Hot water heater failure. I contacted Acosta and got a thorough inspection and it was determined that  a replacement was needed . I was given fair,  honest pricing and the job was delivered as agreed , on time and very professionally!

I woke up at 3am and saw that I had a water leak. It turned out to be my Hot water line. I turned off the water and later in the morning I call a different plumbing company and they came out and wanted $1500 and THEN charge more to replace the drywall they cut out. I was referred to Right Choice Plumbing and called them and they took great care of my plumbing. I called him at close to 5pm fully  expecting to be told they can't come out until the next day. When I told him it was the hot water line he came out that night and fixed it within no time. I will not call the big plumbing company that takes full advantage of people, instead I will call Right Choice Plumbing. They absolutely live up to their business name!!!  Thank you so much for your help.

Discovered a major leak on my main waterline right at the house late yesterday. Call Nathan at 9a, he said he'd be there at 10:30 and he was. Him and his helper worked in the rain for one hour. Water heater busted on Tuesday.  Wednesday I began searching the internet for quotes to get an idea of how much it would cost me to have someone install and remove it.  After the quotes reached upwards of $1300 with attic and removal fees I decided to purchase one from a local hardware store and do it myself.  I quickly realized not only how important it was to have running water but HOT water is a must...immediately!  I didn't want to wait the weekend so I tried getting quotes once again and ended up getting 2 that were reasonably priced and a bit lower than what I had been getting.  I decided to go with EPW Services and glad I did!  They came within a couple of hours of the discussion and were done and gone in a little under 2 hours (I had already drained the tank) even after I gave them the wrong heater size.  They were very responsive, courteous, reasonably priced (if there is a such thing) and I will definitely recommend and use them again.  I didn't feel like I was buying another house with all of the contracts, fees and explanations just good service.  Give them a try next time you need this type of service.

Alex, Sebastian, and their team were WONDERFUL! What we thought was a simple leaky toilet turned into a piping nightmare. Luckily First Aid Plumbing took care of everything, explained the problem and how they would fix it, and made sure we were in the know of everything going on!! Sebastian was awesome to work with and they did a fantastic job! Will only use First Aid Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!

I contacted Wayne about replacing a toilet just because I was home and wanted it done.  Wayne responded to my email promptly and gave me an estimate for 2 brands and didn't push for the more expensive one.  His estimate was completely reasonable and cheaper than others I had gotten.  We scheduled for the next day and he was on time, so nice, professional and let me know exactly what needed to be done.   He and his crew were quick, efficient and so clean!   Not a drop of water was spilled and they left the area cleaner than when they arrived.   I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

They quoted me almost $300 service charge just to come out on an emergency basis to diagnose the problem - it would not have included any parts or labor.

Called another local plumber and they told me how to temporarily stop the issue until they could come out the next day to fix it properly - only cost me half of what Katy Plumbing was going to charge me in service fees to have it repaired.

Budget Home Services was prompt to respond to my yelp message, they answered all my questions, our conversation lasted far past 5pm, as I was running errands and answering as I could in between tasks. Casey was patient and helpful and looked at the images and comments I sent them and even gave me a ballpark quote. They followed up in the morning and sent a tech out after I confirmed my request. Their technician JR was very friendly, professional, and did a great job removing our unused ancient garbage disposal. He also put caulking around our sink and helped me figure out what size and type of faucet I should go buy, he replaced the faucet and even cleaned up under the sink after he was done. He noticed some water damage from the leaking and let me know to be aware of this issue. I really appreciated this, and if I need any help reconnecting everything once we get the counter replaced I will definitely contact their company. He didn't waste any time, worked efficiently, and was courteous about clean up (something other companies I've noticed aren't always very good about).
