No issue with the plumbing technician, he seemed to be a straight shooter.
The phone rep provided a dispatch/trip charge quote of $89 plus a $25 gas charge. He implied the $89 would be applied to the repair cost, not in addition to. The $25 gas charge is a separate charge.
I thought the $25 gas charge was unreasonable based on what gas prices currently are, but decided to go through with the dispatch anyway.
The phone rep qualified my plumbing work to be a fixture in a fiberglass shower insert.
Shaun arrived on-time and looked into my issue. He states the fiberglass shower will need to be cut (ok with me), but he does not do this.
After our discussion, I decided not to have the plumbing work done and am out the $114.
Note that I would be out this $114 either way as it was not going to be applied to the repair work anyway.

We needed to replace our main floor HVAC system. The technician who did the original assessment, the system designer, the plumber, and the HVAC installation team were all very professional. Scheduling was easy and had constant communication when staff were on there way - everyone arrived on time. They answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing. Casteel may not be the low bid on a project but the quality of workmanship is well worth a few extra dollars. Also, there were no surprises or add ons to the original agreement - we agreed on a price and they held to it. I am very satisfied.

I must update my review on Casteel heating, cooling and plumbing. After my review the company reached out to me to see what they could do to make it right. When I received a reply I thought it was a form response in which no one would follow up, but NO!!! I was greatly shocked that they did. This company does care about making their clients happy. The biggest complaint for me was unfair pricing. They made it RIGHT! So if you are ever in the market for plumbing, electrical or HVAC, I highly recommend this company because of their expertise, honesty and integrity! Which is to often few and far in between. If you want the job done right CALL CASTEEL!!

This company came out to my house to fix the same issue multiple times and the same issue kept happening. Hmm I should have realized that they obviously where not doing there job. The next thing was purchased a new ac unit that has now taken at least 5 installs to complete. I was scheduled for a visit today and I let they gentleman in my house. Few minutes passed and I went to check on the gentleman and he was no where to be found. Now I'm going on three months and I don't even know if my unit is installed properly or not. I also paid for a seasonal inspection and the season has passed with no service. Buyer Beware!! 30024 Suwanee ga

Talk about good service is one thing but add to it an education about a new to me system was an unexpected and appreciated side benefit.  The tech was all about checking the system as requested but went further to communicate things an owner would not necessarily have known.  That's HELPFUL service and with a smile no less!

I don't like writing negative reviews, but it's justified. I made an appointment for a water heater issue (no hot water) for June 17 from 8 AM - 12 PM for Plumber.  Casteel did not arrive until after 3 PM (I even had to call customer service to find out the status of my appointment around 1:30 PM).  The technician who arrived was incorrectly dispatched (he was an HVAC technician, not a plumber).  He was nice and professional and did all he could. He assessed the problem, told me he would coordinate with dispatch to order the part needed, and Casteel would have a plumber come out in a few days. Oh - and I was charged $139 (even though my email confirmation said it'd be an $89 diagnostic fee). Despite not getting it fixed, I was happy because they were going to take care of the problem in a few days. So no complaints about the worker, he was as professional as he could be but it shows how unorganized dispatch is.

I called Casteel two weeks later (around July 5) to get an update (2.5 weeks since appointment) and got the voicemail of dispatch. No call back. I called back on July 11. I talked to a nice and sincere representative on customer service, and she told me she was going to email dispatch and copy their Manager, so that would be sure to get a response. Now it's July 16, still no call back. I've been without hot water for 5 weeks now. Maybe it's my fault for trusting that Casteel would live up to the reputation I see online. If Casteel was too busy to do the repair, a simple thanks, but no thanks would have sufficed, so I could get another company out here.

