This plumber had great comments so I tried them. I left a message and they contacted me with a two hour window that they could respond. My disposal issue was not an emergency so this was fine. As promised I got a call 15 minutes before arriving. They arrived right on time. Very clean polite and professional. So their considerate manner and professional work had me glad to recommend them.

Marcos went above and beyond. He replaced all our outdoor spigots that were damaged in the freezes earlier this year, he fixed our kitchen sink in quick order, he even took apart and rebuilt new bathroom faucets for us when the replacements no longer came in the correct size. Friendly, fast, affordable - we'll use Marcos and El Dorado over and over for all our plumbing needs. Like an honest mechanic or a doctor who knows how to listen, an honest affordable plumber is a necessity today -- and we've found ours.

Called Matt the plumber mid day on a Friday. Shocked by the fact they had someone available shortly. 30 mins later there lead tech called me telling me he's in route and will there 30 min to an hour was here in 25 min. Even stressed about the sewage flowing out of the toilet he arrived calm with a smile. Started to explain with great detail what needed to be done to solve the issue. He said lucky I had a clean out even though who ever installed it sealed it so it didn't create the relief to prevent the sewage inside. But he removed the cap and the water shot up and keep coming. He then offer a company to clean and restore my home they also arrived quickly. All of this cause by tree roots as he explain and showed with the camera. Now the pipe has been replaced and restoration in progress now. I'm alot happier with the outcome of course wish it never happened but glad I called a knowledgeable company to handle the issue at had. Thanks alot everyone at Matt the Plumber will call and refer any additional plumbing issues

Great, fast, and reasonable priced service. Came out on a holiday and fixed our kitchen sink, stop the flooding of our front bathroom sink and put in a vanity in our back bathroom. Awesome guy, cleaned up after himself and everything! Highly recommend and will use again in the future!

I have been using Lloyd Johnson Plumbing since 2013. I could not ask for better, prompter, and knowledgeable service. They are great! Mike & Todd are courteous, helpful, they get back to you ASAP -- and while they are not cheap, but they're not exorbitant and you get your money's worth. No doubt about it.

Showed up on time, assessed the situation quickly and did not try to up sell me on charges I didn't need. It's difficult to find people to trust in this field, but I believe Kwaku is one of them.

I am giving 5 stars to the professionalism and workmanship of the technician named Odari. The cost was within the range for the service provided. According to Ashley, the the originlly scheduled tech was not able to make my 11-2 window, so Odari arrived after 3:30pm. That was fine for me, because I work from home and I wasn't planning to leave until after 5pm.  I just wanted my shower clog fixed; and it was! We also discussed replacing piping from the street to my house and I received a quote in a timely manner. I look forward to that service being completed. I am glad to have found Head's Plumbing Sales and Service!

We have used Chen Plumbing for years now and are always satisfied with our service. We can count on them to quickly resolve any issues we may have!

JR Plumbing performed a tub/shower (insert combo) replacement in a rental property I own.  Their first bid had the insert tub marked up about 100% - when I challenged they reduced that line item so I approved for them to proceed.  They did the install but left a disaster behind.... huge hole in a closet wall, torn up flooring and other cosmetic issues.  They left and never said a word to my property manager nor myself..... we learned when the tenant complained.  This vendor literally left a train wreck behind and are not taking responsibility.   They never indicated that their proposal was not for a complete job including the post install cosmetics.  I know have to have a different vendor come in for $1300 just to clean up JR's mess bringing my total cost to over $2500.  Meanwhile, I had to replace a tub in another unit in the same building - of course used a different vendor and they did the COMPLETE job including cosmetics for $1450.  

LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT GOOD COMPLETE WORK!

I have been using Casteel for regular maintenance for two years now. Both times, they send the same technician, and he is very professional. Before his arrival, you get a message along with technician's picture and his live location. He will not ask you to change or refill gas if you don't need it.
Unfortunately, I also had to replace one of my A/C units. Again, they sent a highly educated/informed and very professional sales rep. I loved what he had to offer compared to other 4 estimates I got from highly knows companies in the areas. They offer 10 year labor warranty which is unheard of because they are confident about their installation. What I have learned during my research that it is not the brand of the HVAC that keeps it going, it is the proper installation of it. I would highly recommend Casteel not only for regular maintenance, but if you need to replace your units, Casteel is the way to go!

As mentioned in a previous review do NOT put stock in his ETA or even day of arrival! I called for a quote to be given and he gave me an ETA of 11am. He cancelled after 6pm due to an emergency. The next day was promised 9am. He finally made it out at 1pm after I called him like, What's up? He was the cheapest of 3 quotes I received and I was in a bind so I went w/ him when I had the funds.

I called on a Wednesday for a service date of Friday (2 days later). Once again, I was given a time of 9am. Noon rolls around and no word. I call and he says once again an emergency has held him up but he should be done by 2pm. 2:30 rolls around and nothing. I call again and this time he couldn't give me a concrete answer but said he would call when on his way. He showed up at my door at 10pm...NO CALL!!! His wife or lady working w/ him suggested we try again in the morning. Was promised 11/11:30.

It's 1pm AGAIN! I call he says, I'm 20 mins away. He finally arrived in a little over twice that time.

Everything was fixed and functional in the end. I believe he puts smaller jobs on the back burner under bigger
jobs and calls them emergencies. Proceed at your own risk! Smh

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. There is promise of doing a comprehensive pool leak detection. However our experience comprised of a gentleman in swim trunks using a fanta  20 oz soda bottle filled with red dye and just pouring it around potential cracks. He didn't wear scuba gear, didn't take the lights out (which is a must). He said the lights were leaking and was confident. So we fixed the lights just to have someone tell us the lights will always show a leak if they are not taken out prior to testing. We spent over 500 dollars filling our pool for him, paid him 350, fixed the lights for over 200 based on his recommendation. He never pressure tested the pipes or even got under the water. He said he would come back if it was not the lights due to light rain, which the management of the company said it wrong because many tests can be done with rain. This was an utter waste of time and money. Now we are stuck with a leaking pool still and have to refill (spending another 500) and hiring another (hopefully more competent) company. I even went to management who agreed this was unacceptable and said he would take care of the situation. I NEVER HEARD BACK. This company will drain you of money and not even care. STAY AWAY! Unless you want to waste, time, money, energy, and frustration. This company only responded to me when I said I would put up a review of my experience and still never remedied the situation. The other review mysteriously appeared after I said I would write a review.

Do not use this contractor.  He was hired to fix a minor drain issue but today he spread purple pipe cement all over my cabinets and when this was pointed out he became angry and profane.  He then ripped out all my pipes out from under my kitchen sink and stormed off with them.  Now I can't use either the sinks or the dishwasher and have a massive mess to hire another contractor to repair.
