Have had a problem with my toilet for a couple week. Even had one of their competitors come out and try to fix it. The competitor angered the toilet, failed to solve the problem and charged twice as much.

Josh from Morningside Plumbing came out today. Within 15 minutes of being here, he solved the problem. In the end, even though he used the same tool of the competitor, Josh pulled out a small piece of plastic that had gotten into the pipe. Would recommend them to anyone.

I used Morningside Plumbing for a complete repipe. The scope of work also included a new water service, gas line, & sewer line. Paul Wimpy is a man of his word & a true professional. He came out and gave me a fair bid & performed every detail as expected. I would recommend this company with no hesitation. For sure my go to plumber in Atlanta for any renovation I do in the future.

Needed a quote quickly after the inspection. The house was under due diligence. Called three times and each time they said they'd send me the quote that day. It's been almost a week, no quote. Luckily we didn't get the house anyways but I wouldn't call them expecting a quick response...or any at all.

I live in a older home in Peachtree Hills. My old sewer pipe from my house to the street finally gave out ...I looked at numerous web sites and got several estimates. After I met Paul from Morningside Plumbing I knew right away who I wanted to do the job! He accessed my problem and gave me a fair price for the work. (especially compared to some of the larger plumbing companies wanted ) ... I like to give business to family owned, local businesses and Paul is the perfect example of the reason to do that! Paul says it like it is and then does exactly he says he's going to do..He is a very stand up and honorable businessman and is completely good for his word.
He brought his crew to my house on Saturday ( which I'm not sure they usually do) and completed the job well and for exactly what he said it would cost.. I usually don't put a lot of faith in these reviews, but believe me when I say that I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Paul and Morningside Plumbing to ANYONE!

I feel like we finally found our forever plumbers! We called two separate companies to come deal with our sewer back up in the last month. Both charged a huge amount to clear our line and gave us two separate diagnoses of what was wrong with our system. Both diagnoses, however, required a total sewer line replacement. Morniside was third plumber we called. Josh arrived on time and spent time diagnosing the problem. He cleared the line and ran a camera and showed us exactly what the problem was and recommended repairs. I should add that their pricing seems to be better than the big chain plumber company we had used previously. With the other two companies, I felt the plumbers were trying to make a sale. With Morningside, we felt they were trying to solve our problem.

I found Greg at Morningside Plumbing because he was repairing something at my neighbor's house. On the off chance he might be available, I walked over to his van and asked if he might have a moment for a disposal install, and he rearranged his schedule to accommodate my request right then.

Greg was fantastic. Installed a garbage disposal, took my old one away, taught me basic maintenance/troubleshooting, and was courteous and pleasant the whole time. Left my home spotless. Really outstanding service!

Steven installed a new bidet seat (Toto Washlet) this morning. An earlier plumber looked at the seat and tripled his estimate for replacing it.

Steve examined things and then showed me we needed a $6.80 extension to hook it into the back of the toilet. The price was reasonable and they didn't increase it for coming back to finish the install.

It's not just Steve. The woman in the office rescheduled us twice without complaint.

Morningside plumbing is competent, prompt, and ethical. I recommend them to homeowners in Midtown Atlanta--and anywhere else.

Dan did a fantastic job for us. I called at 8am, he was there by 8:30 and the hot water heater was replaced and functioning again by noon. The price was more than 30% less than the other quote I received. Morningside just became my go-to plumbers.

We had a quote in hand from Morningside Plumbers for replacing the pipes that had been draining slowly in our front yard. They had already submitted the lowest bid, but we were waiting to have the work done. Well the house backed up entirely on us forcing us to act fast. We called at the company 10pm on a Friday and the drain pipe in our front yard was replaced by 1pm the next day. They were fast, friendly, and professional. As a bonus, they were half the price of our first quote!

We have a foreign-manufactured shower valve. Called a dozen plumbers before we found Morningside, which helped us find the necessary parts, which we had to order. Once the parts arrived they worked with us through the installation, the very next day, exactly when they said that they would arrive, with zero hassle. Great service. Wonderful attitude. Very helpful. And at the right price. We'll definitely ask for their help on our next plumbing problem

I was having a garbage disposal issue at my home today and it wasn't working. My wife and kids had put a lot of food into it, and when we flipped the switch we got nothing . I was especially worried about this because we were going to leave town the next morning and the thought of leaving the food in the drain to rot made my head hurt. Thus, I called Morningside Plumbing after hours and I received a call back within five minutes from Josh! Josh walked me through what the problem was and I was able to fix it myself in just a matter of 30 seconds! From here on out, I'll be using Morningside Plumbing for all my plumbing needs!