We needed another opinion on our 23 year old air conditioning systems. We have been very loyal to the company we have been using for the last 10 years but we decided to get a second opinion based on the prices and some of the things that we needed to have done. When Casteel came to our home, they told us that several things were out of code. Our other AC company never expressed or disclosed that to us. The team was very up-to-date on all that was needed to install our three AC units with high seers and very efficient units. They were able to come to our home and in one day replaced a 2 1/2 ton a 3 ton and a 3 1/2 ton unit. We had thermostats installed that monitored our humidity levels, all of the circulation, and we could also set heat and air at the same time.
I guess we just didn't know what we were missing. They did have to tear out quite a bit of the old set up but they had no problem installing the proper levels that we needed to run an efficient home. We are so happy! They even gave us special HEPA filters for our air conditioners. We are beyond pleased.  Thank you Casteel! We have reviews them to other family members already.

Price gouging. Exorbitant charge without a breakdown of estimate. Said my HVAC needed refrigerant, Now my unit doesn't shut off. Unit is only 6yrs old. I think the tech let out the refrigerant. Don't use this company, RIP-OFF!!!

We called Casteel and schedule a tune up service after receiving an advertisement in the mail. We saw the price and wanted the service upon moving into our new home. The service was supposed to only be a tune up service/changing out air filters etc. Upon entry, I explained that we just bought the house and wanted to get a tune up on the air condition units and have filters replaced. The employee clearly saw that as an opportunity to attempt to sale us a new air conditioner. He spent maybe 10 minutes changing filters and taking pictures of our units, then proceeded to spend an entire hour trying to sell us a new air condition unit. We already canceled the appointment he forced onto us for an estimate. We called our home owners insurance and had them send someone out to look at the issues he addressed, and the Technician our home owners insurance sent out showed us the coils that werent cleaned out during our tune up from casteel and we also had freon leaking right that was not leaking prior to our casteel service. If i had the camera on the backside of my house two weeks ago that i have now, i would share footage. Clearly, they werent interested in providing the tune up they were paid to provide but instead created issues / created opportunities to assist in the sales pitch we received for an hour. Dont believe the 5 star reviews. We did and regretted it and wasted money.

Prompt, but expensive!!!
I had a toilet back up on a Saturday morning and called Casteel. Very polite and efficient and was told that the basic charge for clearing the blockage with a snake was $39 plus additional charges for the equipment. Plumber arrived on Sunday morning, did a professional job and charged me $198 for the job ( it took about 15 minutes).

Not sure that I will go that route again any time soon.

Kevin was great, super nice, and very informative! He provided helpful tips and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him. This is our second time using Casteel to replace our water heater as we sold the condo that we previously used them for. Their customer service is top notch! No complaints!

We have been Casteel customers since 2001 and have spent tens of thousands of dollars with them. Today, our AC unit is out and there is an infant in the house. Apparently, this does not constitute an emergency in their books and the best they could do was an appointment in one week. Kiss my butt and my money goodbye. Bardi has us taken care of.

Technician was late but they didn't charge for the call. I had thought my furnace needed a limit switch and asked to check that along with their inspection. Their rep noticed that our furnace was older and mentioned before looking at it that it probably needed replacing. During his inspection he would not answer simple questions like is that the limit switch - silence. He finally he told us the limit switch was working properly and asked me to look at the heat exchanger through the limit switch hole where he observed a Crack and rust. I didn't see it. He then stated that the furnace needed replacement and we should not run it
He tagged the furnace as unsafe and included a picture of the Crack and rust which did not match what I observed.
We got a second opinion the next day and it was diagnosed as a bad limit switch. They did not notice any cracks or rust. They ordered the part and we purchased a maintenance plan.
Casteel was very deceptive, lied about the condition of the furnace to try to sell us a new one. I have the proof in their report. I would not deal with this company at all. They may have good ratings but their rep Tommy is very poor and committed fraud to push us to buy a new furnace.

Technicians came out and worked on the unit.  It seemed to have been fixed until today (4 days later).  The a/c is set on inside temperature of 73 degrees and the actual temperature is 82 degrees and climbing.  Hubby called to get an appointment.  Unfortunately, first available appointment is not until Sunday which is 4 days from now.  We continue to experience several days of over 90 degree temps.  This is beyond horrible!  We have never experienced anything like this. I was prepared to upgrade my rating.  Good thing I waited.......

