Best Water Heater Repair in Houston TX

I haven't reviewed in a long time but Geovanny deserves it.  He was the only one who picked up after hours yesterday when I called half a dozen places to fix my clogged kitchen drain.  He was not only on time he was early, he communicated through text and called me before he arrived. He brought an extra garbage disposal in case I needed it, but did everything he could to fix the old one.  After he cleared the pipes, we saw leaking we agreed to replace my old disposal.

The one other place who picked up wanted to charge me $225 for a service visit, Geovanny charged $75.  He ran the water three times and ran my dishwasher to make sure all things were working.  He is honest, on time, friendly, explained and gave me tips on how to prevent future issues (use grease cutting Dawn when running the disposal!) And was just super pleasant.  It's SO hard to find people you trust and at a fair value.  Highly recommend this company!  (He is the owner)

Both Matthew and Kevin were masked. They placed tarps before they started work and wore booties. The installation was exceptional, from the strapping of the outside condenser to the connections in the attic. They went on hands and knees during cleanup to make sure no particles were left.

Customs service is very bad
I tried to set up appointments twice but they never call back. They say they will check their schedule and call u back but they never do

Reliable, timely & wonderful service!  I sent an email through Yelp asking another company about replacing my mother's flood light (in a tree).  David responded in 10 minutes with a price.  Within 2 hours, he was on the job doing exactly what was requested. We needed a 220 line run to a new laundry upstairs. While they were doing the work, they found a safety issue with our breaker panel and referred us to studies and literature showing why. I really appreciate the education instead of just telling me I have a problem. Very professional.

Also, their work is great... Wiring is routed cleanly, they use good quality switches, work quickly, and the prices are good.

These guys are fantastic!!  First off, they showed up exactly when they said they would.  I had a team  of two guys handling various repairs at my house.  They went right to it and finished up in no time.  But best of all, the bill was very low.  And I mean, really low.  I am a very happy and satisfied customer and would recommend Dailey Electric to everyone!!

From disgusting to delightful! The house we bought had all original everything - 26 years old.  The old range hood was beyond cleaning and just plain gross.  Our replacement was a wall mounted range hood and not as easy to install. M&R responded quickly and set a appointment. Robert and his trusty sidekick came as scheduled and got to work. Robert checked everything out, explained what they were going to do.  I didn't realize our hood was not wide enough to contain the electrical outlet.  Robert explained it needed to be moved or it would not look right.  (That was important because not that long ago a different so-called contractor had the same issue and installed it anyway without saying anything to me until it was installed.) They were not rushing and were very diligent with the details so I was surprised when I realized it was all completed within one hour.  Excellent professional service from start to finish!

I read the reviews and decided to give them a chance due to the 24/7 service. Our ac went out during the night Sunday so I called at 5am Monday to setup an appointment and they gave a window between 8-10am which was ok with me I understand it is their busiest time of the year. At 7:30 my pregnant wife was at home waiting and she asked me to home because it was already getting to hot for her. When I got home Mike (service tech) from Abacus contacted saying he would be there around 8am. He arrived on time and did his assessment, he came to me with the information in the photo, basically saying he could fix what he thought was wrong with it but couldn't tell me for certain that the unit would work that was $4k quote. He then explained that he air conditioner was old which I knew and it would be best to replace it. He then told me my ac options the first one being $25,000 and then the last one being $12,000 with two or three in between dropping in price about $5k each time. I talked it over with my wife and decided to call her brother who worked in the hvac industry. He said those quotes seemed high and he would come look at it soon. We told Mike we would think it over I paid the $50 service and he left. While waiting for my brother in law I called a few other places all of which quoted me from $5k to $7200 for an entirely new unit!!! My brother in law drives two hours from where he lives to check the unit and he replaced the capacitor ($30) because he had one on his truck. He unit fired up and works great. I understand they are operating a business and they make money from customers, but I feel as though they should focus on good service and honesty versus trying to up-sell and turning customers off and making them write these reviews potentially costing them business. My advice get a few other quotes from a few businesses before making a huge decision and wasting large amounts of money.
