They were very responsive and quick to get back to me with all my questions. They went out of their way to get my plumbing fixed in a timely manner. I will be using them if I need help again.

Emerson and Gabrielle are awesome. Hired them to construct a pergola for us, along with a few other repairs on the exterior of our house. Super reliable, responsive, hard working and did exceptional work. It's been really tough finding reliable and reasonable contractors these days. Emerson is a hard worker to boot. So glad we called them!

I've used this company twice for two separate issues. Leak in my sprayer hose and a clogged toilet. Each time has been a pleasure. They took the time to explain each of the issues, [and for the leak] explained options for the repair. They ended up installing a faucet for the leak and I couldn't be happier with it. Prices for both visits were fair.

You can't ask for a better plumber. Ernest Smith, of S&S Plumbing, is the only plumber I will use from now on. He is very responsive to being contacted and shows up on time. He is very knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time taking care of my faucet problems and was still very reasonable with what he charged. I highly recommend him and his business.

Pipes burst due to freezing on Christmas Eve. No one but Bobby Amos was interested in coming out.
Finished basement was flooding. Saved us tens of thousands of dollars.
And, he was a gentleman. He knew what to do and did it with courtesy.
Merry Christmas to us for Bobby Amos.

On Saturday I noticed a significant water leak in my front yard. I called my normal plumbing company but they could not send anyone out until the following week. With water now shut off to the house I needed water restored as quickly as possible. I called ASAP Plumbing and Paul answered listen to my problem and said he would be at my house within 2 hours. Upon his arrival he quickly identified the problem, a tree root had created the leak in the main water line. Within a relatively short time he had water restored to the home. Paul was extremely responsive, performed a profession repair and charged a very reasonable price especially considering it was a week end. I highly recommend ASAP Pluming to anyone needing a highly qualified Master Plumber. Thank you Paul!

I purchased a foreclosed home this September. It took weeks to get the water turned on, as the utility company will not leave it on if any water is running at the time. After a few tries, I realized there were definitely leaks in the home, but it took so long to work through getting utilities turned on that I was moving in without any running water.
We tried to daignose the issues ourselves, it ended with water pouring out of the side of the house. We found David through Service Magic, I am incredibly grateful we did. The other quotes I received, even just for connecting a sink, ran about 30% of what David charged to essentially troubleshoot an entire pipe system that had been frozen and broken throughout. He literally spent days, including weekend days, working to resolve the issues. He started Friday, then Satursday I think he spent 10 hours, working late into the night, to make sure we would have running water moving forward. He was terrific to work with, his pricing was more than reasonable, and I would recommend his services to anyone in need of plumbing services.

While I was away from the house on Sunday 11/20/16, one of my neighbors saw water running over the sidewalk and into the street, near where my water meter is located. The utility was summoned and found and marked where a small leak was occurring on the main supply line to my house, just about 2 feet from the meter. They turned off the water and left me a notice and marked the leak with a little flag.
I chose this plumber owing to the fact that they were local and that the one existing reviewer on Yelp gave them high praise.
I was not disappointed.
I left a message on Sunday and spoke to someone named Adam on Monday. Adam apologetically informed me that, because of prior commitments, the soonest they could dispatch a plumber would be Tuesday between 11 AM and 2 PM.
When the plumber (David) arrived on time on Tuesday he set to work immediately. I stepped away for a few moments to assist a neighbor whose house alarm was going off.
When I came back, David had dug out around the leaking pipe and explained to me why it was leaking. It was mainly because of a the kind of cement used on the PVC tubing combined with the fact that the original plumber built a series of bends around a piece of wooden stake left in the ground instead of removing the debris and building more of a straight run. Over the years, because of settling and shifting the pipe was pressed against the stake and caused two of the pipe joints to work free and leak.
David replaced the whole rube goldberg section of pipe fittings and short lengths with one continuous piece of flexible tubing and also replaced the piece that couples the brass pipe from the meter to the PVC that runs to the house.
It took him just about an hour, including backfilling the hole and replacing the divots of sod.
I am pleased with the level of service provided by this company. I believe that their rate was reasonable and fair and the plumber was very personable and professional.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this business.