Great customer service.  Called for an appointment and they had someone out within an hour of making the call.  The technician was very courteous and thorough.  I appreciated that they didn't try to sell us a new furnace and just made the necessary repairs it needed, and at a reasonable cost.  We will definitely use them again in the future.

Well we bit the bullet and got a new furnace and air conditioning.  OMG is this expensive.  But our system was over 35 years old.  We called and within one day they were at our home.  JW was our salesperson.  Wow he was good. Explained everything with lots of details.  Answered all our questions.  We didn't have many because he was so thorough.  Within 2 days the 2 man team was here to install.  They were also helpful and nice. Even with my husband asking questions.  All in all, I highly recommend this company.  Great followup to make sure everything went great. It did.

Think long & hard before you purchase a Lennox AC system that relies on batteries! And if you have a plumbing problem call anybody but them! I gave them one star because there was not an option for zero stars. I complained on their website but haven't received a response yet. They advertise that they are Christians & even include the fish symbol on their trucks & shirts! Buyer Beware.

Best in the business!  Coldest day in 2014 thus far and my unit went out.  Called the office after hours and a technician got back with me in less than 30 minutes.  We tried to do some troubleshooting over the phone, and when that didn't work, he said he'd be out soon.  Less than 30 minutes later he was at my door took care if the problem.  In a little more than 1hour after my initial phone call, my unit was humming and up and running.  Now I know why we've been a customer of Knight for almost 30 years!  If you want great customer service from good, caring people, this is your company!

So far not happy. I was assigned this company by Choice Home Warranty. They said my AC had a hole in it.  I paid to have the freon put back in it to see if it would leak out again.  Had a 2nd opinion because the air was still not working after the freon was put in.  I only needed a fast start replaced and the AC was overcharged. No hole in the unit.  All of the techs are not knowledgable. Be sure to get the owner if you use them.

I have been using Casteel, since we moved to Georgia in Sept. 2009. Everything they have done for us is quality work. I recently had, Elijah one of the great electricians with Casteel, replace my old landscape lights and he did a great job and I would invite him to my home anytime.

Very courteous plumber, I liked how they sent a text with a photo of him when he was on his way for an estimate.  However, their quote came in WAY too high, 2.5x more than the quote I got from the company I ended up using, and Casteel wanted to use a flexible pipe for quicker installations, saving money based on time.  The company I ended up going with used black steel pipe (which should last longer), and still ended up being $800 (2.5x) cheaper.  Also, they didn't charge me to try to earn my business the way Casteel charged me $39 just to give me an estimate.  Save your money and look elsewhere.

We checked out a large number of suppliers before settling on Casteel and Lennox. The Casteel salesperson was the most knowledgeable, explained things in the most detail, brought up issue no one else had thought to bring up, and in general inspired the most confidence in us that he was really analyzing what we really needed rather than just trying to sell what he had.  Install was efficient and perfect; they left the place clean; and they have always been responsive since.  Highly recommended

Had CASTEEL install a new breaker panel last year. The tech spent about 4 hours instaling the new panel and also correctly labeling each breaker as I had errant circuits all thru the house. If I turned off the lights in some rooms, the outlets would remain live. Osman (the tech) tested every outlet in the house and even alerted me that some had been wired incorrectly by the previous owner. He mentioned that my panel was not grounded, which could've been the cause of dimming lights when heavy wattage was applied. When I called them back to ground the system, his outside inspection found that the neutral wire running from the pole to the house was badly frayed and that I should get my EMC out immediately. Osman & Chris grounded my panel, EMC confimed that I was in potential danger because of the neutral wiring problem and fixed it immediately. No more dimming lights! I've never felt safer in my home , thanks to the professionals at CASTEEL!

