on the work and giving me advise to mitigate the issue in the future. Definitely was happy with his work and would recommend Cameron and Acosta solutions plumbing!

I tried to install a new dishwasher, only to find out the supply valve shutoff didn't work. Ended up with a minor flood in the kitchen. Called Right Choice on Saturday morning based on good Yelp reviews, and because our regular guy couldn't get to us till Monday. They answered promptly, got a plumber on phone so I could describe the issue and gave me a quote. Even offered to quote me on the dishwasher install as well. Their tech Austin showed up about an hour later. Immediately fixed the faulty valve. Then installed the new dishwasher. Austin was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with a difficult install. The price was right too! So thankful I didn't go with the box store install because they wouldn't have done the plumbing. Definitely would use this company again. Big plus: they are open on Saturdays!

Overly happy! I called because I just moved into a new house post Harvey.  I needed a new toilet installed and some work finished under my sink that I couldn't do. They were able to come out that same day and. I was so pleased! Gary came with his right hand-man. He made suggestions on which models would get the best shelf life. He even gave me insightful suggestions when I asked about other work that I needed done. Very savvy.

He and his teammate worked so quickly and efficiently. They have tons of materials on hand in their company truck. They were huge jokesters and I had a few laughs while they were working. Funny guys. My toilet and sink look absolutely wonderful and everything works like a gem!

Hector was very professional and knowledgeable. We had a cracked pipe after the last freeze and Amazon Home Warranty dragged the repair for about 10 days. Finally I started to use Yelp and was fortunate that Hector responded to my quote request. He showed up on time as promised and fixed a difficult repair in about 2 hours. He priced the job before start and the price was fair given the circumstances. He came on time. Completed the job and cleaned up nicely. He also is to connect me with another contractor to repair the drywall.
I would recommend him to anyone.

We are EXTREMELY happy with the work that Hugo did for us. He installed an outdoor awning and overhead garage storage for us in one afternoon. He made sure to involve us in all the set up specifications (how deep for the storage, what angle for the awning, etc.)

I am so happy I found Robert and his company on yelp. I called him on a late Saturday afternoon for a leak in my master bath sink. He was answered right away and scheduled me an appointment for Monday. He texted me to let me know he was on his way, and was on time and quick. He was extremely professional in my home with his team and took the time to show me what was wrong and fixed the problem quickly. When he was leaving he asked if there was anything else I needed him to check which reminded me of my often running guest bath toilet. He fixed it! Extremely disappointed with the communication and professionalism from the owner Nathan. I had Texas plumbing come do a remodel project for my house, moved drains and gas pipes. His men did the work, they were great until I started having issues with the city inspection and a gas leak that seemed to be inconvenient for the owner. I called and texted the owner about the gas leak, but he never reached back out to me. I ended up having to pay someone else to fix his work and was left without hot water for two weeks!!!! I would not hire this company again due to the lack of communication, and complete egocentric attitude he has. I was so sad to find the gas leak when in fact this was his job to check after moving gas lines. communicating with the owner on this project, he was demeaning, over talked me and down right awful. If you hire this company as a woman be prepared to be ignored, not spoken to properly and over talked. Don't use them.

I had a leak in my bathroom, called and left a message...the guys called back and were out here at 4pm.  They replaced the stems and it was an easy fix.  They were very courteous and friendly, I would definitely recommend them :)

Water heater replacement. Showed up a little after the scheduled time and left a bit of debris but other than that they gave me a much better price than with others I had quoted and I had a new water heater under 3hrs.

Very Expensive for the value. Quote was $425 and plumber finished job in under 2 hours. Very little material was required so the hourly rate was over $200. When I accepted the proposal, thought the bid was reasonable but I feel plumbing can be done at a profit for about half that rate. My trust in JD is now low so I'll try another company next time.

Agustin was very efficient.  Replaced a drain spud and installed a new kitchen faucet.  Explained everything.  Asked if I had any questions.  He did a very professional job. I would not hesitate to call Alliance Plumbing again. I definitely recommend Alliance Plumbing and Agustin.  This is the third time I have used this company.  Thank you.

This company has provided exceptional service. Appointment was easy to schedule. Text messages sent to confirm appointment time and they even send you a small bio and photo of the worker who is assigned to your home. Plumbers very professional. Problems were addressed and clearly explained. I will continue to use them anytime plumbing issues arise!

I had seen their vans in my area and decided to give them a call since they are a company name I recognized. Had them come out to do an AC pre-Summer maintenance check and was shown that my system plenum and ducts/vents had significant mold growth (thanks humid Houston). They provided photo evidence and some was visible in the vent, so I knew it needed to be fixed. Their quote was pretty steep in my opinion, but I don't really know what things cost and didn't want to call someone else out for a second quote. I was told it would be an all-day job and on the day of scheduled service, it was noon and I still hadn't heard when the crew would come out. I called dispatch and they said their truck had a dead battery - fine, but would have been nice to know because now they would be working in my house well past working hours and into dinner time. The crew did finally arrive and it took about 6hrs to complete the work, which I think they did a good job on. However, lots of debris cleanup was needed on my part, so add on another 1hr plus of cleanup on my end. Overall, the job got done to my satisfaction, but I do think I overpaid for it...that is on me, but not a company I will rush to call back for service again.
