They came as was told on the phone. Took them 2 1/2 hours to find and repair leak of the upstairs bathroom. Seemed friendly and competent. Charged us $338 for parts and labor. Fee $95 an hour charged us 3 hours when my wife timed him for 2 1/2 hours of work. Over charged us , this part was upsetting! Otherwise it was great

Mike Wessel, the owner of this great firm, came out personally to our home to do some custom repairs of our very expensive gold fixtures. His work was efficient and fast. I appreciated that he called ahead to say he's on his way. I highly recommend you call them.

I contacted Pipe Masters due to a backup of my laundry and kitchen sink drain (they share a common drain pipe).  My building is older and has cast iron pipes that many residents have issues with due to age and corrosion, so much so that there has been a building assessment and pipe replacement project in the works for over a year now.  My drain had been getting slow little by little, but finally gave up the ghost this weekend.  I was hoping to ride it out until the pipes get replaced (hopefully this month or next), but alas I didn't make it.  I called Pipe Masters explaining to them my situation in the hopes that they could clear out the pipe enough to make it usable until the pipes get replaced.  Arvin understood my situation and said they would do their best to get my drain flowing again, since I didn't want to pay for the pipes to be replaced since the work was already being done in the future anyway.  Surprisingly, they had an available appointment the same day which I wasn't able to take advantage of due to having a job out in Sand Island at the same time.  He was able to fit me in the next morning (today), and Manny came out in the quoted time slot.  Manny did try his best to clear the blockage, but unfortunately was unable to get it clear.  He did offer his professional assessment of options and gave me an estimate of the work needed, but I may try to ride it out until the drain pipe replacement project comes in.  Both Arvin and Manny were professional and courteous, and while it's unfortunate that they were unable to resolve the issue this time, I will most definitely be calling them in the future!  I like that they email and text you when they are on the way, as well as send a photo of the person coming for reassurance.  Invoicing and payments are done through their tablets, and receipts come via email a short while after they leave, which is very convenient!

Neil, with Shaka Plumbing arrived within two hours of my initial call for a minor toilet repair. Expedient, same-day service--great customer service.

Has anyone else been harassed and offended by Imua Plumbing drivers? We were doing 10+ over the speed limit on Kam highway with this guys tires screeching in our trunk when the car in front of us slowed down... them this AHole passes us (still going over the speed limit) over a DOUBLE yellow. Maybe don't call them unless you someone cracked out coming to tear your job up. Drug are bad... mmmmkay?

These guys where able to come out next day and did an awesome job checking the water pressure on my house and replacing the regulator. Because I'm selling my house they also took pictures and sent them to
Me so I could show the buyer exactly what was done. They had excellent communication and where very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Will highly recommend to anyone who has trouble or any problems with the plumbing in the bathroom or kitchen. They all will be solved with the good job!

I live in a building almost as old as me. Like me, parts of my unit are wearing out and malfunctioning. That was the story with the tub faucet. The original equipment was about 60 years old and the hot water went from a drip to a constant stream, with the heat creating stains and mold.

I asked the office who did a lot of work at our complex and the said Pono at MG Plumbing. It didn't take too long to get an appointment. The shower head was a mess too, so I asked Pono about a new shower head with a hose, which would make it easier for me. He said I could buy one, or he would. I asked him to get one for me. I have a mobility disability, so it's hard for me to shop in person. I looked at many options online, but ultimately I figured he would know best how to proceed.

He was on time and selected a moderately priced Kohler shower head. It attaches via a magnet, making it easier for me to detach and reattach. That's helpful for me not just because of the disability but also because I'm so short.

He finished the work quickly and even put up the new plastic liner and just-washed fabric curtain. Just taking down the nasty dirty moldy plastic liner and the fabric curtain which desperately needing washing was quite a struggle for me, so I was very grateful when he did the work for me when I asked.

He also prepared me for what would eventually come after this, once this fix wore out. (Let's just say I'd better start saving lots of money.)

Once the hot water stream was fixed, I was able to scrub the tub and bleach the mold away in bits and pieces over a couple of weeks, as my body allowed. Now the tub looks pretty darned good. Hopefully I look that good, too, as we both continue to age.

Hey these guys are super good they came out within one hour they fixed my shower I had a broken knob stem had to be replaced it only cost me 143 man these guys are unbelievable so if you need something done for a reasonable price you should call them the dude who help me his name is Mike he's super friendly super clean left no mess very professional people

The first plumber I called (Banzai Plumbing) never showed for the appt. - and never called to let me know. I lost over half a day (and a hot shower) waiting for them.

Called Accurate the next AM, and they promised to be there by noon. Instead the plumber came several hours earlier and took care of my situation quickly and affordably.

Accurate will be my first call next time!.

He explained everything and also pointed out things that I may need to watch in the future.

This place has a very high rating.  It also says they will call back within 15 minutes.  I left a message explaining that I was in an emergency situation, but5 hours later there was still no response.  Do not waste your time with this company.

Another great job done by the staff of 535. Called Shane for a gas stove install on Saturday and they were out first thing Monday morning. Changed out the stripped connection from this 50+yr old house and installed new. Now I feel safer with a gas connection into this home. Mahalo again to Shane and his great staff!

We needed to move our water heater a couple of feet.  We had a tangle of copper pipes from a previous water heater relocation.  Some of the pipes had elbos outside the wall.  Joe came in and whipped the problem before lunch.  A virtuouso performance.  So fast.  No wasted motion.  No leaks.  And affordable.  I asked him to do one more thing: install a water filter.  He figured out that the faucet would not clear the bar above the sink in about a minute.  Didn't have to pay for a failed experiment.

Roto Rooter was one of five plumbing companies I called. They were the one who were able to respond the quickest to my plumbing emergency (broken sewer line). They observed proper COVID protocols and explained everything they were doing. My household was back up and running in no time. They did a good cleanup job and were friendly and professional. They were able to beat their competitors' pricing. Appreciate Frank, Noah, Nick, Johnny, and one other gentleman whose name I forgot to write down. Will definitely use them again!

I submitted an online request for a bathroom remodel with a water heater conversion to tankless. Dennis was quick to respond but had a very short window to come out and take a look at my bathroom. Unfortunately I was at work and couldn't accommodate his time. He said he would call me the next day to set up a time early in the next week. Never got that call. I called to follow up twice and had to leave voicemails. No response at all.  To bad because he came highly recommended by a friend.