When knights heating and air was its own company the customer service was wonderful. Since being taken over by Casteel proper and polite customer service is no longer a thing. Called with concerns today that we had not received our redi maintenance plan in the mail that we have had with knights for 6 years. We were informed that knights was no more and that our plan had expired. Why was it not sent out was our next question, no answer. Then told a plan we have paid $150 for every year has now been up'd to $180 with no warning or noticed. Again was told knights is no more this is our price. Even discussed calling else where and getting other prices, conversation ended with a good luck so rude and unprofessional. Knights was better off before the merge.

I paid for the AC diagnostic guy's services and was told that I also had a plumbing issue. The rep said that their plumber would come out to diagnosis that issue the next day at no charge. The next day plumbing came out to give a quote and charged my son (who was the one home at the time) a diagnostic fee. THAT WAS NOT THE AGREEMENT. When I called them hours later, Jamie was rude and short with me on the phone. She said she could have someone from their financial department to call me back. I am still waiting. I text their chat service for assistance. They said they would have a supervisor call me back. I am still waiting. Meanwhile, I discovered they left my AC unit box opened and wires exposed after they examined it. They are untrustworthy and unprofessional in my opinion. I will dispute the charges.

I had scheduled Casteel to come do some simple electrical work to replace a cut wire. They gave me a 12 hour window to come so it which is flat out ridiculous. They told me they would show up between 8a-8p. I called at 8a to find out per them to get a more direct time frame. Almost 4 hours later they call me back to tell me that they don't know when they will get there. The dispatcher then tells me they tried to call at 11a to reschedule me which was a flat out lie. So if you want unreliable service and people to just lie to your face then this is the people to hire. Would rather risk electrocution then give these guys a cent.

Invoice: 546650 I was initially charged $1276.00 for approximately 1 hour of work and small parts that an internet search shows probably cost approximately $125.00 (Cheap sump pump $60, Contactor switch $35, ~25 feet of rubber/plastic drain tubing $30). Now I could have refused the service and then paid more $ to get other companies to give me their price but that is excessive. People just expect to call a company to come out and work on a problem and not get taken to the cleaners. This bill looks like the drive out to my house and the labor cost close to $1000.00 an hour. The prices appear to be fixed amounts for the parts and labor since the receipt does not show a breakdown. Pump = $423.00, Contactor = $340.00, Tubing = 424.00. Tubing! You unroll it from a spool, feed it through the hole in the crawlspace wall and push it on the pump connector. To schedule this service I clicked on a $50 off link in a Casteel email I got. The $50 was not subtracted from the total. I had to call Casteel to get the $50 taken off. I also called a Casteel customer advocate to verify if these excessive charges were correct. The nice lady said they were and after a short discussion she offered $150 off the total which was taken off. So this brings the total cost to $1076.00 that includes cheap parts so the labor cost is likely around $900.00 an hour. I don't have an issue with the repair technician. The point of this review is this: When I have to call for service or a PM in the future, will I call Casteel knowing what they charge? Not likely.

No engineers for design-level problem

My house has a working system, but it uses far too much electricity and doesn't keep the house cool. The upstairs was remodeled and ductwork rerouted from its original installation. I called the 770 number and was connected to a call center (God knows where). All they offered was a service call. I said I needed a higher level solution & asked if they had any engineers. The answer was no. Casteel may be fine for routine outages and simple issues, but sometimes expertise beyond the norm is needed.

My husband and I have recently sold and bought homes, and we have had to use Casteel several times to get both homes ready. My mother-in-law recommended Casteel to us, and now I wholeheartedly recommend them to you. The customer service is top-notch, as is the quality of the appliances Casteel installs. Also, the service is super-speedy, and if anything is awry follow-ups are handled right away. We have had two HVAC installations, plumbing, electric panel replacements, and a water heater replacement. Technicians and salespeople are honest, prompt, and professional. After hearing several horror stories from friends and family who have gone with other contractors, it apparent that we could probably go cheaper, but we would lose the reliability and quality that Casteel provides.