I've called these guys at least 3 times now and they've been great! Most recently they helped me figure out why I was getting a $750 monthly water bill from the city. I have a leak in my new sprinkler system and they are providing me with added documentation showing they were recently out and had serviced toilets and such when I first notice the bills starting to go up. Excellent Service Company. My hot water heater thermal expansion tank developed a leak after hours causing continuous leaking of water (thankfully I had a catch pan under the heater and outside drain so no floor damage :-) I called the Emergency After Hours Number for Morningside Plumbing and promptly got a a call back from the Service Manager, Josh. He was at my home within little over an hour. He had the necessary part on the truck and got the problem quickly fixed. He was polite, pleasant, attentive, helpful and explained things clearly. Answered a follow up question on the next day. Perfect experience from start to finish. Can't say enough nice things about this company! Very professional and customer service oriented!

Had a good experience talking with Paul about my plumbing issues and got a good vibe from him when he came out to evaluate and estimate our job. Raoul and his assistant came out to today to get our most critical issue taken care of: finishing the incomplete installation of our new vanity. The contractor who did our bathroom remodel had given up on the vanity installation after realizing the previous pipe configuration was not going to work with our new vanity which was 36 high compared to our previous at 30. There was a shelf on the vanity right in front of our old pipe preventing us from putting in a p-trap. Purchasing a new vanity was not an option since our new vessel sink was glue to the old already and a hole had already been made in the furniture for the sink drain, so the furniture could not be salvaged. Raoul and his assistant moved our vent stack up, and ran new plumbing through our wall. They connected the custom plumbing components we had purchased, and were able to remove and replace the marble tile where the previous pipe had been. They executed this delicate tile work to absolute perfection. Pricing was a steal for the quality of the work and service.

This company was helpful from start to finish. I texted a picture of my dripping shower head, they texted back an estimate for the repair, and they were able to come within a few days. Josh came and replaced the cartridge - one, two three. Best yet, I was concerned a few days later because there was still a tiny drip. Josh came back (at no charge) and showed me that this drip was nothing to be worried about - just a result of the wider shower head holding water and not related to the cartridge repair. Every person that I dealt with at Morningside Plumbing was professional and caring. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We were having a leak with an old toilet and decided to have a new one installed. I submitted a contact form on Morningside Plumbing's website on Saturday 2/29. On Monday morning, I called to make sure they received it and she confirmed they had. She got me on the schedule the very next day from 12 pm to 2 pm. Dawn called me and let me know they were approx. 5 minutes from my house. I was at my office in Sandy Springs and no one was at my house yet. Josh from Morningside Plumbing called me when he arrived. When I explained it would be approx. 15-20 minutes before anyone arrived, he said no problem, that he would wait. Now THAT is awesome customer service. He confirmed he didn't have an appointment following me and he was happy to wait. He removed the old toilet, installed the new one and investigated the cause for the leak. And he called me to walk me through the charges/cost, which was reasonable considering all they were doing. He also asked about my water bill, a previous issue he was helping me with. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Josh and Morningside Plumbing. They are now on speed dial for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you Morningside Plumbing!!

Used these guys before, but I sent an email from their website for an estimate on a project today at 8 am. Didn't hear from anyone by 10 am, so I called their office and spoke to a woman, she said she would call me right back. It is now 5 pm, no call, no email. Maybe these guys are getting to big for us local clients ?

This plumber had great comments so I tried them. I left a message and they contacted me with a two hour window that they could respond. My disposal issue was not an emergency so this was fine. As promised I got a call 15 minutes before arriving. They arrived right on time. Very clean polite and professional. So their considerate manner and professional work had me glad to recommend them.

MORINGSIDE PLUMBING Great Job at a good price. Replace all our 40 year old copper pipe with new red and blue PEX. Had repaired pin hole leaks for years. I think this will last for ever. The two guys that did the work were clean and respectful of my property. The cost & workmanship was fair and better then other bids I got. I had a minor change the needed to be done a week after the work. They came back, no problem.

Would recommend these guys all day long! They came out today for what we all thought was a simple reset of a toilet in our guest bathroom - well once Stephen (from Morningside) got to the house and took a look at it... We all quickly realized it would be a much larger job... They called in another person to help late on a Friday afternoon to make sure that the toilet was working for the weekend-Never made us feel bad for being so late on a Friday... They just wanted to make sure it was done and done right... Would recommend these guys all day long!

$$$$$. Get ready to pay double what it should cost! I could not get a quote on the phone for a faucet installation and removal of drain clog in kitchen. It was uncomplicated and cost $600.
