This company seems to be very efficient and technology savvy. Rex was able to use his iPad to quickly give me an estimate on the spot and moreover, during the process, went above and beyond to identify additional plumbing problem for us.

One of my next steps was to do remediation, which required a contractor. Best knows best, their recommended contractor was equally great and honest.

This company is now my plumber of choice!

I tried to install a new dishwasher, only to find out the supply valve shutoff didn't work. Ended up with a minor flood in the kitchen. Called Right Choice on Saturday morning based on good Yelp reviews, and because our regular guy couldn't get to us till Monday. They answered promptly, got a plumber on phone so I could describe the issue and gave me a quote. Even offered to quote me on the dishwasher install as well. Their tech Austin showed up about an hour later. Immediately fixed the faulty valve. Then installed the new dishwasher. Austin was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with a difficult install. The price was right too! So thankful I didn't go with the box store install because they wouldn't have done the plumbing. Definitely would use this company again. Big plus: they are open on Saturdays!

Had issues with the cold and hot water line mixing in my bathroom and needed a fix fast. I only had time to meet with a plumber after work (around 5:00PM) and Kim was the only one that could make it at such an inconvenient time and on short notice! When he arrived he explained the issue and informed me what was causing it within 2 minutes. Being a new  homeowner, I was overwhelmed with how the plumbing works in my home, but Kim kindly walked around and explained some easy DIY projects I could take on that would improve quality of life for very cheap. I appreciate all the advice he gave me and will definitely call him in the future for emergency plumbing needs.

I was in need of a plumber & I came across Geovanny's info while searching what Yelp had to offer in way of plumbers. I contacted Geovanny for a quote & I found his pricing fair. He came out the following day & did the needed repairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly respectful & courteous of my home. I do foresee myself using Geovanny's services again in the future & I would easily recommend him to anyone else in need of a plumber.

Got some water stain on the ceiling. I'm a pretty DIY person, so I cut the ceiling trying to fix it myself, but couldn't even locate the leakage.
Called Nathan up since they are located quite close to my home. They quickly located the issue was the loosen bath tub drain cover. The leakage was small so hard to notice. Glad they were able to spot it. Sometimes, I have to admit DIY just can't match professional's experience.

They quickly fix it with a reasonable price. Great job.

These guys are great!  I had a few jobs around the house and EPW Services did a wonderful job.  They were fast and at a great price. I will certainly contact EPW Services for all my future plumbing needs.

Water heater replacement. Showed up a little after the scheduled time and left a bit of debris but other than that they gave me a much better price than with others I had quoted and I had a new water heater under 3hrs.

Had a Plumbing emergency needed the next day, I contacted a few plumbers via message and email on Yelp. After Priority 1 Plumbing promised to call me the next day after 8am, but never did until 11am. JD Called my around 8:30am and I was so glad they did. JD Dispatched a plumber in 30 minutes to the house. JD Confirmed and sent me an Email even with the Plumber's name and Photo! I was impressed on the Service BEFORE the visit. Dalton was professional and inspected the problem and gave me an honest assessment. I had a Great Experience with JD Plumbing and will recommend them to other Realtor Professionals and Landlords I know! Keep up the Great Customer Service.! Thank You

Matt was professional and extremely competent. Did annual inspection and flushed hot water heaters in attic for me. Took care to wear booties in the house. Lost star was not for Matt or quality of service. Very expensive service ($224 with 15% discount), sometimes it's worth it to get it done right. Was scheduled as first call of AM and got bumped by a half hour, but was given an hour plus notice so I knew not to expect them. Guessing there was an emergency call. Took time to explain home care - shut off valves, that the dripping I saw was from AC and should have it checked before anything was damaged and before the busy season was in full swing.

TQP does not stand behind their work.  Use of an apprentice to perform critical work assignments is not acceptable.  If you decide to use this company, obtain their bonded and insured information before allowing them to work on your property.

I had Jonathan, a technical, go to my elderly father's home to check his disposal that my father thought was not working.  He arrived on time and found a seed in the disposal that was causing it not to work.  We were not charged one penny.  I appreciate the honesty and the kindness that was offered; in addition to not charging a service fee.  I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