I'll start off by saying that everyone on the phone is super nice. It almost warranted a second star, but sucks-to-suck I guess.  Since August, I've had them here too many times because of incompetence and lack of knowledge about how to repair systems.

The story starts with an A/C system that stopped working in August 2020.  A $300 repair lasted less than 24 hours and the system stopped working again.  The next day a tech indicated the system was too old to fix again (leaked freon, which it didn't do until Casteel touched the system...anyway), and now I needed an new $6K A/C unit.  Fine.  A few days later (a Friday) and a dent in the wallet, the A/C was installed.

Less than 24 hours after they leave, no cold air.  A different technician comes out on a Sunday, and indicated the entire system was faulty and would need to be re-replaced...ugh.  But Monday when the original installers came to re-replace the unit, they discovered it was simply a factory fitting that wasn't tight and leaked out the freon...they tightened, re-filled, and everything worked...finally...after 3 day with no A/C from a new system in Georgia!  Yeah Casteel!

Now comes Thanksgiving and the cold weather, and my heat isn't working (short cycling, not getting warm in the house).  The next day, the Casteel tech said that during the A/C installation, the heating jets were knocked out of alignment and were no longer hitting the flame sensor.  Easy fix there, but it also melted a pipe that needed repairs.  My house could of burned down!!
He made a temporary repair which allowed the heat to work, and a little over a week later the replacement parts were installed.  Less than 12 hours later, no heat again.  Another technician came and this time I'm told the problem is the flue needed re-adjusting.  But that tech isn't trained in repairing the metal, so ANOTHER tech needs to come out and do that.  So I'm sitting 3 days now in freezing weather...house is holding at 55F using the stove and oven, but fish dying, I have health problems etc...totally sucks when you think the people you rely on to help you are as clueless as you...if not more!

Short of it is, unless you have tons of time and patience to deal with techs that are very narrow in scope and lack broad skills (or any it seems at times), go ahead and call Casteel.  You'll get to meet the entire team over the course of your repair!

Update: I added a star.  Honestly the people on the phone are very sympathetic and polite; not that it helps getting my equipment repaired, but they are nice and friendly people.  Secondly, the original technician did come back last night and worked late making sure it was fixed once and for all.

We have been long-time customers of Casteel. About 18 months ago they replaced our HVAC unit. We got a well known brand and went up a size to ensure the best performance. Since then we have had to several service calls due to unit failures. We have had three techs very recently because our unit was not keeping our home warm and when we checked we noticed that the heater was using auxiliary heat. We had that happen with our old unit and our monthly bill tripled so we knew we had a real problem.

After the first two service visits the problem seemed to resolve only to recur within hours. Finally, four days ago when we had extreme cold for our region of the country, the heater failed again. I tried to get a phone appointment but gave up after waiting 35 minutes on hold. I was able to get an appointment the next day on line. Later we got a confirmation on-line. The next morning we got a text that they were not coming because they had too many emergency calls. We called and finally got an appointment for the following morning. The next day, after spending three days in a house with temperatures reaching 59 degrees, they canceled again! However, when I called they said it was a mistake and that a tech would be out between 8AM and Noon. The tech arrived an hour late. After checking out the unit he said he couldn't find the problem but would report it and speak with the manufacturers rep. He said it may take the rep several days to come out and look at our unit.

It is now four days after the problem started and we still have only partial heat and no word when help may be coming. We are wearing sweatsuits and jackets to keep warm. A call this morning requesting to speak with the manager got me nothing. The operator said they knew about our problem and would get back to us tomorrow or the next day. She refused to connect me to any supervisor or manager, saying it was against company policy. So we wait, in the cold, for someone from Casteel to get around to, at least, calling us. We have been pleased with the company before this but are very concerned about company policies that keep customers from even speaking with a supervisor or manager and allow customer to wait days under such circumstances, not knowing who or when help is coming.

