After months of communications with Junior and Mike, there's still no appointment set for someone to look that the leaks. Very unprofessional and unreliable- each time I spoke on the phone with Junior, he promised to send a follow up text to set up an appointment. This said text never comes through. When I follow up, there is no answer! It's been months with the same cycle and no progress - leak has become worsen. I'd never recommend these guys to anyone. Bad overall experience!

I needed to replace my toilet since it had a crack.  Michael came to do the replacement, and he was courteous, professional, and he kept the area clean as he was removing the old toilet, and installing the new one.  I peeked into look, and the old toilet was on a pad to not damage the floor and tub.  
He even had me flush the new toilet, so I would know the sound.
I have done business with them before, and they did a wonderful job.

We woke up to the water leak early in the morning.  I contacted Jason and he responded very fast.  Sent him the pictures and video of the leak, and learning the urgency, he immediately rearranged their schedule to assist us with this urgent situation.  Until the arrival of the tech, Pipe Masters communicated well with me and made me feel good about the process.

Ryan the tech came over to detect the water leak along with the developer of the home.  Together they found the source of the leak fast, and repaired the leak by early afternoon.  

Pipe Masters was very professional, communicated very well throughout the process and were very clear about the process and the fees.  

As scary the water leak was, I really felt like they really cared about us and took a good care of us.  I highly recommend Pipe Masters!

We've had Kelii install a bathroom for us and help with a number of other issues. He does quality work and is great to work with.

Updated my previous comments and 1 star review. After I posted that I didn't get a call back 2 days from initial request, I got a call back and an apology for not responding timely. Scheduled me the very next day with a 2 hour window that they would be here between 10 and 12. Joey called me around 11:40 or so and said he was on his way. Got here in about 20 minutes and fixed my problem also in 20 minutes. Charged me the hour at a discount and the part.

Toilet no longer running. What a relief. Joey was very nice and showed me what needed to be replaced and why. All in all good service. I will recommend and call them again if needed.

So happy to find JGR through other positive yelp reviews, that I felt compelled to add my own. I researched and called around to various plumbers, but based on reviews and our texts, I felt that the owner Jaren was the right person for the job.

3 issues:

1- A kitchen sink that was not draining after several hours
2- A toilet that was running
3- A bath tub that was slow to drain

Jaren asked for photos of my toilet to assess needs before coming out. He explained that his call out fee was $25 and that he could come within the hour to give an estimate, even though it was 5pm.

Jaren arrived on time and gave me a reasonable quote (more affordable and quicker than other companies) with a few options on the spot and was able to fix everything in an hour. He was also very personable and easy to work with.

Based on my experience,I would recommend JGR as knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy for your plumbing needs.

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

Hey these guys are super good they came out within one hour they fixed my shower I had a broken knob stem had to be replaced it only cost me 143 man these guys are unbelievable so if you need something done for a reasonable price you should call them the dude who help me his name is Mike he's super friendly super clean left no mess very professional people

My house In Pearl City needs to change new pipes for the kitchen, relocate the water heater, adjusi the toilet bowl n change the main water velve/pressure regulator.

I got estimates from 10 plumbers.  Some plumbers asked for $2,500.  I picked Accurate n Clayton came with a helper.  They did am excellent job n charged me for $850.  Clayton is very knowledgable n they worked super efficient.  I will certainly go back to him next time.  Bravo!

This evening we had an emergency w leakage under the sink. Originally we called another plumber but no one could come till the next morning. Called J R Service and left a msg, Johnny promptly called back and came within 10 minutes. He did an excellent job fixing and changing parts-couldn't believe how fast and efficient and reasonable. From now on, he will be our plumber to call! Tku Johnny

This place has a very high rating.  It also says they will call back within 15 minutes.  I left a message explaining that I was in an emergency situation, but5 hours later there was still no response.  Do not waste your time with this company.

Awesome job!!  Shane and his assistant Mitch finished the job in a timely manner, had very good costumer service, and they were very knowledgable. Will definitely be calling them again!!

Never returned my phone call for routine repair work.  Will not call them again.  Found another plumber who was responsive to my needs.

My dad called them to fix our sink. And they said they will come in the afternoon. So we waited and waited. The guy finally came at 5:30pm. Then we showed the guy the plug up sink. He said he can't fix it because that's not my job. What the heck? This tells you don't call Roto-Rooter! Bad Customer Service!

It take some great service for me to write a review and Evertrust has me typing now.  Second time I've used them.  The first was at realtors recommendation after moving into new house.  I think she had used them many times.   I was so impressed with them then that I didn't look further for the latest repair.  On both occasions the office (Dennis) was prompt calling to set up a time.  If there was potential delay I got immediate heads up.  The guys showed up right on time, all fixed with no hassle.  All working fine.  Great job, great service, great guys to work with.