They were great! Had a knocking in the walls that was getting louder and louder and more consistent. Was driving me nuts. Called and immediately someone answered. Hey scheduled to come out the same afternoon. Knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. Needed a new part. Jesse explained everything without trying to up-sell. Will definitely them again.

Chris and Glenda are amazing. Glenda was extremely nice and helpful. She explained some issues that they've seen recently, asked me relevant questions, and explained what might be going on with the water bill in my home. She definitely assuaged my fears and made me feel like I was in good hands. My experience only got better once Chris arrived. He showed up early, was quick and efficient. He performed a free inspection and offered to have his wife, Glenda, email me a follow up to send to my water company. He didn't try to upsell me and took time to answer my many (many) questions. He checked out everything I had concerns about and offered thoughtful, reasonable solutions. He showed me my meter and he explained how I can read it. I could tell that he was an experienced and confident plumber. Also, these two are super funny and sweet. Always a plus! I will definitely be working with them again.

Tex came to my newly bought house and I had a lot of electrical and plumbing that needed to be done. Not only was he able to fix both, but knowing when my move in date was, he worked extra hours and over the weekend to make sure that I was able to have everything working before I moved in to the house. He is such a nice person to work with and he is able to fix so much (even a few items that were not related to electrical or plumbing but that were such a great help at the house!) Also, he has a guarantee on his parts and work but knowing the quality of his work, I don't anticipate having any problems. My fiancé is already planning to use him to fix an electrical short at his house and my neighbor has an appointment with him to fix a few items around his house. I highly recommend him!

Mattus committed on Sunday 1/10 for a Monday morning phone call between 7:30 and 8 to schedule an arrival time. At 9:00, when no call was received, I followed up and was told that someone was being dispatched. Indeed, two plumbers arrived, but said that they would have to return in the afternoon to finish the job. At 5:00, when no one had returned to complete the job, I called the office again and spoke to Ken who stated that he was the owner of Mattus, and that he would send someone back out, but that overtime would apply. I stated that I had the morning time slot, and it wasn't any fault of ours that the plumbers left and didn't return, and his response was It's been a long day and the burden is on the homeowner to schedule a time. WE DID THAT--THEY DIDN'T FOLLOW THROUGH. He was very rude and unprofressional. They'll never get a dime of mine, and I hope you'll choose another business for your plumbing needs as well.

This company uses price gauging techniques. They charged me $500 and did not fix my problem which was clogged pipes (nothing out of the ordinary). They were at my house from approx 10:30 am-5:00 pm claiming they were doing everything to fix my plumbing issue which included jetting my pipes with water and pulling my toilet and running a snake through the connection. The end result was that they told me I had a broken pipe and that there was nothing they could do but dig up my front yard which would cost $2000. I told them I would need to get estimates and I paid them the $500 that they claimed I owed them. I called another plumber after they left. He ran a snake through the pipes in my basement, and immediately unclogged them. He fixed my problem within an hour. He also told me that I didn't have any broken pipes because there was no mud on his snake. I hope no one else makes the costly mistake I made by dealing with these racist crooks who proudly flaunt a rebel flag on their service vehicles. I am an African-American female with a relatively nice home, and this company chose to take advantage of me in a very stressful time of not being able to use my bathrooms, instead of trying to form a good business relationship with me. My husband and I own three other properties and would have gladly given them more business had they chosen to be honest people. Please steer clear of this company.

The plumber arrived late but he did call to let me know he was running slightly behind. He looked at the toilet that was constantly running water and stated that he couldn't fix the existing ball thingy that shuts off the water flow when the tank fills. He needed to replace the guts inside the tank and he didn't have one to fit my stool and had to run to Home Depot and get it. He did get it and fixed the problem and we haven't had any more trouble with it so he fixed it right apparently. Good service for value! Would use again.

I have never used their plumbing services before. However, while I was driving in Atlanta, I witnessed the large van they drive, run a car off of the road to cut them off. BEWARE!