My AC was not cooling so I called and asked them to come check. Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He said I had a bad capacitor but was not sure that was all that was wrong. He quoted over $400 just for the capacitor. Unit is 10 years old and I questioned spending that large amount when he indicated there could be more problems, in the range of $3000-$6000. I declined the repair and bought the part at Grainger for $23 and installed myself. While it did fix the initial problem, it was still not cooling.  I fully understand paying for the technical knowledge of labor, overhead, etc. to have them do the capacitor, but $400+ for what I did for $23 and less than 10 min. seems disrepectful. Since it was still not cooling, I called another company to check the unit and they tightened a pipefitting and added less than 1 lb of freon for $150.
I did not feel I would have recieved value I deserved if I had stayed with Casteel.

THE WORST EVER. PERIOD

Can I please make zero stars or negative

Came out on 8/13 to replace circuit breaker on my working system. Now system blows 90+ degree air. Casteel has no clue what their doing. Typically when you work on a system you test that the work you did worked    Not Casteel techs they do work and leave. Customers are left with not working systems.

I've spent hours on phone trying to get a tech out today yo fix my system that Casteel broke. Every rep transfers me to dispatch which doesn't answer phones for me or Casteel reps and their voicemail is full so can't leave a message

Tried asking for a manager but managers weren't in on Saturday. That make perfect sense. Managers take off on week ends and people have nobody to talk to. No managers. No dispatch. Nothing

got home late night around 1:30 and found out our water heater is leaking, called and got a technician come by 3
everything was fixes by 6:30
the customer service and the technician are both very polite and knowledgeable
I'm very impressed with their service
will definitely refer them

I called them in the morning and they had a tech out here within 2 hours because they said he was running ahead of schedule.  I had a clogged toilet that I had tried to plunge and also snake myself and no luck.  He told me my snake was too small and he would be able to unclog it with his snake.  He was done in less then 5 minutes and didn't find anything stuck in the toilet such as a toy or something that should not have been down there.  The kicker was the price...I had to pay $247!!!!!!!!!!   Very expensive company to work witwill not be calling them again at those prices!  Highway robbery once they are in your home.  The quote I thought I was signing was for if he had to remove my toilet not snake it.  

Beware single moms on a budget to call someone else!!

Update:  they contacted me after my review was up and offered to make it right as they did see that he only in my home for a matter of minutes.  I did receive a partial refund which I felt was fair.  I will definitely use them again due to how they handled the situation!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment, took off work and at the last minute they canceled. They were rude on the phone and unwilling to work with me. Guaranteed same day or its free is a LIE. It only gets 1 star because there is no zero

We recently had to replace our upstairs AC. We had a good experience with Casteel previously so opted to purchase from them again.  They installed the unit the day before we left for vacation. Great. Except we come back from vacation and the whole master bedroom side of our upstairs is hot as heck. Very little air. But the kids' bedrooms are trying to pump out so much air, it's rattling - and the kids are freezing.  There is easily a 20 degree difference between the two sides of the house. The warranty guy for Casteel comes out. Turns out the installation guys screwed up. They took the vent in the master bathroom and made it a return. So they effectively cut the airflow on the master side of the house in half. What sense does that make?? Warranty guy says he can't do anything about it, and his manager will have to look at it.  What the heck? It's an obvious issue, and yet - they won't fix it. It's now been two weeks since the warranty guy came out, and we have called and emailed - and no one from Casteel will respond to us.  

We are extremely disappointed. This is supposed to be a high end company that prides themselves on customer satisfaction. But turns out when they make a mistake, they ghost you.

The last time we bought from them was a great experience. But something has clearly changed. I no longer trust Casteel, nor will we recommend them again.

I came home from out of town to find my heat would not kick in when the weather got cold.  After a little research I contacted Google Nest and they gave me a list of certified Google Nest technicians in my area.

