Had septic tank service & line repair done on my old brick ranch house.  The crew at Seagraves are familiar with these homes and were able to zero in and replace the old broken line with a minimum of exploratory digging. The old tank was rather battered & outmoded in some respects, but instead of pressuring me to replace it they suggested some repairs & upgrades which worked out very well.  They installed access points to the line so that I or a future owner can easily tell when and where there is trouble.  They were also very careful: My septic line runs under an awning, and it took some skill for them to dig under there with a backhoe.  They wrapped up by explaining to me how the septic system works and how to take care of it--I appreciated the education!  Recommended.

I have used True Plumbing on several of our projects and have been happy with the results.  I would recommend them to our clients that are looking for service work.

Angel took his time and listened when I called him about putting a 13 piece patio set  together and he told me to send him a picture of the patio furniture set he gave me a good price and said it will take approximately 3 hours. So I told him he has the job because the others were trying to over charge me. So when Angel and his son got here they set everything up for me got finished in the time frame he said they even cleaned up behind themselves taking all of the empty boxes with them but the main importance was excellence good customer service. I will definitely refer Angel to anyone if they want their project done the right way !!!!!!

Showed up on time. Took a little more work than first thought but Mr. Jefferson and his team cleared the drain in oue main drain line.

Awesome to work with! We had stairs built for our deck and built-ins with bench seating and have been so happy with the work and how quickly it's all been completed. Miguel was so nice and such a hard worker and we'll always look to Jay and Miguel for any future work at our house.

Called for my A/C not running on Sunday. They arrived Monday morning on time at 8 a.m. Eric was a pleasure to work with. Informed me throughout the process. He took 2:30 hours to isolate the wiring (main) problem for the estimate. Eric also noticed a possible leak in my roof and brought that to my attention. You could not ask for a more honest company. Have used them in the past with the same type of attention to detail and honesty.

I called many places before talking to Virginia. She was great, helped walk through the process and explained everything in detail. She was very patient and worked through some scheduling needs. The two individuals that came out were professional and took care of the job. The left the property as they found it. Overall the great serviceI have and would totally work with them in the future.

Was told that first hour was $100 + $40 truck fee. After spending about an hour and ten minutes working to seal off a pipe I was presented with a $300+ bill including $210 in labor. Called the owner to tell him there was a mistake and he told me it was all my mistake. Technician said he wouldn't leave without being paid in full. I felt very uncomfortable and totally taken advantage of by this company. Is padding bills by $70+ any way to run a business???

We have used Azerplumb a few times this year. We own 4 homes in the local area and Nima and his team have always been ultimate professionals! We trust them, their prices are fair and they're very efficient with their work. This most recent job, Brendan helped us replace a water heater that had an electrical fire, he worked with the warranty distribution center, helped us replace with the similar product and installed it during our time crunch between tenants. Cindy was the coordinator and she was incredibly helpful and coordinated with our scheduling conflicts, so easy to work with!!

I have been using true blue since I moved into the neighborhood. Everyone on their staff is fast, friendly, and competent. I call them whenever I have a problem which luckily for me hasn't been in a while!

They came out within the hour and fixed our emergency! Super kind, funny and helpful. We are so grateful for them.

RS Andrews installed a water heater 10 years ago.  Last week it stopped working.  I called and they had a man out that day.  He installed a new pressure valve under the house and a new expansion tank.  That night I had another cold shower.  I was not happy, so I called back.  Within a couple hours they had Mr. McPherson here.  He thoroughly explained why the previous work was done and proceeded to fix the water heater.  He was very knowledgeable and his professionalism was greatly appreciated.

I hired Fulton Services to repair a pipe that had been installed incorrectly. I had requested that any plumbers entering my home wear a mask. One of the men obliged but the other 4 did not. They had also brought a young teen along with them (I'm assuming it was one of their children.)

I will not be using their services again and I wouldn't recommend you do either.

I would not recommend this company. The price they quoted on the phone for pumping was not honored by the tech upon his arrival. Tech tried very hard to pressure me into extra items and repairs supposedly needed even before digging and opening the tank. Insisted they are needed in order for me to get a passing inspection letter which I needed for a refi. He finally agreed to do the pumping only to discover none of the items were needed. Very disappointed with this company.