I contacted Casteel around 10pm on a Friday. They offered service that night, but I requested a next day 10-2 window.  The technician contacted me around 10:30 am and, with my prompting, he walked me through the price range.

Deon arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue.  Deon took pictures underneath the house and described some potential issues with my furnace.

Once the job was done, he replaced my filter.  No surprise charges and the work was as described over the phone.  I would recommend their services and use them again for HVAC work.

Called in to talk to a Customer Relations Manager as per Charlie's request.  Of course, they couldn't connect me to her but she would call me back asap.  So far nothing.  At this point, if they want to make it right, they should contact us.  WHAT A JOKE!!  

24 hours later and still haven't heard from their Customer Relations Manager.  So much for wanting to make things right.  This company is the absolute worst.  PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THEM!!

Technician was great! I was able to receive an appointment the same day I called. Although I agreed on the estimate, I later found out that $250 for one ballast in one light was very pricey. I emailed and asked for a breakdown of the services. I was informed they couldn't do that. Odd! I was told that 60% was installation and 40% was labor? What about the parts? Hi! As stated above, I agreed to the estimate. But...the invoice only said ballast $219, service $39...nothing else. After speaking to other electricians bc I had the work done (Casteel said it could have been an electrical emergency due to
smelling gas), I learned the quote was extremely pricey. This is when I asked for the breakdown which I did not receive. I also asked a question bc there is a delay. This question was not answered. I have the email if needed. Allison Wirth 30043

I am extremely impressed with the Casteel team and I am equally impressed with Lennox. I've already seen a major decrease in my utility bills.

I recently purchased a ranch on a basement and from day one I knew the split HVAC system needed to be replaced.  I work for a company that does large scale commercial HVAC and one thing I know is you can't cheat on the install. A good install and good equipment means longevity!!! With that being said most of the salesman from other companies wanted to use pre-existing stuff to cut cost. Also they advertised one brand but try to push a lesser brand at the same price. I'm sure you've all seen their flyers!

Seth was the salesman did a great job of going over every detail and answered all my questions.
Scott and Jose where the install team leaders, I felt extremely comfortable leaving my house and letting them do their job! Jeremiah return later to connect both of my units to the internet and setup my icomfort account. What more can I say!!!!!!!

i just called to get a quote on repairing duct on my hvac and was told unfortunately, we do deal with duct work.  what?!  an hvac company that doesn't do duct work?!  i guess they only want to do the expensive stuff.

The HVAC person who had been servicing our units for about 15 years, ghosted me.  First telling me he had to prioritize those whose units were not functioning (this was back in March), then rescheduling me and finally not showing up or contacting me when it was time for the appointment.  So I called Casteel, who were advertising a $49 special for  tuning both systems. They also were overbooked and I had to wait 2 months for an appointment. On the day of the appointment, the technician called, that he was actually ahead of schedule, so could come earlier, if I wanted.  I wanted.  Everything checked out, and we will call them again next year.

I have been using Casteel for regular maintenance for two years now. Both times, they send the same technician, and he is very professional. Before his arrival, you get a message along with technician's picture and his live location. He will not ask you to change or refill gas if you don't need it.
Unfortunately, I also had to replace one of my A/C units. Again, they sent a highly educated/informed and very professional sales rep. I loved what he had to offer compared to other 4 estimates I got from highly knows companies in the areas. They offer 10 year labor warranty which is unheard of because they are confident about their installation. What I have learned during my research that it is not the brand of the HVAC that keeps it going, it is the proper installation of it. I would highly recommend Casteel not only for regular maintenance, but if you need to replace your units, Casteel is the way to go!

Called Casteel for heat not working, they came and did diagnostic test. Told me I need a new furnace and quoted me over $4000.00.

I called another company they fixed the furnace for $49.00 .

Casteel just tried to take advantage of my situation.

Avoid! They charge predatory prices. I needed my faucet replaced and the sum was $1000 and some change. I did it myself for less $150 bucks.
